WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 03:00, Israeli forces closed Shu'fat checkpoint in Jerusalem city and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.

Raid

1. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp and stormed several homes.
2. At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis towns.

Attack

At 15:00, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat checkpoint in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 11:20.
2. At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Ein village then searched residents and vehicles until 13:55.

Raid

1.At dawn on September 22nd 2016, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ein village and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on September 22nd 2016, Israeli forces raided Ni'lin town and detained 2 residents.
3. At 13:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city, stormed and searched a building {under construction}, detained a resident, confiscated surveillance camera footage from Abed Al-Shini's home then withdrew at 15:25.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Rami Ribhi Khader Dar Al-Eis in Kafr Ein village.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents : Mohammad Khalid Hassan Nafe's and Ameer Nizar Al-Khawaja in Ni'lin town.
3. Israeli forces detained Hussien Ahmad Abdel-Mu'ti Al-Akhras {A resident of Gaza city} in Ramallah city.

Attack

At 14:45, Israeli forces positioned near "Bet El" settlement located in North Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Confiscation of Property

At 13:15, Israeli forces confiscated confiscated surveillance camera footage owned by Abed Al-Shini after storming his home during their raid into Al-Bireh city.

Settlers Attacks

At 06:40, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Al-Taybeh town junction { located along the main road connecting Ramallah and Jericho Districts} assaulted Abdel-Qadder Mahmoud Hussien and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

JENIN

Raid

1. At dawn on September 22nd 2016, Israeli forces raided Arraba town and detained 2 residents.
2. At 20:30, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town until 21:35.
3. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ra'i town.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 resident: Ja'far Fawzi Abdallah Abu Salah and Hassan Ramzi Hussien Abu Salah in Arraba town.

TUBAS

Raid

At 11:00, Israeli forces raided Aqaba town and detained a child.

Detention

1. At 04:30 on September 22nd 2016, Israeli forces detained Hamza Salah Ahamd Subieh during their raid into Al-Far'a camp.
2. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Ali Mohammad Ariyan {17 years old} ( A resident of Ibziq village). in Aqaba town.

Settlers Attacks

On September 22nd 2016, a Israeli settler positioned near "Migola" settlement located in the North Jordan valley area installed a mobile home and a live stock barn on a plot of land owned by local residents in an attempt to confiscate the plot of land.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Beit Lid town and Safarin village then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.

Raid

At 12:15, Israeli forces raided Zieta town until 12:40.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town, impeded the free flow of traffic after closing the main entrance gate { after unidentified persons hurled a molotov cocktail bomb towards a Israeli settler vehicle along the main road connecting Qalqilya and Nablus } then reopened it at a later time.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 20:50, Israeli forces closed Huwara checkpoint an impeded the free flow of traffic { after several residents stoned a Israeli settler vehicle along the main road in Huwara town } then reopened it at 23:00.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Yitshar" settlement junction located in North Huwara town then searched residents and vehicles until 10:55.
2. At 21:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Burin village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 09:45, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village until 12:00.

Closure of main Roads

At 17:45, Israeli forces closed the main road leading to Madma and Assira Al-Qibliya village with dirt mounds.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles until 01:00.

At 23:45, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town until 01:00.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 00:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge { located at the east entrance of Beit Sahour city} then searched residents and vehicles until 02:00.

Raid

1. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem and Al-Duhisheh camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained 8 residents {including a child} then withdrew at 06:20.

2. At 04:45, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town and summoned Ali Mohammad Thawabta to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 8 residents: Mohammad Abdel-Kareem Al-Hajajrah (17 years old), Haydar Izat Mohammad Abu Daya, Murad Mohammad Al-Zaghari, Saber Ahmad Ma'ali, Foad Faysal Ma'ali, Mohammad Zuheir Sha'ban, George Hana Abu Attiya and Antwan Hana Abu Attiya during their raid into Bethlehem and Al-Duhisheh camp.

Temporary Detention

At 22:55, Israeli forces temporarily detained Ahmad Mustafa Al-Saghir {A resident of Betar village} near Al-Walaja village then released him at 23:15.

1. At 10:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning near Al-Khader town roundabout.
2. At 02:25, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into into Bethlehem and Al-Duhisheh camp.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles until 13:30.
2. At 10:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 10:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Farsh Al-Hawa area located in North Hebron city { at bypass road 35 junction} then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 14:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Haweir area junction { located at the North entrance of Halhul town} and detained 2 residents.
5. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles until 16:15.

6. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Wadi Al-Joz area { at the entrance of Bani Na'im town} then searched residents and vehicles until 19:50.

Raid

1. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Dura town, stormed several homes and summoned 3 residents: Wael Mohammad Sharawnah, Ramzi Na'im Al-Khatib and Mohammad Mahmoud Al-Fasfous to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 04;20.
2. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Khursa village, stormed and searched a home and summoned 2 residents: Mohammad Al-Talahma and Mahmoud Al-Talahma to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
3. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town, clashed with several residents as they stormed several home and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces detained Abdel-Raziq Mohammad Khalil Al-Rajabi after storming his home during their raid into Jabal Juhar area located in the old city of Hebron.
2. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Al-Haweir area junction { located at the North entrance of Halhul town} detained 2 residents: Hussni Omar Al-Marqatan and Yazan Ahmad Al-Marqatan { Both residents of Tarqumiya town} .
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents : Oday Masalma and Musa Masalama during their raid into Beit Awwa town.

Attack

At 03:00, Israeli forces fired stun grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed several homes during their raid into Beit Awwa town.

Closure of main Roads

At 12:05, Israeli forces closed the entrances of Deir Razah and Al-Karama villages with dirt mounds.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

*At 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area from 300 to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month. On 3 April 2016 the decision to expand the fishing area from 6 to 9 nautical miles entered into effect but the Israeli authorities reduced the area back to 6 nautical miles on 26 June 2016.

*Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza and Central Gaza districts.
*Israeli Naval vessels broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza District.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) is partially open for humanitarian cases, international journalists, employees working for humanitarian agencies, businessmen and passengers traveling though Al-Karama Crossing.

Attack

1. At 07:30 on September 22nd 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 17:45 on September 22nd 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents who were herding their goats in east Beit Hanun town.

Detention

On September 19th 2016, Israeli forces positioned Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing point detained Alaa Hassan Rajab Hamadah {A Businessman}{A resident of Gaza city}.

Temporary Detention

On September 20th 2016, Israeli forces positioned Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing point temporarily detained Mufid Salama Mahmoud Al-Hussi {A resident of Gaza city} as he was accompanying his ill uncle who was seeking treatment in Al-Makassid hospital in Jerusalem city then released him on September 21st 2016.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 13:00 on September 22nd 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Maghazi camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry of 714 residents returning from Pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects
