At 13:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents then detained a resident.

1. At 12:00, a demonstration took place in Ein Samiya area located in east Kafr Malik village protesting against Israeli settler attacks and confiscation of land for the purpose of settlement construction during which Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators and as a result injured a resident and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 13:30, demonstrations took place in Bi'lin town protesting against the construction of the wall during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades and prevented residents from reaching the demonstration site.
3. At 17:15, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

3. At 24:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Assira Al-Qibliya and Orif villages then searched residents and vehicles.

At dawn on September 13th 2019, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Shamaliya village then detained 2 residents.

At 13:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan village then searched residents and vehicles.
