The following summary tables and overview of events survey hostile Israeli activities during the period 01 November 2018 to November 30 2018. The report includes a summary table of events, classified by type, throughout the West Bank and Gaza Strip, in addition to a comparative table surveying events over the past three months. The survey is compiled from the Daily Situation Reports of the Palestinian Monitoring Group (PMG) of the Negotiations Affairs Department (NAD) of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). The PMG monitors ground conditions in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, including Israeli and Palestinian violations. The information reported through the PMG process represents data available at the time of distribution only.

Analysis of Events
Killings
A total of 24 residents were killed by Israeli forces during the month of November 2018 {4 in the West Bank and 20 in Gaza}:
- November 3rd 2018: On the morning of November 11th 2018, the child Mohammad Nasser Ziyad Al-Rifi {14 years old} {A resident of Gaza city} died of serious injuries sustained during the Israeli attacks on Gaza in 2014.
- November 4th 2018: the child: Imad Khalil Shahin {17 years old}{A resident of Nussirat camp} died of serious injuries sustained after Israeli forces opened fire towards him as he and 2 others were attempting to climb the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp in Central Gaza {As mentioned in the previous report}.
- November 7th 2018: Ahmad Khalid Al-Najjar {21 years old] {A resident of Khuza'a town} died of injuries sustained on October 26th 2018 during clashes in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
- November 8th 2018: Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards a group of residents located near the border fence in east Al-Maghazi camp and as a result killed Mohammad Ala Mahmoud Abu Shrabin {20 years old}{A resident of Tel Al-Sultan neighborhood in Rafah city}.
- November 9th 2018: Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city participating in the right of return march and as a result killed Rami Wael Ishaq Qahman {28 years old} {A resident of Rafah city}, injured 2 residents and left 2 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
- November 10th 2018: Mohammad Ibrahim Hartish {28 years old} {A resident of Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village} died of serious injuries sustained during clashes inn Al-Mazra;a Al-Gharbiya village on October 26th 2018.
- November 11th 2018: Israeli military special forces {riding in a vehicle} stormed Abbassan Al-Kabira town located in east Khan Yunis city in an attempt to detain a Palestinian Gunman during which they clashed with several armed Palestinian gunmen and as a result killed 2 Palestinian gunmen:: Nour Al-Din Mohammad Salama Barakat {37 years old} and Mohammad Majed Musa A-Qara {23 years old} and left another injured after 1 Israeli soldier was killed along with another soldier injured.
- November 11th 2018: Israeli Military aircraft's launched 41 missiles {in 13 consecutive strikes} towards area's in east Khan Yunis and as a result killed 5 Palestinian gunmen: Alladin Mohammad Quiedar {22 years old},Mustafa Hassan Mohammed Abu Odeh {21 years old}, Mahmoud Attallah Musabeh {25 years old}, Alaeddin Fawzi Feifes {24 Years old}, and Omar Naji Muslim Abu Khater {21 years old}. and injured 11 others.
- November 12th 2018: Israeli Military aircraft's launched 13 missiles {in 8 consecutive strikes} towards Palestinian Gunmen sites and open area's in North Gaza district and as a result killed 3 residents: Mohammad Zakariya Ismail Al-Tateri {27 years old}, Mohammad Zuhdi Hassan Odah {22 years old} and Khalid Riyad Ahmad Al-Sultan {26 years old} and injured 4 others.
- November 12th 2018: Israeli Military aircraft's launched 17 missiles {in 11 consecutive strikes} towards Palestinian Gunmen sites and open area's in Rafah district and as a result killed 2 residents: Israeli Military aircraft's launched 17 missiles {in 11 consecutive strikes} towards Palestinian Gunmen sites and open area's in Rafah district and as a result killed 2 residents and injured another. and injured another.
- November 13th 2018: Israeli Military aircraft's launched 5 missiles {in 3 consecutive strikes} towards Palestinian Gunmen sites and open area's in North Gaza district and as a result killed Khalid Akram Yusef Ma'rouf {29 years old}and injured another.
- November 13th 2018: Israeli Military aircraft's launched 4 missiles {in 2 consecutive strikes} towards Palestinian Gunmen sites and open area's in Gaza district and as a result killed Mus'ab Sa'ed Assad Hus {20 years old}and injured 3 others.
- November 14th 2018: Israeli Naval forces killed Nawaf Ahmad Al-Atar {20 years old}{A resident of Al-Atatrat area located in North Beit Lahiya town} after opening fire towards his fishing boat while chasing it off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
- November 20th 2018: the child Abdel-Rahman Ali Abu Jamal {17 years old}{A resident of Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city} died of serious injuries sustained after Israeli forces opened fire towards him {as he allegedly stabbed a Israeli Police officer} near Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city {As mentioned in the report dated November 15th 2018}.
- November 26th 2018: Israeli forces positioned near "Karmi Tsur" settlement junction which is located in the area between Beit Ummar and Halhul towns opened fire towards a vehicle driven by Ramzi Addnan Daud Abu Yabbis {34 years old}{A nurse}{A resident of Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city} and as a result killed him after he allegedly ran over 3 Israeli soldiers
- November 28th 2018: Eyad Yusef Soliman {25 years old}{A resident of Jabaliya town} died of serious injuries sustained during the Israeli Military incursion into the Gaza Strip in 2014
Injuries
A total of 254 injuries were reported in the month of November 2018 (56 Palestinians in the West Bank and 198 in the Gaza Strip). Injuries included 8 children, 1 Woman, 1 Journalists and 1 Paramedic.
Arrests
During the month of November 2018, the Israeli military arrested 409 Palestinians (405 in the West Bank and 4 in the Gaza Strip). The majority of arrests took place in the districts of Jerusalem (121); Ramallah (48); Jenin (25); Tubas (8); Tulkarem (27); Qalqiliya (30); Nablus (32); Salfit (12); Jericho (6); Bethlehem (43); Hebron (52),North Gaza (2), Central Gaza (1) and Khan Yunis (1). Closure
Especially on Fridays, the Israeli military continues to intensify restrictions at checkpoints located at the entrances of Jerusalem, and to restrict entrance to the Al Aqsa Mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem, preventing worshippers from accessing the Mosque. At the Qalandiya checkpoint north of Jerusalem, the Israeli military continues to prevent PNA registered civilian vehicles from crossing the checkpoint towards Ar Ram and Qalandiya as well as Dahiyat al Bareed. The checkpoint is overcrowded daily, particularly during rush hours, due to intensified restrictions and search measures applied by Israeli troops. During the month of August 2018 the Israeli military also continued to intensify restrictions at the Tayasir checkpoint and Al Hamra junction checkpoint leading to the Jordan Valley area, only allowing access to civilians whose IDs indicate District of Jericho residence or others holding special access permits. In addition, restrictions were intensified and civilian access was obstructed at the Za’tara junction checkpoint (separating the northern and central West Bank districts) as well as at the As Sawahira ash Sharqiya (the ‘Container’) checkpoint (separating the central and southern West Bank districts).
The Israeli military installed 332 flying checkpoints in November 2018 (compared with 320 in October and 322 in September) and as a result restricted the free access and movement of residents, merchant supplies and agricultural goods.

The Israeli military carried out a total of 657 raids in Palestinian residential areas during the month of November 2018, including 648 in the West Bank and 9 in the Gaza Strip. The majority of Israeli military raids were reported to have taken place in the districts of Jerusalem (56); Ramallah (62); Jenin (80); Tubas (12); Tulkarem (112); Qalqiliya (58); Nablus (112); Salfit (25); Jericho (10); Bethlehem (43); Hebron (78), North Gaza (2), Central Gaza (3), Khan Yunis (3) and Rafah (1).

A total of 396 attacks were reported to have taken place during the month of November 2018 (172 in the West Bank and 224 in the Gaza Strip).
The Israeli military carried out 87 attacks from Israeli military post on civilian homes and property, 83 from Military checkpoints towards Palestinian residents and vehicle and 89 during raids into Civilian populated areas. In addition, Israeli navy vessels carried out 26 attacks on Palestinian fishermen and territory and 111 from air strikes.

Attacks on residential areas in West Bank and Gaza districts
Home Demolition
During the month of November 2018, the Israeli military demolished 10 Palestinian homes and residential tents, which consisted of the following:
- November 5th 2018: Israeli forces positioned in Al-Hadadiya area located in the North Jordan valley demolished 3 tents and 3 mobile trailers owned by Omar Aref Mohammad Bishirat.
- November 6th 2018: Israeli forces demolished 2 homes owned by Kamal Al-Rajabi and his son Mohammad in Al-Ishqariya neighborhood in Beit Hanina town for allegedly being built without a license.
- November 6th 2018: Israeli forces stormed Sur Baher village and demolished a storage room owned by Read Odah Jadallah for allegedly being built without a license.
- November 8th 2018: Israeli forces demolished d a building {consisting of 4 floors} owned by Mahmoud Abed Mohammad Jarridat for allegedly being built without a license in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
- November 8th 2018: Israeli forces demolished a home owned by Ali Abu Jum'a and an apartment building {200 square meters} owned by Ali Al-Ju'ba and demolished the foundations of a home {under construction} owned by Mohammad Al-Amari for allegedly being built without licenses.
- November 12th 2018: Israeli airstrikes demolished a home owned by Tal'at Qassim Abu Naji located in South Jabaliya town.
- November 12th 2018: Israeli airstrikes demolished 3 buildings: {including Al-Amal Hotel in Gaza city, Al-Rahma building in Al-Sheikh Radwan neighborhood and Al-Yazji building in central Gaza city} in Gaza district.
- November 12th 2018: Israeli airstrikes towards Khan Yunis district demolished a home owned by Al-Barim family located in Bani Suhayla town.
- November 12th 2018: Israeli airstrikes demolished home owned by Mohammad Thuhier in Rafah district.
- November 19th 2018: Israeli forces demolished mobile home owned by Ali Mutier located in Qalandiya village for allegedly being built without a license.
- November 21st 2018: Israeli forces demolished a room {used as housing} owned by Sari Mohammad Sari in Khirbiet Al-Marajim area located in south Madma village for allegedly being built without a license.
- November 26th 2018: Israeli forces demolished a home owned by Baha Ameen Hamdiwani located in Imrayha village south Ya'bad town for allegedly being built without a license because of its location in area C {which is under Israeli Military and administrative control}.
- November 27th 2018: Israeli forces demolished a mobile home donated by a foreign institution and owned by Nabil al-Haila in Suba village located in west Dura town.
- November 28th 2018: Israeli forces demolished a home {consisting of a penthouse built on top of a home} approximately 200 square meters and owned by Mahran Al-Maghrabi for allegedly being built without a license.

Attack on Public and Private property occurred as follows per District:
Jerusalem:
- November 1st 2018: Israeli forces positioned in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city following a decision by the Israeli Minister of Internal Security, prevented a dialogue seminar organized by the Vision Foundation, which was supposed to be held at the Silwan Sports Club then forced the participants to leave and closed down the venue under the pretext of preventing any activity of the Palestinian National Authority in the city of Jerusalem. then temporarily detained the Palestinian Authority Governor of Jerusalem district and the chairman of the Vision foundation and later released them.
- November 5th 2018: Israeli forces stormed the Palestinian Authorities Jerusalem Governor Office and Ministry of Jerusalem Affairs, assaulted several employees and residents and as a result left 6 residents injured with contusions and damaged the main entrance to the building and several office doors inside the building then confiscated several computers and document files during their raid into Dahiyat Al-Barid neighborhood in Jerusalem city
- November 6th 2018: Israeli forces demolished a sandwich shop owned by Mohammad Odah in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out a license.
- November 6th 2018: Israeli forces stormed Al-Eisawiya village and served a military order to halt rehabilitation constriction work on a soccer field in the village.
- November 16th 2018: Israeli forces raided the headquarters of the African neighborhood which located adjacent to the Al-Aqsa Mosque in the Old City of Jerusalem and forcibly prohibited the organization of a cultural event for the "Volunteer Hope" association, which was supposed to be held under the title "Our children deserve a warm winter" Under the pretext of its organization by the Palestinian National Authority.
- November 19th 2018: Israeli forces demolished 2 car washes owned by Obidat and Al-Muhtasib families, storage rooms and office space owned by Sari family, a storage room owned by Jafra family and a grocery store owned by Obiyat family located in Jabal Al-Mukabir and Silwan neighborhoods in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built without licenses.
- November 21st 2018: Israeli forces demolished 19 merchant shops {for allegedly being built without licenses} in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
- November 28th 2018: Israeli forces demolished a merchant shop {used as office space} approximately 50 square meters owned by Abu Aysha family in Shu'fat neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built without a license.
Jenin:
- November 7th 2018: Israeli forces prevented Ya'bad town municipality from the construction of of a multi-purpose building (a center for mothers, children, pregnant women, nurseries, kindergartens and a public service center) in Imrayha village located in south Ya'bad town then proceeded to level the area of the foundations and prevented constructions workers from reaching the site.
- November 7th 2018: Israeli forces demolished a livestock den owned by Hytham Jad Sabri in Barta'a Al-Sharqiya village for allegedly being built without a license.
Tubas:
- November 5th 2018: Israeli forces stormed Bardala village located in the North Jordan valley and served a military order for uprooting approximately 260 Olive trees owned by Izzat Ahmad Rashayda {40 Olive trees}, Ammar Mahmoud Hameil {45 Olive trees}, Hassan Mahmoud Hameil {25 Olive trees}, Omar Saleh Sawafta and his brother Mahmoud {150 Olive trees} under the pretext that the land is owned by the Israeli government.
- November 7th 2018: Israeli forces demolished tent that was used as an administrative unit in a local school during their raid into Khirbeit Ibziq village.
Nablus:
- November 8th 2018: Israeli forces leveled an agricultural road approximately 2 km long which connects Aqraba town and Khirbeit Yanoun village.
- November 12th 2018: Israeli forces demolished a room, a kitchen and bathroom located in a storage house owned by Musa Ahmad Hussien Hassan in Qusra village for allegedly being built without a license.
Jericho:
- November 20th 2018: Israeli forces leveled a plot of land planted with Olive trees located near road (90) in Jericho city which is owned by the Islamic endowments and is rented by Ibrahim Ahmad during which they uprooted 500 Olive trees and confiscated them.
- November 27th 2018: Israeli forces demolished a livestock den owned by Jabr Da'is in Al-Jiftlik village for allegedly being built without a license.
Bethlehem:
- November 4th 2018: Israeli forces stormed Shush'halat area located in Al-Khader town and served a military order to halt rehabilitation works on 4 homes owned by Ali Ibrahim Salah, Sarhan Mustafa Salah, Habis Khalil Salah, and Musa Ahmed Salah for allegedly not having licenses.
- November 19th 2018: Israeli forces expelled Ali Ahmed' Issa and his family at gunpoint from his 150-dunum farm land located in Ein Al-Qassis area located west of Al-Khader town and near "Sedi Bohgaz" settlement outpost for alleged security purposes.
- November 21st 2018: Israeli forces stormed Wadi Abu Al-Hasan area in Al-Khader town and served military orders to halt constriction on a water well owned by Mahmoud Naji Issa {to be used for irrigation purposes} for allegedly being built without a license.
Hebron:
- November 4th 2018: Israeli forces stormed Wadi Al-Shiekh area located in Beit Ummar town located along road 60 which leads to Hebron city and served a military order to halt construction on a home owned by Thaer Mahmoud Al-Alami for allegedly being built without a license.
- November 5th 2018: Israeli forces positioned at Khilat Al-Dabi', Khribit Al-Mafqara, Khirbeit Sawwarat area's located in east Yatta town served military orders for the demolition of a school {Khilat Al-Daba secondary school} which holds 12 students and the demolition of 3 trailer homes owned by Numan Shehadeh Hamamdeh, Hussein Ahmad Hamamdeh and Adli Hamamdeh located in Khribit Al-Mafqara and the demolition of a room adjacent located to a cave where International peace activist stay in located in Khirbat Sarura.
- November 8th 2018: Israeli forces stormed Al-Mafqarat area located in east Yatta town and served military orders to vacate a plot of agricultural land approximately 5 dunums and is owned by Ahmad Mahmoud Al-Hamadat and gave him 45 days to remove his belongings from the land.
- November 11th 2018: Israeli forces prevented The Hebron Rehabilitation Committee, from the rehabilitation and maintenance of the kindergarten of the Al-Hilal Al-Ahram Society located in the Saraya building near the Ibrahimi Mosque in the Old City of Hebron.
- November 13th 2018: Israeli forces served Military order for the demolition of 2 storage rooms owned by Mohammad Abdel-Haleem Al-Jabarin and 4 storage rooms and livestock den owned by Musa Ishaq Al-Jabarin and his brother Mohammad {for allegedly being built without a licence} in Sha'eb Al-Batm area located in east Yatta town.
- November 22nd 2018: Israeli forces demolished a vehicle repair shop owned by Mohammad Hassan Mur'ib located near Al-Nabi Yunis area in Halhul town and confiscated its equipment.
Gaza:
- November 12th 2018: Israeli airstrikes destroyed the Headquarters for Al-Aqsa Satellite channel in Gaza district.

Jerusalem:
- November 4th 2018: Israeli forces confiscated several computers and document files as they stormed the Palestinian Authorities Jerusalem Governor Office and Ministry of Jerusalem Affairs during their raid into Dahiyat Al-Barid neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
- November 20th 2018: Israeli forces confiscated a bulldozer in Qutana village while working on a project to construct a retaining wall to expand a street in the village.
Ramallah & Al-Bireh:

- November 3rd 2018: a group of Israeli settlers positioned at the entrance of Abboud town stoned residents and vehicles and as a result damaged a vehicle owned by Mohammad Al-Barghouthi.
- November 6th 2018: a group of Israeli settler stormed Deir Dibwan town and spray painted racist and anti-arab graffiti.
- November 22nd 2018: a Israeli settler from "Kochav Ha'shachar" settlement located in south east Kafr Malik village stormed and planted a plot of agricultural land located near the settlement in Kafr Malik village and herded his live stock in the area after Israeli settlers prevented the owners of the plot from reaching the area which had been reclaimed for several months in an attempt to control and cultivate it for the settlement.

- November 20th 2018: a group of Israeli settlers from "Shavie Shamron" settlement attacked a park {under construction} owned by Ahmad Husni Farouniya which is located near the main road connecting Nablus and Jenin and damaged several items and destroyed a fence.
- November 21st 2018: a group of Israeli settler travelling in a vehicle stormed Nablus city in an attempt to enter Joseph's Tomb area then were chased away from the area by Palestinian Police that were stationed at the tomb site.
- November 23rd 2018: a group of Israeli settlers stormed Huwara town and slashed the tires of 15 vehicles and spray painted aniti arab and racist graffiti on the walls of Huwara Girls school.
- November 26th 2018: a group of Israeli settlers from "Ahiyah" settlement outpost located in Jalloud village planted several trees and installed water pipe networks in an area of about 10 dunums, located near the houses of the residents of the village of Jalud in an attempt to seize them.
Qalqiliya:
- November 1st 2018: a group of Israeli settlers from "Sha'arei Tikva" settlement located on a hill top in Azzun Atma village pumped raw sewage waste from the settlement on to the playground of Azzun Atma-Beit Ammin secondary school and as a result causing unpleasant odors inside the school.
- November 4th 2018: a group of Israeli settlers from "Ahavat Gilad" settlement outpost positioned along the main road connecting Qalqiliya and Nablus stoned vehicles travelling in the area and as a result damaged the vehicle of Ali Shahawna {A resident of Kafr Thulth town} and as a result injured his 4 month infant daughter leaving her hospitalized with contusions.
Salfit:
- November 7th 2018: Israeli settlers stormed Kafil Harris town then withdrew at 07:00.
- November 9th 2018: a group of Israeli settler stormed Kafr Al-Dik town and slashed the tires of 15 vehicles owned by Manal Khaled Odeh, Iyad Shehadeh Deek, Zakaria Mahmoud Deek, Othman Shehadeh Deek, Raed Gomaa Kassem, Nabil Wassef Abdel Majeed, Fakhr Hidros Deek, Farouk Hassan Asaad, Allam Mohamed Hammad, Imad Ismail Younis, Rajai Shehadeh Deek, Ismail Iyad Younis, Muhannad, Ahmad, and Hani Bakr Mustafa.
Bethlehem:
- November 2nd 2018: Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Teqou' town and chopped off the limbs of several Olive trees and provoked several residents in the area who were collecting Olive harvests.
- November 10th 2018: a Israeli settler security guard positioned in "Efrat" settlement located in south Bethlehem city temporarily seized a tractor owned by a member of Zayda family as he was working on his agricultural land in Jabal Al-Nakhlah area under the pretext that the land is confiscated by the Israeli Military during which Israeli forces intervened and returned the tractor to its owner.
- November 13th 2018: a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Kafar Itsiyon" settlement slashed the tires of several vehicles then spray painted anti Arab slogans on the vehicles.
- November 30th 2018: a group of Israeli settlers stormed Beit Iskariya village located near “Ghush Itsiyon” settlement and sprayed painted anti-Arab and racist slogans on the steel gate entrance of a home owned by Abdallah Musa Khalil and slashed the tires of a vehicle.
Hebron:
- November 1st 2018: an Israeli settler positioned near "Haggai" settlement located in south Hebron city opened fire towards a vehicle owned by Riziq Badawi Masalmah as he was travelling in the area.
- November 2nd 2018: a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Salamiya neighborhood in the old city of Hebron assaulted several residents and closed down several merchant shops during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to prevent the settler attack.
- November 3rd 2018: a group of Israeli settlers attacked several homes in Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood in the old city of Hebron then proceeded to verbally attack, threaten to kill and use racial slurs towards several residents then stoned several residents and a as result injured Imad Abu Shamasnat and his son Salah Imad Abu Shamasnat {12 years old}.
- November 9th 2018: a group of Israeli settlers assaulted a resident in Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood in the old city of Hebron.
- November 17th 2018: a group of Israeli settlers from "Evat Gal" settlement outpost stoned Rashed Al-Zarou and his family as they were collecting Olive harvests on their agricultural land located in Jabal Jalis area in east Hebron city.
- November 18th 2018: Israeli settlers positioned along Al-Shuhada road located in the old city of Hebron attacked an Ambulance as it was passing through the area while on duty transporting sick patients and as a result shattered its windshield.
- November 29th 2018: Israeli settlers closed Fizon area junction located in east Hebron city and impeded the free flow of traffic in order to perform Talmudic rituals in the area.
Closure of Crossing Points
The Israeli military completely closed crossing points into the Gaza Strip, including access points within the Green Line, on 143 occasions during the month of November 2018. The Israeli military closed crossing points within the Green Line on 103 occasions. It opened Beit Hanun (Erez) Crossing for 26 days for previously-coordinated humanitarian cases and foreign nationals and Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing for 21 days for transportation of food supplies, humanitarian aid, and cooking gas. In addition to allowing in animal feed, construction cargo designated for UNRWA and internationally-funded projects was transported through the Crossing. Sufa Crossing was closed throughout the month. On the other hand, the Israeli authorities have continued to unilaterally close Ash Shuja’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Israeli authorities has also continued to completely close Al Muntar (Karnei) Commercial Crossing.
The Israeli military closed international crossing points on 40 occasions. Rafah Crossing was closed on 10 occasions. Yasser Arafat International Airport has remained closed since the outbreak of the second Intifada.
