DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00 7th December 2022-08:00, 8th December 2022
1. At noon on 12/07/2022, the occupation forces positioned in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem, detained 2 children: Maher Al-Rajabi and Muhammad Shehadeh.
2. At 20:00, the occupation forces detained the citizen: Saddam Muhammad Omar Murar - residents of the village of Beit Duqu, while he was visiting his brother in the occupation prisons.
3. On the evening of 12/07/2022, the occupation forces positioned in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem, detained 2 citizens: Ali Orabi and Adam Sami Abu Al-Hawa.
At 08:00, groups of extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.

At 08:50, the occupation forces set up 8 checkpoints at the southern entrance to the town of Silwad (near the settlement of "Ofra") and at the junction of the town of Al-Taybeh (on the Al-Maarajat road connecting the governorates of Ramallah and Jericho) and at the entrances to the villages of Kafr Nima, Ras Karkar, Kharbatha Bani Harith, Shuqba, and the village Nabi Saleh and Ein Yabroud, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 18:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Nabi Saleh, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

1. At 18:50, the occupation forces raided the town of Silwad, and detained a citizen.
2. At 02:30, the occupation forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp and detained a citizen.
3. At dawn on 12/08/2022, the occupation forces raided the town of Beit Rima, clashed with the citizens as they stormed a number of shops and confiscated the recordings of their surveillance cameras.
1. The detainee in the town of Silwad is: Rashad Hammad.
2. The detainee in Jalazoun camp is: Zaid Subhi Saada.
1. At 15:55, the occupation forces positioned in the town of Deir Dibwan, fired at a private vehicle, killing a citizen.
2. At dawn on 12/08/2022, the occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed a number of shops and confiscating the recordings of their surveillance cameras during the raid into the town of Beit Rima.
The civilian: Mujahid Mahmoud Hamed, 32 years old - a resident of the town of Silwad was killed after he was shot by the occupation forces in the town of Deir Dibwan.
At 04:15, the occupation forces raided the city of Jenin and its camp, clashed with the citizens while surrounding a number of houses, and as a result killed 3 citizens and injured 2 citizens, and they also detained 4 citizens (including a National Security Forces officer), and withdrew at 06:15.
1. At 14:15, the occupation forces positioned at Barta'a checkpoint detained the citizen: Muhammad Subhi Bani Ghara –a resident of Jenin camp.
2. The 4 detainees in the city of Jenin are: Al-Askari - Pajes Mahmoud Hussein Kayed, Ahmed Taher Jaradat, Ashraf Al-Badawi, and Khaled Mesbah Abu Al-Haija.
At 04:15, the occupation forces fired live ammunition and rubber coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens, for alleged shooting and stoning and as a result killed 3 citizens and injured 2 others.
The 3 civilians: Sidqi Siddiq Zakarneh, 29 years old, resident of Jenin, Atta Yassin Mahmoud Shalabi, 46 years old, resident of Qabatiya town, and Tariq Fawzi al-Damej, 29 years old, resident of Jenin camp were killed after Israeli occupation forces opened fire towards them during their raid into Jenin camp and the city of Jenin.
The 2 civilians: Muhammad Jamal Al-Zubaidi - residents of the Jenin camp, and Muhammad Ahmed Al-Khalidi were injured during clashes with the occupation forces in the city of Jenin and its camp.
At 16:10, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Shufa checkpoint, obstructing traffic.
On the morning of 12/07/2022, the occupation forces closed the Hawara checkpoint, in front of traffic, and reopened it at a later time.
1. At 01:40, the occupation forces raided the town of Beita, detained 2 citizens, and withdrew at 04:55.
2. At 02:35, the occupying forces raided the city of Nablus, detained 2 citizens (including a Preventive Security Service officer), and withdrew at 04:55.
3. At 02:45, the occupation forces raided the town of Beit Furik, and detained a citizen.
1. At 20:15, the occupation forces arrested Abdullah Suleiman Yusef Omran, at the roundabout of the town of Beita.
2. The two detainees in the town of Beita are: Mujahid Rushdi Mualla and Hassan Habib Hamayel.
3. The two detainees in the city of Nablus are: Al-Askari - Rawhi Marmesh, and Ahmed Darwish.
4. The detainee in the town of Beit Furik is: Amjad Mleitat.
1. On the morning of 12/07/2022, a group of settlers positioned near the town of Hawara threw stones at the citizens' vehicles, which resulted in material damage to two vehicles owned by the citizens: Mamoun Kalash and Abdel-Malik Samoudi.
2. At 09:30, a group of settlers positioned on the bypass street passing by the settlement of "Yitzhar", severely beat the citizen: Abdel Moneim Muhammad Hassan Hashash and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions at the government hospital in Nablus for treatment.
3. On 12/07/2022, a group of settlers from "Yitshar" settlement entered the outskirts of Madama village, and attacked its secondary school for girls during which the occupation forces intervened and fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens, while they were trying to confront the settlers.

The civilian: Abdel Moneim Muhammad Hassan Hashash – a resident of Balata camp was injured as a result of the attack by a group of settlers on the bypass road passing along the "Yitzhar" settlement.
At dawn on 12/08/2022, the occupation forces stormed the Eastern Al-Laban Secondary School for Girls, and lowered the Palestinian flag from the roof of the school, and raised the Israeli flag in its place.
At 14:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Jericho, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
At 20:00, the occupation forces positioned at Al-Hamra checkpoint detained the citizen: Obeida Muhammad Hussein Daraghmeh – a resident of the city of Tubas.
At 02:55, the occupation forces raided the city of Bethlehem and the Aida camp in the city, and detained3 citizens (including a journalist) and also handed the citizen: Ali Suman, a notice to review the Israeli intelligence, and withdrew at 05:45.
The 3 detainees in the city of Bethlehem and the Aida camp in the city are: Ahmed Ribhi Al-Harimi - residents of the city of Bethlehem, the journalist - Abd al-Rahman Hassan - residents of the city of Bethlehem, and Mustafa Khalil Kanaan - residents of Aida camp.
On 12/07/2022, the occupation forces leveled agricultural lands and retaining walls, with an estimated area of 4 dunums, owned by the citizen: Nasser Shehadeh, in the Ain Al-Jawiza area in the village of Al-Walaja.
At 05:50, the occupation forces raided Hebron, and detained 3 citizens.
1. At 07:00 on 12/07/2022, the occupation forces detained (in addition to what was mentioned in the previous report), the citizen: Yusri Sobh Yusef Al-Salamin.
2. The 3 detainees in the city of Hebron are: Youssef Omar Abdel-Jawad, Muhammad Ghazi Murshid Salhab, and Saeed Abu Sneina.
At 14:30, the occupation forces positioned in the Wadi Al-Sheikh area in the town of Beit Ummar fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line in the governorates of North Gaza and Khan Yunis, and by gunboats firing at fishermen's boats at sea in the northern Gaza governorate.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 12/07/ 2022, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).
1. At 10:00 on 12/07/2022, Israeli gunboats opened fire towards fishermen's boats while they were chasing them at sea off the shore of Al-Sudaniyya area, west of the town of Beit Lahiya.
2. At 10:30 on 12/07/2022, the occupation forces opened fire and launched tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence, east of the town of Jabalia.
3. At 23:00 on 12/07/2022, the occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of the town of Beit Hanoun.
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
At 10:00 on 12/07/2022, the occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of the town of Abasan, east of Khan Yunis.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom - Kerem Shalom Crossing: On 12/07/ 2022, it is partially open (for the entry of limited quantities of fuel and fuel for the power plant, fodder, foodstuffs, and medical materials).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: On 12/07/ 2022 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).
