I.Against the Palestinian people/endorsing genocide and forceful transfer of Palestinians within the Gaza Strip
Tzvi Succot, MK, Religious Zionism Party
“(….) The pressure on Hamas to return the abductees should include the following five components:
Continue to eliminate its members and destroy more and more of its military and governmental capabilities with each passing day. Hamas must understand that every day the hostages are held, the movement will lose more people and property that will never return. Through a deal, Hamas members will be able to save their lives and property and migrate to a distant place that will accept them.
The distribution of humanitarian aid is Israel's responsibility and must be done only by Israel. A key pillar of Hamas's ability to control Gaza today is the distribution of humanitarian assistance. By distributing the aid, Hamas both enriches the organisation's coffers and continues to be the strongest factor in the Strip on which the lives of people and their families depend. (…..) The aid organisations associated with Hamas continue to strengthen their rule despite international pressure, we must condition the activity of aid organisations only on absolute disengagement from Hamas or any party related to it.
Expanding the security perimeter every day that passes at the expense of the houses in the Gaza Strip. As of today, the IDF[1] has built a security perimeter on nearly a third of the territory of the Gaza Strip. About 50 square kilometers along the Netzer axis and another 60 square kilometers within the borders of the Gaza Strip. Entire towns have become empty lots. The residents of the Gaza Strip need to understand that every day that passes, the empty lot will be expanded at the expense of their homes.
Creating international pressure on Qatar and all countries and institutions that conduct business with Qatar. A country that supports Hamas cannot be competent in the world and certainly not a fair mediator.
Pressure the countries that transfer aid to Egypt to transfer that aid to Gaza only after it pressures Hamas into releasing the hostages (….)”

“All due respect to the High Court of Justice for showing consistency in caring for the Gazan population during wartime! Today the court issued an order nisi[2] to the state asking why we do not refer to a third country wounded Gazans who are “not involved.” We will recruit reservists who, under fire from Hamas snipers, will take care of the not involved (I don't recognise this concept.) I suggest that the judges of the High Court move their seats to Gaza and hold hearings there. What a disgrace!”

“The High Court of Justice once again proves that it is completely disconnected from reality, alienated from the people's pain, and places the lives of our enemies above our brothers’. The order nisi issued by the High Court of Justice, ordering the state to explain why the wounded from Gaza are not being transferred to a third country, is a slap in the face of all the families of the murdered and kidnapped. We are talking about a population whose majority supports Hamas murderers who took hostages and feasted on the blood of our brothers. Yet, the High Court demands that we care for their health! The High Court must realise there are no people not involved in Gaza. While the IDF fights to protect the citizens of Israel, the High Court of Justice continues to destroy the national spirit and prefers the lives of our enemies over the lives of our people. We must not remain silent in the face of such moral distortion, which endangers our existence and weakens the IDF power.”

The Knesset has said its word. This was our moral duty to the memory of the victims and their families. UNRWA employees not only cooperated with Hamas but were involved in the murder, kidnapping and rape of Jews on October 7th, and they continue to assist Hamas in the war against Israel to this day. The passing of the law and its inclusion in the law book of the State of Israel is not only critical for the security of the citizens of Israel but also an important step towards justice for the victims. A secretary-general who supports terrorists, rapists, and murderers of Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and Iran, the mothership of global terrorism, will be remembered as a blot on the history of the United Nations. Today, in the committee for the Foundation for Citizens of Israel, which I chair, we held a significant meeting that dealt with the issue of connecting the Judea and Samaria region to natural gas, with the participation of Energy Minister Eli Cohen. Today, none of Israel's 151 consumers connected to natural gas live in the West Bank, where some 500,000 Israelis live. In this area, there are 35 industrial zones, which employ about 5,500 Israeli workers. Most of them (about 98%) work in the three main industrial areas in Mishor Adumim, Barkan, and Ariel. Those three zones continue to attract factories from Jerusalem and Gush Dan. The potential for using natural gas in this region is enormous, and the connection will lead to lower costs, increase competitiveness, and contribute significantly to the development of the local economy. Qatar is an enemy country that supports Hamas and backs its positions in the talks, and its goal is to prevent us from destroying it. Qatar, a country that supports Hamas, has already cut the international recognition coupon in the first deal and has no intention of helping Israel. In these days of the victories of our fighters on various fronts and the weakening of Hamas and Hezbollah, it is imperative to continue hitting them mercilessly until Hamas begs for a ceasefire while returning all our hostages.
