DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 30th March 2023-08:00, 31st March 2023
At 20:00, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Qalandia checkpoint and impeded traffic.
At 00:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Al-Eizariya, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
At 21:30 , the occupation forces raided the town of Al-Ram, and fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters toward civilians attending a football match, Yasser Arafat Football Cup between Balata Center and Jabal Al-Mukaber in Faisal Al-Husseini Stadium. The occupation forces asserted that their actions were necessary due to a prior incident of stone-throwing during their patrol.
1. At 08:00, the occupation forces positioned in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, detained the citizen: Kamal Salameh - a resident of Shuafat camp in Jerusalem.
2. At 20:40, the occupation forces positioned in the city of Jerusalem detained the citizen: Hosni Tariq Abed - a resident of the city of Tulkarm, on the pretext that he did not possess an entry permit to the city of Jerusalem.
3. At 02:30, the occupation forces positioned in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, detained 4 citizens: Jihad Muhannad Hammad, Bashir Muhannad Hammad, Moataz Sarsour, and Abboud Rayhan - all of them residents of Al-Amari camp in Ramallah governorate.
On 03/ 30/ 2023, the occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision to deport the citizen: Haroun Abu Sneineh - a resident of Jerusalem, for a period of 6 months from Al-Aqsa Mosque.
At 21:30, the occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters toward civilians attending a football match, Yasser Arafat Football Cup between Balata Center and Jabal Al-Mukaber in Faisal Al-Husseini Stadium during their raid into the town of Al-Ram for alleged stoning and as a result left several civilians and players suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
At 08:00, groups of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.
1. At 12:50, the occupation forces raided the village of Ain Yabroud, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 05:35, the occupation forces raided the town of Ni'lin, and conducted a patrol.
At 22:15, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Ya`bad, and detained 2 citizens.
1. At 15:15, the occupation forces raided the villages of Zabuba and Rummana, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 16:35, the occupation forces raided the village of Al-Taybeh, and stormed a motorcycle maintenance shop.
3. At 07:35, the occupation forces raided the villages of Taanak and Kafr Dan, and conducted a patrol.
The two detainees at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance to the town of Ya`bad are: Ziyad Akram Turkman and Muhammad Ali Turkman - both of them are residents of the town of Ya`bad.
At 01:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of the town of Balaa, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
At 01:55, the occupation forces raided the town of Balaa, and conducted a patrol.
At 13:00, the occupation forces detained the citizen: Muhammad Raed Al-Karmi - a resident of the city of Tulkarm, while he was visiting the Israeli intelligence services, based on prior notification.
At 09:20 and at 22:00, the occupation forces raided the town of Azzun, and detained a citizen.
1. At 16:50, the occupation forces detained the citizen: Iyad Ishaq Suleiman Abu Riash east of the village of Al-Nabi Elias.
2. At 18:40, the occupation forces detained the citizen: Hassan Ahmed Hassan Ghannam - a resident of the town of Kafr Thulth.
3. At 19:00, the occupation forces, at the Jabara checkpoint, arrested the citizen: Akef Abdel Raouf Abdullah Jumaa, 61, from the village of Kafr Qaddum.
4. The detainee in the town of Azzun is Ihab Jalal Mustafa Inaya.
1. At 20:30, the occupation forces charged with guarding the apartheid wall near the Khallet Nofal area in the city of Qalqilya fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters toward citizens for alleged stoning.
2. At 22:00, the occupation forces charged with guarding the apartheid wall, adjacent to the Al-Razzaza area in the city of Qalqilya, fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
At 20:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Deir Deir Sharaf, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 09:25, the occupation forces raided the towns of Qusra, Qabalan, and the villages of Deir Sharaf, Qusin and Jurish, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 10:10, the occupation forces raided the villages of Madama and Asira Al-Qibliya, and conducted a patrol.
3. At 15:40, the occupation forces raided the villages of Tal Surra, and conducted a patrol.
4. At 18:30, the occupation forces raided the villages of Deir Sharaf and Qusin, and conducted a patrol.
5. At 04:05, the occupation forces raided the town of Beit Furik and the village of Orif, and conducted a patrol.
6. At 05:05, the occupation forces raided the villages of Azmut and Salem, and conducted a patrol.
7. At 06:10, the occupation forces raided the northern town of Asira, and conducted a patrol.
At 05:15, the occupation forces positioned at the Hawara checkpoint detained 3 citizens: Muhammad Maher Al-Ramahi, Youssef Abu Najm, and Raouf Snobar - all residents of the town of Bir Zeit, Ramallah Governorate.
At 15:10, the occupation forces closed the entrance to the town of Beita, to traffic, and reopened it at a later time.
At 24:00, a group of settlers razed the lands of the citizens of the village of Duma.
At 20:25, the occupation forces raided the town of Deir Ballut, and conducted a patrol.
At 12:40, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Al-Hamra checkpoint, and impeded traffic.
At 10:35, the occupation forces demolished a 150-square-meter house in the Arab Al-Turaifat area in the village of Al-Nuwaimeh, owned by the citizen: Atta Daoud Zayed Tarifat, under the pretext of not being licensed and being located in the classified area (C) under Israeli control.
1. At 15:05, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasna area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate), to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 15:15, the occupation forces set up two checkpoints at the northern and western entrances to the town of Tekoa, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 21:20, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 15:05, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Al-Samou', to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 19:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Al-Fawar camp, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
At 07:55 on 03/30/2023, the occupation forces raided the city of Hebron, and conducted a patrol.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line in Gaza Governorate and as a result, injured 3 citizens.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 03/30/ 2023, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
On the afternoon of 03/30/2023, occupation forces fired live ammunition and tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, toward the civilians commemorating National Land Day located in east Gaza city and as a result, injured 3 civilians and left approximately 100 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3 unidentified civilians were injured during clashes east of Gaza City.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom - Kerem Shalom Crossing: On 03/30/ 2022, it is partially open (for the entry of limited quantities of fuel and fuel for the power plant, fodder, foodstuffs, and medical materials).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: On 03/30/ 2022 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).
