At 24:00 on September 8th 2018, Israeli military imposed a full closure of the West Bank districts on the occasion of the Jewish New Year, and prevented citizens and workers, including permit holders, from entering Jerusalem and Israel, except for humanitarian cases after prior coordination until 24:00 on September 11th 2018.

At 22:00, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Batn Al-Hawa area located in Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem city and stoned several homes and vehicles and as a result broke several windows during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to prevent the settler attack.

At 14:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

QALQILIYA
At 13:15 and again at 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
NABLUS
At dawn on September 9th 2018, Israeli forces raided Madma village then stormed and searched a home.
At 02:10 on September 8th 2018, Ahmad Zakariya Mustafa Abu Lawi was injured during clashes with Israeli forces in Nablus city {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.
SALFIT
At 17:05, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
At 06:30 on September 9th 2018, Israeli forces raided Kafr Al-Dik town until 07:50.
JERICHO
At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road in Al-Oja village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:45.
At 13:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Zabidat village as they were chasing a vehicle then temporarily detained 3 residents {including a National Security Force Officer} then released them at a later time.

HEBRON
1. At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Farsh Al-Hawa area in North Hebron city{located along bypass road 35} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Simiya village junction {located in the area between Al-Samou' and Al-Thahriya towns} then searched residents and vehicles.
At dawn on September 9th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, stormed and searched several homes, summoned 5 residents: Mohammed Yousef Burgan, Saeed Abu Roumos, Majdi Rajabi, Amin Hamdi Hamid Al Rajabi, and Azo Raja Ghaith to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
At 17:00, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Shuhada road in the old city of Hebron and attacked a Palestinian Ambulance and as a result shattered the vehicle windshield.
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Rafah districts.
• A child died of serious injuries sustained after Israeli forces opened fire towards demonstrators in east Rafah city on September 7th 2018.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.
1. At 08:30 on September 8th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 15:15 on September 8th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town.
GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 12:00 on September 8th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood located in east Gaza city.
At 11:30 on September 8th 2018, Israeli forces temporarily detained 4 unidentified residents as they attempted to climb the border fence from east Gaza city into Israel then released them at a later time.
CENTRAL GAZA
At 08:15 on September 8th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents located near the border fence in east Deir Al-Balah city.
KHAN YUNIS
1. At 08:00 on September 8th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 17:00 on September 8th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
