JERUSALEM
1. At 02:00 on September 4th 2018, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ismail Abed Ibrahim Halbiyat, Imad Rabi' Rabi' and Mohammad Abdallah Ahmad Erikat during their raid into Abu Dis town {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.
2. At 02:00 on September 4th 2018, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Zakariya Barakat and Mohammad Zakariya Abu Irmeleh during their raid into Kafr Aqab town {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.
3. Israeli forces detained Sundus Samir Obied in A;-Eisawiya village.
On September 4th 2018, Israeli forces demolished a home owned by Salah Mohammad Fahidat in Al-Fahidat neighborhood located in Anata town for allegedly being built with out a licence.
On September 4th 2018, Israeli forces demolished a live stock Den owned by Raed Nimr Al-Jimzawi and Eid Al-Sara'iya in Al-Fahidat neighborhood located in Anata town for allegedly being built with out a licence.
At 11:00, Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
1. At 18:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles until 18:50.
2. At 18:40, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'ma village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:55.

At 11:20, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of "Ofra" Military checkpoint fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several journalists who protesting the Israeli Military violence towards Journalist and agianst the detention of Ali Dar Ali {A Journalist and Palestinian Detainee} and as a result left several of them suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 17:20, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Risan area located in Ras Kar Kar village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators who were protesting agianst land confiscation and Israeli settler violence for alleged stoning and as a result injured 4 residents {including 2 journalists}.
Israeli forces injured 4 residents: Fayez Hussein, Yusef Injas, Isam Al-Rimawi {A journalist} and Abbas Al-Mumini {A journalist} during clashes with demonstrators who were protesting agianst land confiscation and Israeli settler violence in Al-Risan area located in Ras Kar Kar village.
JENIN
1. At 04:10, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes and detained 2 residents.
2. At dawn on September 5th 2018, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ra'i village and summoned 3 residents: Billal Nabil Thiyab, Mahmoud Hafith Milhim and Ayman Ayad Al-Tarash to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
1. On September 4th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Jalma Military checkpoint located in North east Jenin city detained Ramzi Hassan Abu Jildat {A resident of Jenin camp}
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Abdel-Rahman Thiyab Khalouf and Mustafa Eid Thiyab Jawad in Bruqin town.

TUBAS
At dawn on September 4th 2018, Israeli forces raided Tamoun town and detained a resident.

On September 4th 2018, Israeli forces dismantled a mobile home owned by Mahmoud Hayil Bashirat in Khirbeit Humsa Al-Tahta located in the North Jordan valley after dismantling it for allegedly being built with out a licence.

TULKAREM
At 18:40,The Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at "Enav" checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Anabta town, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:50.
Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Taysir Abdel-Raziq Najjar and Ammar Abdel-Raziq Najjar in Anabta town.
QALQILIYA
1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.

At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes.

At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sarah village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqiliya} then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.
SALFIT
At 18:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Deir Ballout town junction then searched residents and vehicles.
HEBRON
1. At dawn on September 5th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, stormed and searched several homes and merchant shops then detained 3 residents.
2. At dawn on September 5th 2018, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town and detained 2 residents.
1. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ziyad Mohammad Ali Abu Hussien, Hussien Ziyad Mohammad Ali Abu Hussien and Mohammad Anwar Mohammad Abu Hussien in Hebron city.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ayman Abdel-Salam Jaradat and Ra'fat Yusef Za'al Shaladat in Sa'ir town.
On the morning of September 4th 2018, Israeli forces positioned near Tariq Bin Ziyad and Hebron boys schools in the old city of Hebron fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several resiednts inside the schools for alleged stoning and as a result left several school children suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
On September 4th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated a tent {used for housing} owned by Yusef Ayoub Mohammad Abu Arram {whose home was demolished by Israeli forces in the same area on September 3rd 2018} in Aqawis area located in east Yatta town .
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza and Gaza districts and as a result injured 9 residents and left 16 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
At 17:00 on September 4th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents during right of return protest near Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing located in North Beit Hanun town and as a result injured 9 residents and left 16 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 09:00 on September 4th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Gaza city.
