I. Against The Palestinian People Through Endorsing Genocide & Forceful Transfer Of Palestinians Within The Gaza Strip

Itamar Ben Gvir, Minister of National Security, MK, Chairman of Jewish Power Party

“The release of the Shifa Hospital[1] director and dozens of terrorists is a security recklessness. The time has come for the prime minister to stop Gallant and the Shin Bet head from following an independent policy that contradicts the inner cabinet and government policy.” X Platform 1 July 2024

Itamar Ben Gvir, Minister of National Security, MK, Chairman of Jewish Power Party

“The disagreement between the Internal Security Agency Shin Bet and me is not about whether there is room in prison. The Shin Bet wants to improve the conditions that we reduced for the terrorists; otherwise, it would release them. I say this will never happen. The terrorists will no longer enjoy deluxe conditions or nurseries. Since the war outbreak, we have admitted thousands of terrorists to prisons, but without nurseries. We stopped the improved conditions they had.” X Platform 1 July 2024

Amichai  Chikli, Minister of Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism, Likud Party

“On October 7, the head of the Shin Bet did not consider it appropriate to inform the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense about very urgent warnings and fears of infiltration and penetration of the settlements. Today, he did not think it was right to inform them about the release of the director of the terrorist base, Shifa [Hospital.] This serial negligence and an unjustifiable excuse is in contempt for people’s intelligence when it concerns the Shifa [Hospital] director.” X Platform 1 July 2024

Itamar Ben Gvir, Minister of National Security, MK, Chairman of Jewish Power Party

“Unbelievably, the State Attorney General is trying to sue an Israeli minister for ‘incitement’ against enemy countries [referring to the Gaza Strip] that danced on the blood of our soldiers in the streets of Gaza on October 7. This is how ‘fabrication of cases’ looks on live TV broadcasts. The deep state within the government's attorney general office is trying to carry out a targeted countermeasure against a minister in Israel instead of the Shin Bet and the public prosecutor’s office carrying out the targeted countermeasures in Gaza. This is not going to work.” X Platform 2 July 2024

Avigdor Lieberman, MK, Chairman of Yisrael Beiteinu Party

“I bless the State Comptroller who, after I approached him, decided to examine the decision to release the Shifa Hospital Director, along with dozens of terrorists. This release severely harms the state security and the vital interests of its citizens. The matter requires in-depth examination, and good if it comes one hour ahead.” X Platform 2 July 2024

Hanoch Dov Milwidsky, MK, Likud Party

“Israel is on its way to expel the terror supporters. The bill[2] I initiated and was approved this morning by the Knesset Committee in its first reading. It is intended to enable a more effective fight against terrorism by allowing the Homeland Security Minister to revoke citizenship and expel anyone who expresses identification with or supports terrorism before or after the act.” X Platform 3 July 2024

Bezalel Smotrich, Finance Minister, MK, Chairman of Religious Zionism Party

“The concept of security must change. Tulkarm must be turned into a destroyed city. Continuing my tour of the seamline settlements, I met with members of the Council Heads Forum. I listened to their critical security needs due to the security situation and the repeated attempts to disturb the calm around their settlements. They expressed their great fears about the terror escalation in areas under PA control, in cities and villages beyond the separation wall, and about their growing fear of the formation of a terrorist state behind the Wall. In return, they asked for help to eliminate the military capabilities of the terrorist nests in the region. On the Sukkot Sabbath [October 7], the State of Israel experienced a violent and horrific attack. It shouldn’t enable an additional one. The Israeli security doctrine must undergo a fundamental change concerning Gaza, [West Bank] Judea, and Samaria, as well as in the north and along the seamline. The threat generated from Tulkarm must be uprooted and wiped out. It must be transformed into a destroyed city. I told the heads of local authorities that I committed to them, together with the professional staff in the Finance Ministry, that we would formulate a set of tools and capabilities to help them increase the security of the settlements and settlers.” X Platform 4 July 2024

Tally Gotliv, MK, Likud Party

“Mr. Prime Minister, they are mocking you in the eye. They make fun of all of us. He [Shin Bet Head] submitted to you a ‘report to draw lessons’ regarding the release of terrorists ‘due to distress in the place.’ So this means that there is no distress in the place. A video from Nafha prison, where the terrorist/ director of Shifa Hospital stayed and published yesterday, showed cells that were not crowded and others empty. Sir, take control of this incident. Investigate it on your own. Summon to your office Meir Han, the brigadier general who signed the release order, and speak directly to the Shin Bet officer who thinks we are fools. But we are not. We deserve to see the truth being investigated.” X Platform 4 July 2024

Itamar Ben Gvir, Minister of National Security, MK, Chairman of Jewish Power Party

“Yesterday, I arrived to visit Yisrael Biton, the heroic citizen who was investigated by order of the State Attorney’s Office on suspicion of “murdering” an elite terrorist. Yisrael, you are not a murderer. You are a hero. You have my full support. Thank you very much on my behalf and on behalf of the State of Israel!” X Platform 8 July 2024

Tzvika Foghel, MK, Jewish Power Party

“Negotiations should take place only under fire. [The photo attached to the post features the following five conditions:]

  1. Return of all captives, including Avraham Mangistau, Hisham Al Sayyed, Hadar Goldin, and Oron Shaul.

  2. No release of terrorists with blood on their hands.

  3. Back to destroying Hamas within 120 days.

  4. We shouldn't move from our positions in Philadelphia Axis, Nizarim, etc.” X Platform 8 July 2024

Itamar Ben Gvir, Minister of National Security, MK, Chairman of Jewish Power Party

“War is not going to stop, Madam Candidate [responding to would-be Presidential Candidate Kamala Harris]” X Platform 26 July 2024

Shlomo Karhi, MK, Likud Party

“Under the radar. Quietly, while all public attention is directed to the war, the Supreme Court is endangering the State of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state. Yesterday, the Supreme Court issued an order nisi against the Citizenship Law, which states that the burden of proof is reversed to the Knesset, which should inform the court why the Citizenship Law shouldn’t be revoked.

Yes, yes, the law that for decades has prevented the entry of hundreds of thousands of Arabs, haters of Israel, most of whom support the terrible massacre, or granting them citizenship is [now targeted by] the High Court of Justice, which is now on their side, precisely at a time we face an existential war against our enemies. The same law that passed almost unanimously in the Knesset, except for the haters of Israel and the post-Zionist factions, with the broad agreement of the majority of the entire Jewish people who are fighting for their existence in this country, and the High Court whistles for the people. Our future is at stake! And these are not scales of justice. All the Zionist forces in the Knesset must put everything aside and deny the High Court of Justice the authority it assumed by force of arms. Only a new judicial court that replaces the High Court and is elected democratically will prevent us from deteriorating into the abyss. Silence is not just slime in this case. He is a disaster for Zionism, a danger to the country.” X Platform 10 July 2024

Bezalel Smotrich, Finance Minister, MK, Chairman of Religious Zionism Party

“The deal is dangerous. I am prepared for a submission deal for Sinwar, not for us. We should not pull out of the Philadelphia Axis. We should leave behind in the northern Gaza Strip our bombs that haven’t exploded or allowed Hamas to acquire. We should not release hundreds of murderous terrorists. We should not agree on anything that poses an existential threat to the State of Israel.” X Platform 11 July 2024

Itamar Ben Gvir, Minister of National Security, MK, Chairman of Jewish Power Party

“I congratulate the Prime Minister for giving the order and the security forces for the important operation. Had there been a ceasefire, this operation wouldn’t have been carried out. This positive trend must continue: tightening the military pressure and inflicting ongoing defeats on Hamas, its leaders, and its members until it is completely defeated and until our victory.” X Platform 13 July 2024

Gideon Saar, MK, New Hope Party

“Congratulations to the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense for the decision. Congratulations to the IDF and Shin Bet for the performance. The attack on Hamas and its leaders must continue until totally defeated.” X Platform 13 July 2024

May Golan, Minister of Social Equality & Women’s Advancement, MK, Likud Party

“The apparent elimination of the terrorist leader Muhammad Deif and other damned terrorists who hid behind the civilian population as their "human shield" in a cowardly way is not only good news for the citizens of Israel but also for all those who seek democracy and peace in the free and enlightened world, as part of the uncompromising war of the security forces and the government of Israel against the murderous organization Hamas. Everyone who was a participant in the terrible massacre on October 7/10, including all those not involved, so to speak, their blood will be on their head, and we will pursue each one of them until their certain death. As I said in my speech in the Knesset plenum, all they get from us is a sword to behead them. I congratulate the Prime Minister for ordering the important operation and the heroic security forces for its execution. We must not stop until we have defeated the damned group of murderers in Hamas and brought all the abductees home!” X Platform 13 July 2024

Bezalel Smotrich, Finance Minister, MK, Chairman of Religious Zionism Party

“A Palestinian state will never exist. There is nothing called the Palestinian people.” X Platform 18 July 2024

Orit Malka Strock, Minister of Settlements and National Missions, MK, Likud Party

“Hamas and FATAH. FATAH and Hamas: These are your enemies, Israel. In the alleys of Tulkarm, in the halls of The Hague, in the corridors of the United Nations, wherever they are, they should be eliminated. Certainly not to give them control in Gaza or anywhere else.” X Platform 18 July 2024

Ariel Kallner, MK, Likud Party

“No need to release terrorists even if there were a space problem. This rule should be part of solid and fixed instructions, not changeable every hour.” [Statement at the Knesset’s Committee of National Security] X Platform 18 July 2024

II. Against President Mahmoud Abbas & The Palestinian Leadership

Bezalel Smotrich, Finance Minister, MK, Chairman of Religious Zionism Party

“The Palestinian Authority’s rampage and its violation of agreements aren’t new. For the first time, following the proposed resolution that I brought to the Cabinet, which approved it, the State of Israel is not silent on the violation of the Wye River Memorandum[3]. It is retrieving the powers of construction and enforcement. I want to thank Minister of Defense Yoav Galant and his team for the work of the task force that preceded the general's orders and the implementation of the cabinet's decision on the ground. We will not allow the Palestinian Authority to continue to determine facts on the ground and establish a Palestinian terrorist state that will threaten the State of Israel. We will fight this in every way and protect the security of Israel and the security of its citizens.” X Platform 19 July 2024

Israel Katz, Israel’s Foreign Minister, MK, Likud Party

“Hamas and FATAH signed in China an agreement on a joint government in post-war Gaza. Instead of renouncing terror, [Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas] Abu Mazen has embraced the Hamas[4] murderers and rapists and unveiled his true face. In reality, this is not going to happen because Hamas's authority will be crushed, and Abu Mazen can look at Gaza from afar. Israel’s security will stay solely in Israel’s hands.” X Platform 23 July 2024

Itamar Ben Gvir, Minister of National Security, MK, Chairman of Jewish Power Party

“The security establishment is once again returning to the pre-October 7 concept and, as such, is losing its temper. [A reference to the internal debate in Israel between the military and intelligence community and the political echelon over the necessity to enhance the PA to maintain quiet in the West Bank] The Palestinian Authority is an enemy like Hamas; the approach to assist it is delusional and ridiculous.” X Platform 23 July 2024

III. Against The Indigenous Palestinians Living In Israel

May Golan, Minister of Social Equality & Women’s Advancement, MK, Likud Party

“Hamas is a Nazi and sadistic terrorist organization. This is the truth, and there is no other! It is a shame for Israel's Knesset to contain within it people in a fifth column, supporters of terrorism like Aida Touma Suleiman. I support and embrace my dear friend, Itzik Puntzal, the hero who lost his son, Amit. May God avenge his blood. Itzik, you are fighting the battle of Israel’s Zionist and patriot people against the agents of our enemies from within. In a proper state, the state attorney Iceman should have known against whom exactly he should open an investigation, and perhaps it is the time for him to turn his harassment arrows against his sister in arms, and not against Israel’s heroes.” X Platform 8 July 2024

Tzvi Sukkot, MK, Religious Zionism Party

“At a good time, my draft law passed its first reading to increase the punishment for inciters to terror. Understandably, the terror supporters from Hadash/ Ta’al [the combined Knesset list of the Popular Front for Peace and Equality Hadash and The Arab Movement for Change Ta’al] attended the session only to object. However, the draft law was passed by a large majority.” X Platform 2 July 2024

Tzvi Sukkot, MK, Religious Zionism Party

“Now on the stand. [Arab MK from the Arab Change Movement] Ahmed Tibi compared our abductees in Gaza to terrorists ‘kidnapped’ from their homes by the IDF in the middle of the night. Every day this man serves in the Israeli Knesset is another day of collective suicide.” X Platform 24 July 2024

Zeev Elkin, MK, New Hope Party

“We have now passed in the Knesset a preliminary reading of a bill that I am leading together with MK Ofir Katz from the Likud, MK Yevgeni Sova from Israel Beiteinu, and other Knesset members, allowing the dismissal of a university lecturer if he supports a terrorist organization. The bill was born as a joint initiative with the student union, which wanted to protect students who return to campus from months of reservist service in Gaza and are forced to hear from a small handful of extremist lecturers blasphemy against the IDF and in favor of Hamas. Here is what I do on behalf of the law initiators to Yesh Atid Party chairman Yair Lapid, who unfortunately chose to oppose this righteous law. Someone who openly supports a terrorist organization cannot teach at an academic institution funded by the state, just as he cannot run for the Knesset according to the Basic Law of the State of Israel.” X Platform 24 July 2024

IV. Against UN Organizations/ International Court Of Justice In The Hague

Boaz Bismuth, MK, Likud Party

UNRWA resembles the Shifa Hospital Director as the world perceives both as righteous and humanitarian. But we in Israel know very well that the stinking muck of terrorism hides within. The countless testimonials and photographic evidence only reinforce what my bill claims. The time has come to kick this organization out of Jerusalem.” X Platform 2 July 2024

Boaz Bismuth, MK, Likud Party

“I am excited to announce that the law I initiated to close UNRWA has passed the first reading. With a little effort, we will be able to shut down this terrorist organization before the end of this Knesset session. The law sends a clear message to our enemy: we will not allow international organizations to continue in the industry of terrorism and incitement. Those who aided Hamas will be punished. There is no place for enemies in the heart of the Jewish people's capital, Jerusalem!

This law is the product of hard work, in-depth discussions, and cooperation with civil society organizations. I want to thank everyone who supported, advised, and helped: Sharona Shir Zablodovsky, Nega Arbel, the "Kahalet" organization, and the "If You Want" organization. Also, thanks to my dear friends in the faction for promoting the law: MK Ofir Katz, coalition chairman, and my friend, MK Tally Gotliv.” X Platform 22 July 2024

Yulia Malinovsky, MK, Yisrael Beiteinu Party

“I saw the UNRWA spokeswoman and the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemning my bill to define UNRWA as a terrorist organization. UNRWA spokeswoman Juliet Tuma said, ‘This is another step to eliminate the agency. These steps have no precedent in the history of the United Nations.’ On one thing, I agree with the lady. Our goal is to eliminate the UNRWA terrorist agency. This is precisely how every terrorist organization should be treated. Regarding the announcement by the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which wrote that dissolving the UNRWA constitutes a flagrant violation of international law and of Israel's obligations as an ‘occupying’ state.” As far as I know, international law prohibits murder, rape, and kidnapping in general, especially those committed by employees of organizations associated with the United Nations. So, to all concerned people, I want to make it clear that I will do everything to finish the legislation and, as soon as possible, outlaw this vile, murderous, and terrorist organization.” X Platform 22 July 2024

Dan Illouz, MK, Likud Party

“It's time to treat UNRWA with a heavy hand. I am proud to announce that I passed the law to remove immunity from UNRWA in the first reading today, with a large majority. The absurd situation in which a terrorist organization enjoys immunity must end. UNRWA uses its immunity to teach about terrorism and to invade the territories while the police are unable to enforce the law on them. They enjoy property tax exemption. And all of this is what we allow them. Today, the Knesset approved my bill and said: Enough.” X Platform 22 July 2024

Avigdor Lieberman, MK, Chairman of Yisrael Beiteinu Party

“Another anti-Semitic show from the creator of the International Court of Justice in The Hague, who once again emphasized his blatant hypocrisy. While a campaign was launched against the State of Israel in six different arenas, the International Court of Justice in The Hague chose to launch its campaign, the entire purpose of which is to harm Israel's right to defend itself against terrorism.” X Platform 19 July 2024

Yair Lapid, MK, Chairman of Yesh Atid Party

“The opinion of the International Court of Justice at The Hague is disconnected, one-sided, tainted with anti-Semitism, and lacks the understanding of the reality on the ground. It only serves Islamic terrorism and the campaign against Israel. The decision is also another political failure of a dysfunctional government. The opposition will mobilize to prevent the opinion from being accepted by the UN institutions and the member states.” X Platform 19 July 2024

Gilad Erdan, Israel’s Ambassador to the UN

“The distorted and anti-moral decision of the [International] Court [of Justice] joins a long line of decisions by the UN, its institutions, and organizations against Israel. The opinion is not binding, and we will work to empty it of its content and ensure that it will not have any practical consequences in the field. I do not doubt that the United States will veto any anti-Israeli resolution brought to the Security Council following the Court's decision. We must take unprecedented measures against the UN, such as closing the UN complex in Jerusalem and deporting the heads of the agencies stationed in Israel, to send a clear message that the continued bias and exploitation of the UN against Israel will have a price.” X Platform 19 July 2024

Bezalel Smotrich, Finance Minister, MK, Chairman of Religious Zionism Party

“None of us are biting our nails in anticipation of the publication of the expected and known decision in advance. The [International] Court [of Justice] is a political and anti-Semitic body, and justice is the last thing that can be attributed to it. We derive the source of our right to all parts of the Land of Israel from God's promise, from the Bible and our glorious thousands of years of history, and no decision of any political and anti-Semitic body such as the Court has the power to turn truth into lies and lies into truth. For over a hundred years of Zionism, what determines reality is what the Jews do and not what the Gentiles say. And the Jews will never give up their country, will not divide it or give parts of it to their enemies, and will not allow their enemies to create terrorist monsters that will threaten their existence and do to them what the Nazis of Hamas-Daesh did on October 7.

We will continue to write the present chapters in our glorious history through actions and by establishing facts on the ground, in the construction and establishment of settlements, in the construction of roads and infrastructure development, and in the uncompromising fight against terrorism and the enemy who refuses to accept our right to exist as an independent and sovereign Jewish state in the Land of Israel. History will judge the individuals and countries that will stand by the truth and justice and support the State of Israel and its right to fight for its existence and security, and against the hypocrites who give in to anti-Semitic hatred of Israel and will use the false opinion of the court to harm the State of Israel and the Zionist enterprise, which is the most just and moral enterprise that has taken place in the world from a historical and international perspective in the last centuries.” X Platform 19 July 2024

V. Additional Examples

Limor Son Har Melech, MK, Jewish Power

“I am shocked by the problematic events at this hour at the hill of Tzur Harel.[5]. Instead of defending the brave Jewish settlers who are realizing the Zionist vision, Defense Minister and [OC the Central Command in the army] General Yehuda Fuchs act against them with excessive violence. Demolishing a settlement outpost that was established after Israeli hero Harel Sharbit, May God Avenge his Blood, is a criminal act. Harel, who fell in Gaza defending his homeland, devoted his life to expanding Jewish settlement in the Land of Israel.

What a moral confusion when our soldiers are fighting in Gaza; the two sent forces to demolish a Jewish settlement. I appeal to the Prime Minister to immediately stop this violent eviction. Instead of fighting the settlers, we should tighten our grip on all parts of our homeland. In these difficult days facing the people of Israel, we must be united and support the young pioneers [settlers] who continue Harel's legacy and the pioneers who are builders of the country. God willing, I will arrive today to support the messengers of the Land of Israel who are settling in the land.” X Platform 3 July 2024

Moshe Solomon, MK, Religious Zionism Party

“We have now approved in plenary a motion for order that I submitted together with my friend, MK Zeev Elkin, about statements and publications in the world regarding the recognition of a Palestinian state and the need for Israeli assessments of a possible political challenge. I call on the Prime Minister to declare publicly to the citizens of Israel and all the countries of the world that a Palestinian state will not be established, not now, and not ever. Next week, the Prime Minister will represent the State of Israel in the American Congress. This is a significant opportunity to clarify to the world what Israel's statement is on this matter without hiding or avoidance.” Facebook 18 July 2024

Orit Malka Strock, Minister of Settlements and National Missions, MK, Religious Zionism Party

“Historic moment: The Knesset opposes a Palestinian state by a large majority. Cross-campaign voting, coalition, and opposition were combined. No party or MK voted against the proposal except for the Arab MKs. Two days before the High Court's decision in The Hague and a week before the Prime Minister's speech in Congress, the Jewish people spoke out! I was privileged to be a part of it.” X Platform 18 July 2024

Bezalel Smotrich, Finance Minister, MK, Chairman of Religious Zionism Party

“With a huge majority of 68 to 9, the Knesset voted on a resolution that completely denies the establishment of an Arab terrorist state in the Land of Israel, neither now nor in the future, neither unilaterally nor as part of an agreement. The disillusionment process of the absolute majority in Israeli society is amazing. Now is the time for sovereignty!” X Platform 18 July 2024

Zeev Elkin, MK, New Hope Party

“The Knesset voted tonight in favor of an initiative I introduced to prevent the creation of a Palestinian state. Promoting the idea of creating a Palestinian state is a prize to terror that encourages Hamas to see in the massacre it committed a victory that brought recognition of a Palestinian state. Creating a Palestinian state in the heart of the Land of Israel will pose an existential threat to the state of Israel and its citizens. It will perpetuate the Israeli-Palestinian dispute and destabilize the region. It must be prevented.” Facebook 18 July 2024

Dan Illouz, MK, Likud Party

“A Palestinian state is a dangerous idea for the entire world. I unequivocally opposed the establishment of a Palestinian state west of the Jordan River. Delivered in English, my message was clear: a Palestinian state would jeopardize the security of Israel and the world. ‘On October 7, we witnessed the horrors inflicted by Hamas terrorists. Now, some propose giving them a state. This is sheer madness,’ I declared. ‘A Palestinian state would reward terrorism, proving that violence pays off. We cannot allow this to happen."  X Platform 18 July 2024

Limor Sonn Har Melech, MK, Jewish Power Party

“68 Knesset members from all factions voted tonight in favor of a motion led by the Land of Israel lobby against the establishment of a Palestinian state. This is an extraordinary, clear, and powerful statement that the State of Israel will not allow the establishment of a terrorist state in the heart of our country. Despite the ideological differences between the various parties, the majority of the Knesset and the majority of the House factions voted against the establishment of a Palestinian state with the understanding that it would pose an existential danger to the State of Israel, as well as the denial of the lie called the Palestinian people, and the destruction of the Arab dream to that the land of Israel will be divided. We will continue to demand sovereignty in all the areas of our ancestors! I thank my lobbying partners and the Knesset members who voted for a peaceful and secure future for the State of Israel.” X Platform 18 July 2024
