DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00 22nd November 2022-08:00, 23rd November 2022
At 21:10, the occupation forces closed the Qalandia military checkpoint, to traffic, and reopened it at a later time.
At 10:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
At 15:40, the occupation forces closed the entrance to the town of Hizma, to traffic, and reopened it at a later time.
At 08:00, groups of extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.
1. At 08:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the roundabout of the village of Ain Sinya, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 11:15, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the Atara town bridge, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 14:40, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the southern entrance to the town of Silwad (near the "Ofra" settlement). The checkpoint was set up again at 19:15 to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities until 19:30.
4. At 15:40, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Kafr Malik, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities until 17:10.
5. At 17:10, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the eastern town of Al-Mazra'a, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
6. At 17:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Al-Taybeh town junction (on the Al-Maarajat road connecting the Ramallah and Jericho governorates), to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
7. At 21:10, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Ain Yabroud, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
8. At 07:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint on Wadi El-Dalb Road, near the village of Ras Karkar, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 12:00, the occupation forces raided the village of Abu Shakhidam, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 20:00, the occupation forces raided the town of Sinjil, and stormed a gas station.
1. At 16:40, the occupation forces positioned in the Al-Sakal area, located between the western town of Al-Mazra'a and the village of Abu Shkheid fired stun grenades and tear gas towards citizens for alleged stoning.
2. At 23:40, the occupation forces positioned fired near the entrance to the town of Ni'lin stun grenades and tear gas towards citizens for alleged stoning.
At 22:00, a group of settlers were present at the main entrance to the town of Ni'lin and the entrance to the Al-Muhalal area in the town, and prevented the movement of citizens.
At dawn on 11/23/2022, the occupation forces raided the town of Ya`bad and the villages of Bir Al-Basha and Fahma, and detained 3 citizens.
1. On 11/22/2022, the occupation forces positioned at a military checkpoint detained the citizen: Nour Nihad Awwad - residents of the city of Jenin.
2. The 3 detainees in the town of Ya`bad and the villages of Bir Al-Basha and Fahma are: Yasser Muhammad Amarneh - residents of the town of Ya`bad, Yasser Gawadrah - residents of the village of Bir Al-Basha, and Yusef Ali Nawasra - residents of the village of Fahmah.
At 10:25, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Tayaseer checkpoint, and impeded traffic.
At 10:00, the occupation forces raided the village of Hajjah, and conducted a patrol.
At 17:35, the occupation forces closed the iron gate at the main entrance to the town of Azzun, and reopened it at a later time.
1. At 12:50, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Surra, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 12:50, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of the "Shafi Shomron" settlement, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
At 22:10, the occupation forces raided the eastern neighborhoods of Nablus, to accompany a group of settlers during their visit to "Joseph's Tomb", and as a result, clashes took place with the citizens, which resulted in the death of a child, and the wounding of 32 citizens (including a child, and a citizen - with serious injuries), and the injury of 75 civilians suffocated from tear gas inhalation, and withdrew at 01:55.
At 13:15, the occupation forces positioned in the town of Hawara detained 2 citizens: Youssef Muhammad Lafi Odeh and Habibullah Ibrahim Musa Odeh.
1. At 13:40, the occupation forces, stationed at the military point near the village of Tal, fired stun grenades and tear gas at the students of Rawhi Al-Hindi School and Tal Secondary School for Boys, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones.
2. At 17:25, the occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens, in the village of Al-Sawiya, and severely beat a number of them, while they were trying to confront the attack of a group of settlers, which resulted in the injury of 2 citizens with fractures, and detained 6 citizens, and fired release them later.
3. At 22:10,, the occupation forces fired live ammunition and metal bullets coated with rubber, stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones while accompanying a group of settlers to visit (Joseph's Tomb), during their raid into the eastern neighborhoods of Nablus which resulted in the death of a child. 32 civilians (including a child and a civilian were seriously wounded), and 75 civilians suffocated due to tear gas inhalation.
The civilian: Ahmed Amjad Muhammad Shehadeh, 16 years old - a resident of the city of Nablus during clashes with the occupation forces during their raid into the eastern neighborhoods of the city of Nablus.
32 civilian including Muhammad Haitham Fathi Rayan, Uday Thaer Abdel Raouf Dweikat, Ahmed Ziyad Abdullah Akhras, Imad Al-Din Yassin Hamza, Ahmed Hisham Abu Kishk (seriously injured), Ahmed Refaat Jabr, 14 years old, Muhammad Khaled Fawzi Tabanga, Dawood Nimr Dawood Nasser, and Muhammad Ahmed Sheikh Khalil were injured during clashes with the occupation forces during their storming of the eastern neighborhoods of the city of Nablus.
At 17:25, 2 citizens were fractured during clashes with the occupation forces in the village of Al-Sawiya: Abdul Karim Odeh Al-Khatib - with a broken hand, and Fadi Kavina - with a broken foot.
At 17:25, the occupation forces detained, during clashes with the citizens, while they were trying to confront the attack of a group of settlers in the village of Al-Sawiya, and later released them: Ahmed Abu Ras, Raad Ghassan Ahmed, Issa Ahmed, Rami Beshr, Muhammad Odeh Al-Khatib, and Tahrir Mahamadah.
At 16:20, the occupation forces closed a number of secondary roads in the town of Hawara, under the pretext of throwing stones at the occupation forces.
At 13:15, a group of settlers were near the roundabout of the "Yitzhar" settlement, north of the town of Hawara, and threw stones at the vehicles of the citizens passing by.
At 10:40, the occupation forces raided the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, and delivered notices to demolish 8 homes, under the pretext of not having a permit, and withdrew at 12:40.
At 21:00, the occupation forces closed the iron gate at the western entrance to the village of Haris, in front of traffic, and reopened it at 01:00.
1. At 08:50, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tuqu', to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities until 10:00.
2. At 22:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the Al-Nashash area junction (the southern entrance to Bethlehem), to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities until 01:40.
At dawn on 11/22/2022, the occupation forces raided the town of Yatta, and detained 2 citizens (brothers).
The two detainees in the town of Yatta are: Khaled Ahmed Hamid Rashid, and his brother, Wajdi.
At 15:50, the occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the town of Beit Ummarfired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning..
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line in the governorates of North Gaza and Gaza, and by gunboats firing at fishermen's boats at sea in the North Gaza governorate.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 11/22/ 2022, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).
1. At 08:00 on 11/22/2022, Israeli gunboats opened fire towards fishermen's boats while they were chasing them at sea off the shore of Al-Sudaniyya area, west of the town of Beit Lahiya.
2. At 08:45 on 11/22/2022, the occupation forces fired fire and tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence, east of the town of Beit Hanoun.
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
At 10:30 on 11/22/2022, the occupation forces opened fire and launched tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence, east of Gaza City.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom - Kerem Shalom Crossing: On 11/22/ 2022, it is partially open (for the entry of limited quantities of fuel and fuel for the power plant, fodder, foodstuffs, and medical materials).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: On 11/22/ 2022 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).
