WEST BANK
JERUSALEM
Attack
At 15:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the town of Biddu, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
Raid
At dawn on 09/16/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Silwad, and detained 2 citizens.
Detention
The two detainees in Silwad are: Nabil Nidal Kayed Hammad, and Raafat Radwan Hammad.
Attack
1. At 16:25, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the entrance to Deir Bzei’ village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
2. At 16:50, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Deir Qadis village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
JENIN
Detention
At 01:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at Dotan checkpoint, located on the main street, Jenin – Tulkarm detained the citizen: Muhammad Nasser Saeed Al-Saadi – a resident of Jenin refugee camp.
TULKAREM
Detention
At 19:20, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at one of the military checkpoints detained the citizen: Haitham Mari Shehadeh -a resident of Nour Shams camp in Tulkarm.
QALQILIYA
Raid
At 22:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Al-Fandaq, and detained a citizen.
Detention
The detainee in the village of Al-Fandaq is: Musab Hani Abu Nahl - a resident of Qalqilya.
Attack
At 13:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the (closed) eastern entrance in the village of Kafr Qaddoum, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators protesting against the closure of the entrance to the village for alleged stoning and as a result injured 9 civilians (including a child) and left a number of citizens suffered from suffocation due to inhalation of tear gas.
Injuries
The 9 civilians injured during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces near the (closed) eastern entrance in the village of Kafr Qaddoum (known among them): Fuad Subhi Saqr, 8 years old.
NABLUS
Flying Checkpoints
At 22:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance to the Al-Masoudia area, located near the village of Burqa, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
Raid
At 23:05, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Sebastia, escorting a group of settlers, while they were visiting the archaeological area in the village.
Detention
At 21:15, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Muhammad Omar Mithqal Ziada – a resident of Madama village.
Attack
1. At 13:40, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the village of Beit Dajan fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens participating in a demonstration against settlers’ attacks and land confiscation for settlement projects, and injured a citizen as a result of a gas bomb hitting the head directly 16 civilians suffocated due to tear gas inhalation.
2. At 14:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the town of Beita fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun, and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators, as a result left 4 civilians suffocated due to tear gas inhalation.
3. At 19:50, the Israeli occupation forces near the eastern entrance to the town of Qusra fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun, and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
4. At 23:05, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards the citizens for alleged stoning, while accompanying a group of settlers to visit the archaeological area during their raid into Sebastia village.
Injuries
A unidentified civilian was injured during confrontations with the occupation forces in the village of Beit Dajan.
SALFIT
Flying Checkpoints
1. At 10:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Kifl Haris, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 12:10.
2. At 18:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to Deir Istiya town, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 19:50.
BETHLEHEM
Flying Checkpoints
At 09:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the junction of the Nashash area (the southern entrance to Bethlehem), to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens until 10:30.
Detention
On the evening of 09/16/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the (Al-container) checkpoint detained the citizen: Raja'i Al-Jaafari – a resident of the Dheisheh camp.
Attack
At 17:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the Aida camp in Bethlehem, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
HEBRON
Raid
At 15:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Ummar, and detained 2 citizens (brothers).
Detention
1. At 22:45, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Al-Masafer area, east of Yatta detained the citizen: Ahmed Abu Azizah.
2. At 00:25, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Yousef Al-Azza in the Tel Rumeida neighborhood in the old town of Hebron.
3. The two detainees in the town of Beit Ummar are: Majdi Murshid Muhammad Awad, and his brother Muhannad.
Attack
1. At 15:00, the Israeli occupation forces near the entrance to the town of Beit Ummar, fired live ammunition ,rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens participating in the funeral of a citizen after the Israeli occupation soldiers closed the iron gate at the entrance to the town, to prevent the citizen’s funeral from passing and as a result injured 3 civilians and they were taken to the hospital for treatment, and a number of citizens suffocated due to tear gas inhalation.
2. At 18:40, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas towards citizens for alleged stoning.
Injuries
3 unidentified civilians were injured during clashes with the Israeli occupation forces near the entrance to the town of Beit Ummar.
Settlers Attacks
At 15:15, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near the Ibrahimi Mosque in the old city of Hebron severely beat the child: Mustafa Qafisha, 16 years old leaving him hospitalized with contusions.
GAZA STRIP
ALL DISTRICTS
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the cease-fire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line in the governorates of Gaza and Central Gaza, and by firing at the fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea in the governorates of North Gaza, Khan Yunis, and Rafah.

* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 09/16/ 2022, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).

1. At 09:00 on 09/16/2022, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen’s boats while they were chasing them in the open sea off the coast of Al-Sudaniya area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.
2. At 11:00 on 09/16/2022, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen’s boats while chasing them in the open sea off the coast of Al-Sudaniya area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.
GAZA
Closure of Crossing Points
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
Attack
At 06:30 on 09/17/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire and launched tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence east of Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
CENTRAL GAZA
Attack
1. At 01:00 on 09/17/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire and launched tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence east of Al-Bureij camp.
2. At 06:30 on 09/17/ 2022, the occupation forces opened fire and launched tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence east of Deir al-Balah.
KHAN YUNIS
Attack
At 21:00 on 09/16/2022, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats, while chasing them in the open sea off the shore of Khan Yunis.
