JERUSALEM
Israeli forces detained Mohammad Imran Rayan in Beit Duqu village.
1. At 18:00 on September 19th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued a order banning Aya Abu Nab {a resident of Jerusalem city} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 3 months.
2. At 18:00 on September 19th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued a order banning Munthir Hadat {a resident of Jerusalem city} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 1 week.
At 07:00 on September 19th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Abu Dis town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
At 10:00,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
At 12:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of "Ofra" settlement {located at the south entrance of Silwad town} then searched residents and vehicles.

SALFIT
At 08:40, Israeli forces raided Rafat village.
At 15:50, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained Akram Abdallah Al-Sarouji {a resident of Balata camp in Nablus city}.
BETHLEHEM
1. At 10:50, Israeli forces set up 3 military checkpoints near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city},Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} and near Al-Khader town cemetery then searched residents and vehicles.

HEBRON
At 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

ALL DISTRICTS
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line toward Central Gaza district.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
CENTRAL GAZA
At 01:10 on September 19th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land located in east Al-Buriej camp.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
