JERUSALEM

Attack

1. At 17:55, Israeli forces positioned in Ras Kabsah area in Abu Dis town fired stun and tear gas gernades towards several resiednts for alleged stoning.
2. At 19:15, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ram town junction fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several resiednts for alleged stoning.

Demonstrations

At 13:00, a demonstration took place after Friday prayers in Qalandiya village protesting against the Israeli occupation forces decision to demolish 11 home in the village.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Ein Ayoub area located near Ras Karkar village then searched residents and vehicles until 14:00.

Demonstrations

1. At 13:30, a demonstration took place in Bil’in village protesting against the construction of the wall during which they clashed with Israeli forces and as a result suffocated several residents from tear gas inhalation.

1. At 11:10, Israeli forces positioned near Ein Yabroud village bridge opened fire towards a civilian vehicle and as a result injured Nour Doud Farhat {A resident of Yabroud village}.
2. At 12:00, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Silwad town fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for allaged stoning and as a result injured the child Osama Nathier Hamad (16 years old).
3. At 13:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents participating in demonstrations in Bil’in village protesting against the construction of the wall and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

6. At 18:30, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of "Psagot" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Injuries

1..Israeli forces injured Nour Doud Farhat {A resident of Yabroud village}. after opening fire towards her vehicle near Ein Yabroud village bridge.
2. Israeli forces injured Osama Nathier Hamad (16 years old) during confrontations in Silwad town.
3. Israeli forces injured Ahmad Abdel-Majeed Rasheed Salah (16 years old) during confrontations in Al-Jalazoun camp.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Zubaba village then searched residents and vehicles.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Bazariya village junction located in east Anabta town then searched residents and vehicles until 15:30.
2. At 15:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Kafr Sur village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 15:55, Israeli forces raided Kafr Sur village and installed a flying checkpoint near the village entrance.
2. At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

Detention

At 13:45, Israeli forces positioned at "Eniv" checkpoint detained 2 residents: Fadi Mahmoud Manasrah and Yunis Musa Awafi {Both residents of Izbit Al-Jarrad village} then confiscated their vehicle.

Confiscation of Property

At 13:45, Israeli forces positioned at ""Eniv" checkpoint confiscated a vehicle owned by Ashraf Riyad Saredi after detaining 2 residents who were in the vehicle.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Azzun town bridge {located along the main road connecting Qalqilya and Tulkarem districts} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Jit village junction { along the main road connecting Qalqilya and Nablus} and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Demonstrations

At 14:40, a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and as a result left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Attack

At 14:40, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators during demonstrations in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

1. At 12:35, and again at 20:55 ,Israeli forces closed Huwara checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 00:10.
2. At 13:00, Israeli forces closed Awarta checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 14:00.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:55, Israeli forces set up 5 checkpoints near the entrance of Deir Sharaf village, in the area between Nablus city and Assira Al-Shamaliliya town, in Al-Sier area {located at the North entrance of Nablus city}, at Sarah village junction {along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqilya} and near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 00:10.
2. At 06:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sarah village junction {along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqilya then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:20, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qalil village, stormed and searched several homes then detained 4 residents.
2. At 21:40, Israeli forces raided Askar camp in Nablus city.
3. At 22:45, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, occupied the rooftop of Al-Bashir building and converted it into a military post, stormed several merchant shops, confiscated surveillance camera footage from a Supermarket {Al-Ein} and Al-Mustaqbal furniture store and then assaulted the child Maymouna Attiya Mansour {13 years old} {A resident of Kafr Qalil} leaving her hospitalized with contusions near Al-Quds road then withdrew at 04:20.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Ahmad Attiya Mansour, Mohammad Attiya Mansour, Azziz Mou'in Ammar and Muntasir Sami Mansour in Kafr Qalil village.

Physical Assault

At 22:45, Israeli forces positioned near near Al-Quds road assaulted the child Maymouna Attiya Mansour {13 years old} {A resident of Kafr Qalil} leaving her hospitalized with contusions during their raid into Nablus city..

House Occupation

At 22:45, Israeli forces occupied the rooftop of Al-Bashir building and converted it into a military post during their raid into Nablus city.

Confiscation of Property

At 22:45, Israeli forces confiscated confiscated surveillance camera footage from a Supermarket {Al-Ein} and Al-Mustaqbal furniture store during their raid into Nablus city.

Closure of main Roads

*Israeli forces continue to close the entrances of Beita town, Odala and Einbuis villages with dirt mounds.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 20:55, Israeli forces closed Za'tara checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 00:10.

Raid

At 02:00 on September 23rd 2016, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed archaeological sites.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 14:30.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.

Raid

1. At 21:00, Israeli forces raided Harmalah village, stormed several homes then withdrew at 22:00.
2. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and summoned 3 residents: Khaled Mohammad Asakra, Abdallah Fathi Al-Harami and Abdallah Awad Abiyat to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
3. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Obidiya town and summoned Majdi Musa Radayda to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 01:35.
4. At 00:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Arouj village and summoned Jaffar Abdallah Al-Arouj to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
5. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Jabal Handaza area located in south Bethlehem city and served military orders for the demolition of 2 homes owned by Musalim Al-Sha'lan and Mohammad Kamal Al-Sha'lan then withdrew at 03:15.

Attack

1. At 14:40, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Teqou' town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 16:45, Israeli forces positioned near Ayda camp in Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Military Checkpoints

At 13:45, Israeli forces closed a checkpoint located at the entrance of Al-Shuhada' road in the old city of Hebron and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at 19:10.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Khursa village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 16:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Huwar area junction {located at the north entrance of Halhul town} then searched residents and vehicles.

Attack

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces positioned near "Kiryat Arbaa" settlement located in east area of the old city of Hebron opened fire towards the child: Osama Jameel Mir'i Zidat {A resident of Bani Na'im town} and as a result left him hospitalized and then detained him.
2. At 13:50, Israeli forces positioned in Bab Al-Zawiya area located in Hebron city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 4 residents including a child leaving them hospitalized.
3. At 14:40, Israeli forces positioned near Halhul town bridge fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces opened fire towards and injured the child: Osama Jameel Mir'i Zidat {A resident of Bani Na'im town} near "Kiryat Arbaa" settlement located in east area of the old city of Hebron.
2. Israeli forces injured 4 residents including a child: Amjad Akram Al-Natsheh (16 years old), Obada Badr Tarwat , Imad Fo'ad Jamjoum and Issam Jawad Abu Omar in Bab Al-Zawiya area located in Hebron city.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Osama Jameel Mir'i Zidat {A resident of Bani Na'im town} near "Kiryat Arbaa" settlement located in east area of the old city of Hebron.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

* Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.

• Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza and Central Gaza districts and as a result injured 3 residents {including 2 critically injured}.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) is open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination and the exit of 250 residents travelling to Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 14:45 on September 23rd 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents located in the vicinity Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing located in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city as they were participating in demonstrations protesting the Israeli Military and settler attack on Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and as a result injured 2 residents including 1 critically injured.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified resident {including 1 critically injured} during confrontations in Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing located in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 15:00 on September 23rd 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents located in the vicinity of east Al-Buriej camp as they were participating in demonstrations protesting the Israeli Military and settler attack on Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and as a result critically injured 1 resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during confrontations in east Al-Buriej camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry of 762 residents returning from Pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
*Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
