1. At dawn on 04/25/2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained 2 citizens: Muhammad Iyad Saida - a resident of Wadi al-Joz neighborhood in Jerusalem city, and Mansour Ibrahim Mansour - a resident of al-Thawri neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At 17:30, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Nidal Asfour - a resident of the Old City of Jerusalem.
3. At 21:30,the Israeli occupation forces detained 2 citizens: Mustafa al-Haymouni and Omar Atallah. in the town of Beit Hanina.

On 04/25/2021, the Israeli occupation authorities in Jerusalem issued a order banning the citizen: Ahed Al-Rishq - a residents of Jerusalem, from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque for a period of 6 months.

At 22:10, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the northern entrance to the city of Al-Bireh, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards at the citizens demonstrating in solidarity with the people of Jerusalem in the face of attacks by settlers and the occupation forces and as a result left several citizens suffocate from tear gas inhalation.

At 16:30 on 04/25/2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition and tear gas canisters towards a number of protesters near the border fence, east of Al-Bureij camp.

At 20:00 on 04/25/2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition and tear gas canisters towards a number of protesters near the border fence east of Khan Yunis and as a result wounded 4 citizens.
