Military Checkpoints

At 11:20, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Qalandiya, Jaba', Hizma and Al-Za'im checkpoints and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:20, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints near Anata town junction and Al-Khan Al-Hamra area then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 15:30, Israeli forces raided Hizma town, stormed a vehicle repair shop then confiscated surveillance camera footage and a vehicle.
2. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram and Biddu towns until 05:40.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Raed Dweik in Hizma town.

Physical Assault

At 24:00, Israeli forces assaulted Assad Ghayth in Jerusalem city.

Confiscation of Property

At 15:30, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera footage and a vehicle as they stormed a vehicle repair shop during their raid into Hizma town.

House Occupation

On September 15th 2016, Israeli forces occupied the home of Mazen Kamal Mustafa Qarsh as they stormed Al-Sa'ayda neighborhood in Jerusalem claiming that the home belongs to Israeli settlers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Turmusaya town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Ein Sinya roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 03:15, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town until 06:40.
2. At 03:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp until 04:00.
3. At 05:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Taybeh town.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 24:00 on September 14th 2016, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Jaba' town junction and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces raided Sabah Al-Khier neighborhood in Jenin city.
2. At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Zubaba village , clashed with several residents then withdrew at 23:50.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Adnan Salah Yahya (17 years old) {A resident of Al-Arqa village} near Jaba' town junction.

Attack

At 23:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Zubaba village.

At 10:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Far'a village then searched residents and vehicles.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 18:45, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town until 19:25.
2. At 19:35, Israeli forces raided Far'oun village until 19:45.
3. At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Tulkarem camp and Nour Al-Shams camp until 02:50.

QALQILIYA

1. At 09:50, Israeli forces raided Wadi Al-Rasha and Ras Al-Tereh villages.
2. At 00:20, Israeli forces raided Hajja village, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 01:20.

NABLUS

At 22:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Salem village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 12:15 and again at 01:15, Israeli forces raided Beita town.
2. At 17:20, Israeli forces raided Burin village.

Detention

On September 15th 2016, Israeli forces positioned near Huwara military base junction detained Atef Jamil Khalil Dweikat {A resident of Beita town}.

Settlers Attacks

At 15:50, Israeli settler stormed agricultural land in the east area of Burin village, stoned residents and vehicles during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents as they attempted to prevent the settler attack.

Detention

At 22:45, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Mohammad Nafez Mohammad Masalmah {A resident of Ayda camp in Bethlehem} as he was returning from Jordan.

BETHLEHEM

Military Checkpoints

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces closed checkpoint (300) located in North Bethlehem city and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at 15:00.
2. At 16:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Container checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 10:00 and again at 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge { located at the east entrance of Beit Sahour city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Kafr Itsiyon" settlement junction, temporarily detained Imad Mohammad Thiyab {A resident of Bethlehem city} then released him at 17:00.
3. At 16:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. On September 15th 2016, Israeli forces raided Beit Sahour city and detained a resident after storming his home.
2. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and Ayda camp, detained 2 residents in the camp then withdrew at 06:50.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ramzi Ahmad Khalif in Beit Sahour city.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mamdouh Shafiq Karaja and Shadi Mohammad Atta Abu Akr in Ayda camp in Bethlehem city.

Temporary Detention

At 16:20, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near "Kafr Itsiyon" settlement junction detained Imad Mohammad Thiyab {A resident of Bethlehem city} then released him at 17:00.

Attack

At 18:20, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raids into Ayda camp in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Nuba town and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At 12:40, Israeli forces raided Khirbeit Al-Khaldiya area located in east Yatta town and confiscated construction material and equipment owned by Zuhier Abdul-Hamid Abu Qufsha.
2. At 12:55, Israeli forces raided Beit Ulla town, stormed and searched the home of Abdel-Fattah Ahmad Al-Sarihan as they detained him then proceeded to open fire towards and killed his son Mohammad Abdel-Fattah Ahmad Al-Sarihan.
3. At 13:00, Israeli forces raided Tarqumiya town.
4. At 15:20, Israeli forces raided Hebron city until 16:45.
5. At 16:45, Israeli forces raided Halhoul town.
6. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Yatta town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched 2 homes and detained a residents then withdrew at 01:50.
7. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Khursa village until 05:00.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Buba town detained Yunis Aqel {A resident of Halhoul town}.
2. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Fattah Ahmad Al-Sarahien in Beit Ulla town.
3. Israeli forces detained Ali Azzan Al-Nawaj'a in Yatta town.

Attack

1. At 12:55, Israeli forces opened fire as they stormed and searched the home of Abdel-Fattah Ahamd Al-Sarahin and as a result killed his son Mohammad during their raid into Beit Ulla town.
2. At 01:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents as they stormed and searched 2 homes during their raid into Yatta town.

Killings

Israeli forces opened fire towards and killed Mohammad Abdel-Fattah Ahmad Al-Sarihan (30 years old) after storming his home in Beit Ulla town.

Confiscation of Property

At 12:40, Israeli forces confiscated construction material and equipment owned by Zuhier Abdul-Hamid Abu Qufsha during their raid into Khirbeit Al-Khaldiya area located in east Yatta town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.

*Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement after raiding and opening fire towards Central Gaza district.
*Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) is open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Raid

At 15:45 on September 15th 2016, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 meters into the vicinity of east Al-Buriej camp and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 20:00.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 08:05 on September 15th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

*Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
*Sufa Crossing is closed.
*Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is open for the entry of tourist and foreign diplomats and the entry of Humanitarian assistance and construction material funded by UNRWA.
