DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00 20th January 2023-08:00,21st January 2023
At 17:50, the occupation forces positioned in the Bab al-Asbat area in the Old City of Jerusalem, detained 2 citizens: Tariq Mashara and Muhammad Ali Obaidat - both residents of the Jabal al-Mukabber neighborhood in Jerusalem.
At 11:10, the occupation forces raided the village of Ras Karkar, and detained 2 citizens.
The two detainees in the village of Ras Karkar are: Rashid Jamil Al-Abd Samhan, and Nader Abdel-Fattah Nofal.
1. On the evening of 01/20/2023, the occupation forces raided the village of Tora, and stormed the house of the citizen: Muhammad Hassan Zaid Al-Kilani, and turned it into a military point.
2. At 05:25, the occupation forces raided the village of Ojja, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 05:50.
The detainee in the village of Ojja is: Louay Bashir Farid Gharbia.
1. On the afternoon of 01/20/2023, the occupation forces positioned near the apartheid wall, adjacent to the city of Tulkarm, opened fire towards a citizen while he was near the wall, and as a result injured him and then was detained.
2. At 15:00, the occupation forces positioned near the Ras Shumar area located in the village of Shufa fired stun grenades and tear gas towards citizens for alleged stoning.
The civilian: Yazan Rabih Khaliliyeh - a resident of the town of Jaba, Jenin Governorate was injured as a result of being shot by the occupation forces while he was near the apartheid wall near the city of Tulkarm.

5 unidentified civilians were injured during clashes with the occupation forces near the (closed) eastern entrance in the village of Kafr Qaddum.
At 19:00, a group of settlers entered the citizens' agricultural lands near the village of Jit, and uprooted and cut down a number of olive trees belonging to the citizen: Omar Farouk Al-Seddah.
1. At 10:25, the occupation forces positioned in the Waarjma area of the village of Juresh fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens as they confronted a group of settlers who had installed 5 mobile homes (caravans) to establish a new settlement outpost in the area and as a result injured 2 civilians.

At 13:10, the occupation forces positioned near the village of Beit Dajan fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards the citizens and foreign solidarity activists participating in a demonstration against settler attacks and the confiscation of land for settlement projects and as a result left 13 citizens suffocated due to tear gas inhalation.
3. At 13:10, the occupation forces positioned in the Jabal Sabih area of the town of Beita fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning and as a result left 5 citizens suffocated due to inhaling tear gas.
4. At 13:50, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas towards citizens, while they were trying to confront a group of settlers who entered the spring area injured 3 citizens, and left a number of citizens suffocated due to inhaling tear gas.
1. Two unidentified civilians were injured during clashes with the occupation forces in the Waarjama area of the village of Jureesh (their names were not known).
2. Three unidentified civilians were injured during clashes with the occupation forces in the spring area of Qaryut village (identified among them): Ahmed Munir Omar.
At 14:55, the occupation forces raided the city of Salfit, and conducted patrols until 15:40.
At 14:15, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tuqu', to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities until 16:30.
At 19:25, the occupation forces positioned near the town of Al-Khaderfired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards the citizens for alleged stoning and as a result injured 3 citizens.
Three unidentified civilians were injured during clashes with the occupation forces near the town of Al-Khader.
On 01/20/2023, a group of settlers entered the agricultural lands of the citizens in the Al-Absiya area of the town of Al-Khader, and uprooted 25 olive seedlings and stole them from the land of the citizen: Imad Ahmed Rashid Salah.
At 00:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Al-Kushok junction in the Old City of Hebron, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 13:00, the occupation forces positioned in the Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebronfired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning, and detained 2 citizens (including a child).
2. On 01/20/2023, the occupation forces positioned in the areas of Al-Jawaya, Al-Martaba, and Ain Al-Bayda, east of the town of Yatan fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters toward citizens, while they were participating in an activity to plant olive trees and prickly pear (sabr) on the lands of the citizens threatened with confiscation and a result left a number of citizens suffocated due to tear gas inhalation, and 100 seedlings of olive and pinecone trees were confiscated.
1. At 14:50, the occupation forces positioned in the Al-Tuwani area, east of Yatta town detained 2 citizens (including a child): Walid Muhammad Daajna and Moath Issa Abu Eid, 17 years old.
2. The two civilians: Ahmed Salhab, 17 years old, and Issam Abu Omar. were detained during clashes with the occupation forces in the Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron.
On 01/20/2023, the occupation forces confiscated 100 olive and Pinecone seedlings in the Al-Jawaya, Al-Matarabah, and Ain Al-Bayda areas, east of the town, from an activity while they were trying to plant them on the citizens' lands threatened with confiscation.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line in the governorates of North Gaza, Central Gaza , and Khan Yunis, and by gunboats firing at fishermen's boats at sea in the governorates of North Gaza, Khan Yunis, and Rafah.

At 08:30 on 01/20/2023, the occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands, east of Deir Al-Balah.
1. At 09:00 on 01/20/2023, the occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Al-Qarara town, east of Khan Yunis.
2. At 18:00 on 01/20/2023, Israeli gunboats fired at fishermen's boats while they were chasing them at sea off the shore of Khan Yunis.
3. At 21:00 on 01/20/2023, Israeli gunboats opened fire towards fishermen's boats while they were chasing them at sea off the coast of Khan Yunis.
