DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00 19th December 2022-08:00, 20th December 2022
On 12/20/2022, a nationwide and extensive strike in all governorates to mourn the soul of the imprisoned martyr: Nasser Abu Hamid, 50, who was killed as a result of the occupation prison administration's policy of deliberate medical negligence towards sick detainees.
1. At 09:00, the occupation forces detained Muhammad Daoud Pharoun, a resident of Al-Eizariya town, in Al-Sawwana neighborhood in Jerusalem.
2. At 10:00, the occupation forces detained Hammam Al-Husseini in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in Jerusalem.
3. At 16:00, the occupation forces detained 2 citizens - residents of the town of Hizma: Adel Essam Al-Khatib and Amir Ghazi Salah Al-Din.
1. At 09:30, the occupation forces positioned in the vicinity of Al-Quds University in the town of Abu Dis, fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning
2. At 20:00, the occupation forces positioned in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens, , for alleged stoning.
At 08:00, groups of extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.
At 20:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the village of Ain Yabroud, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
At 09:50, the occupation forces raided the village of Deir Abu Mishaal, clashed with the citizens, while they were on patrol.
At 22:00, the occupation forces positioned at a military checkpoint, detained Rami Amin Saleh (of the General Intelligence Service) - residents of the town of Silwad.
At 09:50, the occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning while they were on patrol during the raid into the village of Deir Abu Mishaal
At 06:00, the prisoner: Nasser Abu Hamid, 50, a resident of Al-Amari camp in Al-Bireh, was killed after he was transferred to Assaf Harofeh Hospital, as a result of a serious deterioration in his health as a result of the policy of deliberate medical negligence, which the occupation prison administration follows against sick prisoners in occupation prisons.
1. At 03:25, the occupation forces raided the city of Jenin, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 04:55.
2. At 03:40, the occupation forces raided the town of Qabatiya, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 04:55.

2. The detainee in the town of Qabatiya is: Qais Faisal Al-Shayeb Sabana.
On the evening of 12/19/2022, a group of settlers from the "Mofo Dotan" settlement, located south of the town of Ya'bad, seized 120 sheep belonging to the citizen: Imad Lutfi Zuhair - residents of the town of Arraba, and transported them into the colony.
At 14:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Azzun, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 08:00, the occupation forces raided the city of Qalqilya, and detained a child.
2. At 04:40, the occupation forces raided the village of Baqa al-Hatab, stormed and searched a number of homes, then withdrew at 06:40.
The detainee in the city of Qalqilya is: Aban Iyad Muhammad Saeed Hammad, 17 years old.
1. At 08:15, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Beita town junction, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 08:25, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Al-Murabaa area, near the entrance to the village of Tal, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 08:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of Surra village, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
4. At 18:50, the occupation forces set up a roadblock on the main street in the town of Hawara, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
At 21:45, the occupation forces detained 2 citizens after chasing their vehicle in the town of Hawara: Muhammad Ghazi Abu Zaytoun - residents of Balata camp, and Muhammad Nihad Adel Al-Nadi - residents of Askar camp.
At 08:35, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Za'tara junction checkpoint, obstructing traffic.
At dawn on 12/20/2022, the occupation forces raided the town of Al-Zawiya, and raided and searched a house.
At 23:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the southern entrance to the city of Jericho, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
At 08:40, the occupation forces demolished, east of the city of Jericho, 2 houses (one of them under construction) owned by the two citizens: Amer Daoud Abd Qureshi (a house under construction), and Amjad Adel Idris, under the pretext that it was not licensed because it is located in the classified area (C) under Israeli control.
At 17:50, the occupying forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tuqu', to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities until 19:55.
At 23:00, the occupation forces raided the city of Bethlehem, where clashes took place with the citizens, during the raid on a number of homes, and arrested 8 citizens (including 2 brothers), and withdrew at 04:20.
The 8 detainees in the city of Bethlehem are: Hamza Khaled Ayad Muhammad al-Harimi, his brother Issa, Youssef Jamal Ayad al-Harimi, Ahmed Nader Ayad al-Harimi, Khaled Ayad al-Harimi, Tariq Muhammad Ayad al-Harimi, Shadi Muhammad Ayad al-Harimi, and Nader Ayad Muhammad al-Harimi.
At 23:00, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed a number of houses.
1. At 09:00, the occupation forces set up a roadblock at the entrance to the town of Bani Naim, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities until 10:00.
2. At 16:05, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Sa'ir, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities until 17:20.
At 02:40, the occupation forces raided the town of Bani Naim, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 04:10.
The detainee in the town of Bani Naim is: Ahmed Odeh Abu Hamida.
1. At 22:35, the occupation forces positioned near the entrance to Al-Arroub camp fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
2. On the evening of 12/19/2022, the occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the town of Halhul, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by storming our areas in Rafah governorate, and by firing from their positions on the Green Line in Khan Yunis governorate.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 12/19/ 2022, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
1. At 08:00 on 12/19/2022, the occupation forces opened fire and launched tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence, east of the town of Khuza'a, east of Khan Yunis.
2. At 06:30 on 12/20/2022, the occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Khan Yunis.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom - Kerem Shalom Crossing: On 12/19/ 2022, it is partially open (for the entry of limited quantities of fuel and fuel for the power plant, fodder, foodstuffs, and medical materials).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: On 12/19/ 2022 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).
