1. يوم 18. 04. 2016 شددت قوات الإحتلال إجراءاتها على الحواجز المقامة على مداخل مدينة القدس، وأقامت الحواجز المفاجئة لتفتيش المواطنين والتدقيق في هوياتهم على مداخل وتقاطعات الطرق الرئيسية في البلدة القديمة، وعلى مداخل أحياء مدينة القدس.
2. ما زالت قوات الإحتلال تغلق "منطقة التماس" في محيط مدينة القدس بناءً على الأمر العسكري رقم 09/ 02/ س، وتمنع المواطنين من دخولها باستثناء سكان المنطقة وحملة التصاريح.
3. ما زالت قوات الإحتلال تغلق التلة الواقعة بين قريتي بدو وبيت إكسا وتمنع المواطنين من الدخول إليها.

1. ما زال مدخل قرية بيت إكسا الشرقي مغلق ببوابة حديدية والمرور إلى مدينة القدس عبر حاجز قلنديا.
2. ما زالت قوات الإحتلال تغلق المدخل الجنوبي الغربي لقرية العيسوية، بالمكعبات الإسمنتية.

1. لا زالت قوات الإحتلال تعتبر حاجز قلنديا "معبراً حدودياً"، وتسمح بدخول سكان مدينة القدس فقط.
2. يوم 19. 09. 2012 أغلقت قوات الإحتلال حاجز راس خميس قرب مخيم شعفاط، أمام حركة المرور.

1. الساعة 21:30 أطلقت قوات الإحتلال قرب المدخل الشمالي لبلدة الرام، الرصاص الحي والمعدني المغلف بالمطاط وقنابل الصوت والغاز المسيل للدموع باتجاه المواطنين، بحجة رشق الحجارة، مما أدى إلى جرح 2 من الأطفال واعتقالهما.
2. الساعة 22:00 أطلقت قوات الإحتلال المتواجدة في محيط حاجز قلنديا، قنابل الصوت والغاز المسيل للدموع باتجاه المواطنين، بحجة رشق الحجارة.

جرح 2 من الأطفال واعتقالهما على المدخل الشمالي لبلدة الرام

المعتقلان قرب المدخل الشمالي لبلدة الرام هما: أحمد عبد الكريم القاضي 16 سنة (بعد إصابته – بجروح في البطن)، وفؤاد الجعبري 15 سنة (بعد إصابته - بجروح في القدم).

الساعة 12:00 اقتحمت مجموعة من المستوطنين المتطرفين بحماية شرطة الإحتلال باحات المسجد الأقصى المبارك، وقامت بجولات استفزازية في باحاته ومرافقه

1. ما زالت قوات الإحتلال تغلق مفرق قرية كفر مالك– عين سامية وطريق منطقة العين في قرية دير بزيع، بالسواتر الترابية.
2. الساعة 24:00 يوم 14. 02. 2016 أغلقت قوات الطريق الرئيس المار بمحاذاة مستعمرة "بيت إيل" – المؤدي إلى مخيم الجلزون، بالمكعبات الإسمنيتة.

1. الساعة 08:30 أقامت قوات الإحتلال حاجزاً على مدخل قرية بيتين، لتفتيش السيارات والتدقيق في هويات المواطنين حتى الساعة 09:55.
2. الساعة 19:20 أقامت قوات الإحتلال حاجزاً قرب جسر بلدة عطارة، لتفتيش السيارات والتدقيق في هويات المواطنين حتى الساعة 22:30.
3. الساعة 22:45 أقامت قوات الإحتلال حاجزاً على جسر قرية خربثا، لتفتيش السيارات والتدقيق في هويات المواطنين حتى الساعة 00:25.

الساعة 02:30 اقتحمت قوة من جيش الإحتلال قرية دير أبو مشعل، واعتقلت مواطنة.

المعتقلة في قرية دير أبو مشعل هيَ: نور أحمد عطا.

يوم 24. 12. 2015 أغلقت قوات الإحتلال مساحة من أراضي المواطنين بطول نحو 900م وبعمق نحو 100م على امتداد الشارع الرئيس جنين – طولكرم جنوب بلدة يعبد، ووضعت في محيطها سياج سلكي بعد أن أعلنتها منطقة عسكرية مغلقة.

ما زالت قوات الإحتلال تغلق الطريق المؤدي إلى بلدة عرابة والذي يقع شرقي مستعمرة "موفو دوتان"، ومدخل بلدة يعبد الجنوبي – بالسواتر الترابية.

الساعة 17:20 أقامت قوات الإحتلال حاجزاً على الطريق الرئيس جنين – نابلس، لتفتيش السيارات والتدقيق في هويات المواطنين حتى الساعة 19:45.

الساعة 12:30 يوم 15. 03. 2016 أغلقت قوات الإحتلال المدخل الشرقي لقرية العقبة، بالمكعبات الإسمنتية.

الساعة 08:40 شددت قوات الإحتلال إجراءاتها على حاجز "عيناف"، تكرر تشديد الإجراءات بالساعة 16:00 وأعاقت حركة المرور حتى الساعة 16:55.

الساعة 18:20 أقامت قوات الإحتلال حاجزاً على مفرق بلدة عتيل، لتفتيش السيارات والتدقيق في هويات المواطنين حتى الساعة 20:40.

الساعة 00:15 اقتحمت قوة من جيش الإحتلال ضاحية شويكة بمدينة طولكرم، ودهمت 4 منازل، وانسحبت بالساعة 03:10

1. ما زالت قوات الإحتلال تغلق المدخل الشرقي لقرية كفر قدوم، بالسواتر الترابية بالإضافة إلى البوابة الحديدة المقامة منذ بداية الانتفاضة، والطرق الزراعية شرقي بلدة عزون، بالمكعبات الإسمنتية.
2. الساعة 10:40 يوم 01. 09. 2015 أغلقت قوات الإحتلال طريق زراعي يصل إلى أراضي المواطنين الزراعية التابعة لقرية فرعتا والواقعة قرب البؤرة الإستيطانية "جلعاد"، بواسطة بوابة حديدية.

1. الساعة 09:00 أقامت قوات الإحتلال حاجزاً على مدخل قرية عزبة الطبيب، لتفتيش السيارات والتدقيق في هويات المواطنين.
2. الساعة 21:55 أقامت قوات الإحتلال حاجزاً على مفرق قرية جيت، لتفتيش السيارات والتدقيق في هويات المواطنين حتى الساعة 22:40.

1. الساعة 12:30 اقتحمت قوة من جيش الإحتلال قرية جيت، وقامت بالدورية.
2. الساعة 02:30 اقتحمت قوة من جيش الإحتلال قرية كفر قدوم، ودهمت وفتشت عدداً من المنازل، واعتقلت 2 من المواطنين، كما سلمت المواطن: أُسامة فضل عبيد، إخطاراً لمراجعة المخابرات الاسرائيلية، وانسحبت بالساعة 04:35.

المعتقلان في قرية كفر قدوم هما: أيمن فاروق عبد الكريم برهم، وأحمد نضال أحمد داود عقل.

الساعة 13:00 دخلت مجموعة من المستوطنين إلى أراضي المواطنين الزراعية التابعة لقرية فرعتا، واعتدت بالضرب على المواطن: عبد الكريم الطويل 75 سنة أثناء تواجده بأرضه.

• Since December 17th 2013, Israeli forces ordered the closure 500 dunumes of land in Qusra village as a closed military area.

• The Israeli army continues to close the northern entrance to Qabalan town; the southern entrances to the town of Jamma’in and the villages of Duma and Qaryut.
• Since 06:30 on November 22nd 2015, Israeli forces closed the main road connecting Aqraba and Yanoun village with dirt mounds.
• Since 13:00 on December 1st 2015, Israeli forces closed the main road connecting Tel village and the bypass road near “Yitsahar” settlement and installed a steel gate in the area.
• Since 18:30 on January 19th 2016, Israeli forces closed the main road connecting Huwara and Walada village with dirt mounds.

• At 23:10, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

• At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Furiq town then searched residents and vehicles until 11:35.
• At 14:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Huwara then searched residents and vehicles.

• The Israeli army continues to close with dirt mounds the entrance to two detour roads connecting Marda village to its farmland.
• Since 11:00 on July 30th 2012, Israeli forces have closed two roads leading to Abu Nasar and Qatan Al-Jama’ located in western area of Deir Istiya with cement blocks.

• Israeli forces continue to intensify their restrictions at Za’tara checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

• The Israeli army continues to close roads to An Nu’man village, with the exception of the road leading to the Wall gate in the south-eastern area of the village.
• Since 15 September 2007, the Israel army has prevented civilians from accessing or staying on 22 dunumes of confiscated land in Al Mazmuriya area in Beit Sahur and Bethlehem cities.

• The Israeli army continues to close the Beit Jala-Wadi Ahmed road; a road between Um Tuba and Al-Jass ; a road between Um Tuba and Khilat Nu’man: a road between Um Tuba and the wall; a road between Al-Khas village and the wall; the 2 by pass roads located south of Al-Walaja; a road between Talita Qumi and Nazlat Al-Sider in Beit Jala; the eastern road of Al-Khader; the road between Al-Khader and Beit Jala  ; Wadi Rahal road near “Ifrat” settlement ,the road between Al-Khader and road #60 which lead to the eastern neighbourhoods of Bethlehem; a road leading to  Wadi Rahal, and a road east of Beit Fajjar town with dirt mounds.
• Since 10:45 on September 8th 2015, Israeli forces closed the agricultural road located in Arab Al-Rashaydeh village located near “Malee Amous” settlement with dirt mounds.
• Since May 8th 2013, Israeli forces closed the road connecting Al-Carmisan area in Beit Jalla and Al-Walaja with a steel gate and barbed wires.
• At 09:15 on February 16th 2016, Israeli forces closed the bypass road connecting Za’tara and Ush Al-Ghurab area located in east Beit Sahur town with dirt mounds.
• On February 25th 2016, Israeli forces closed the main entrance gate leading to Um Al-Rakaba area in Al-Khader.
• At 22:40 on March 17th 2016, Israeli forces closed all entrances of Beit Fajjar town and prevented residents from entering or exiting the town.
• At 12:25 on March 18th 2016, Israeli forces closed the north entrance of Marah Rabah village which leads to Beit Fajjar town with dirt mounds.

• At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village located at the east entrance of Beit Sahour then searched residents and vehicles.
• At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Taqou’, then searched residents and vehicles until 21:55.
• At 18:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jallah then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.
• At 20:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar then searched residents and vehicles until 23:30.

• At dawn on April 18th 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, summoned 2 residents: Zien Sayil Issa and Qassim Yassin Sa’id to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning and again at 02:20 on April 19th 2016 raided the area and detained a woman then withdrew at 02:40.
• At 21:35, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, stormed a Gas Station, temporarily detained Issa Nidal Thawabteh as he was working in the gas station then released him after confiscating surveillance camera footage then withdrew at 23:30.
• At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 04:45.

• The Israeli army continues to close Al-Shuhada’ Street, Al-Sahleh and Khuzq Al-Far areas, as well as the old gold market in Hebron’s Old City. In addition to closing the entrance to Al-Qeisi neighbourhood, the Israeli army continues to close the entrances to the area of Al-Hisba (the fruits and vegetables market) with an electronic gate; Al-Laban Market also remains closed.
• Since 05 January 2009, the Israeli army has closed the area located along the Green Line south of the town of Yatta. Having seized land for Wall construction, the Israeli army evicted the Palestinian residents and denied them access to the area.

• The Israeli army continues to prohibit Palestinian vehicles from travelling along the old Al-Shalala Street leading to Hebron’s Old City.
• The Israeli army continues to close the bypass road connecting Bani Na’im and Zif village junction with dirt mounds.
• The Israeli Army continues to close the entrance of Beit Ummar (located near the local Cemetery) with dirt mounds.
• At 14:30 on April 15th 2016, Israeli forces closed the main entrance road leading to Al-Aroub camp with dirt mounds.

• At 09:10, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, fired stun and tear gas grenades towards Al-Zahra Girls School and as a result left 15 school girls suffocated from tear gas inhalation and again  at dawn on April 19th 2016 detained 2 residents after storming and searching their homes.
• At 18:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Aroub camp, stormed a home then fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several water tanks on the roof of a home.
• At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Sa’ir town and stormed a home.

• Beit Hanun (Erez) is open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

• Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
• Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

• Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
• Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed
• Sufa Crossing is closed
• Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is open for the entry Humanitarian assistance.

• On the morning of April 19th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah and as a result injured a fisherman then detained 4 fishermen (including the injured resident) and confiscated a fishing boat.

• Israeli forces detained 4 fishermen: Ali Samir Al-Bardawil (injured resident), Mustafa Mohammad Al-Najjar, OdayHassan Al-Najjar and Ahmad Abu Muhisien off the shores of Rafah.
