WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Quds University as they stormed Abu Dis town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Abu Dis town and Al-Sawahira village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:10, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and installed a flying checkpoint near Al-Quds University campus.
2. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town until 05:00.
3. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Qalandia camp and detained a resident.
4.At dawn on September 14th 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 21:00, Israeli forces detained Musa Jum'a in Jerusalem city.
2. At dawn on September 14th 2016, Israeli forces detained the child Alaa Ishaq Hamdan (15 years old) after storming his home in Jabal Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained Abdallah Yassin Assaf in Qalandiya camp.
4. Israeli forces detained Mus'ab Khalaf in Al-Eizariya town.

Physical Assault

At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned in Wadi Al-Juz neighborhood in Jerusalem city assaulted the child Hamza Al-Nabulsi (12 years old) {A resident of Ras Al-Amoud neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched resiednts and vehicles.
2. At 14:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 15:00 and again at 22:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 22:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 00:30.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Arraba town junction and detained a resident.
2. At 00:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road connecting Jenin and Al-Nassra cities {located near Al-Bustan Park}, assaulted Suliman Mahmoud Al-Sa'di and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions then withdrew vat 01:30.

Raid

1. At 09:10, Israeli forces raided Sabah Al-Khier neighborhood in Jenin city until 10:30.
2. At 23:20, Israeli forces raided Miethalun and Jaba' towns.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Subhi Mohammad Shinawi {A resident of Jenin city} at Arraba town junction.

Physical Assault

At 00:20, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint along the main road connecting Jenin and Al-Nassra cities {located near Al-Bustan Park}, assaulted Suliman Mahmoud Al-Sa'di and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Assala village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Yusef Baseem Shabatiya {A resident of Azzun town} near the entrance of Azzun town.

Raid

1. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village until 02:00.
2. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Nablus city and Assira Al-Shamaliya town then searched residents and vehicles.

Attack

At 18:15, Israeli forces positioned in the east area of Burin village fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bruqin town then searched residents and vehicles.

Provocation of Palestinian Forces

At 18:30, Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint near Za'tara junction temporarily seized a Bus carrying 18 members of the Palestinian National Security Forces as it was travelling to the Main Headquarters in Bethlehem and temporarily detained its occupants then released them at 19:00.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 23:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jalla city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge { located at the east entrance of Beit Sahour city} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, stormed several homes then withdrew at 22:35.

Detention

At 12:15, Israeli forces positioned at checkpoint (300) located in North Bethlehem city detained Mohammad Faysal Suliman Adwan {A resident of Bethlehem city}.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Yunis area {located along the main road connecting Hebron and Bethlehem districts} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:20, Israeli forces raided Khirbiet Safa village.
2. At 16:40, Israeli forces raided Hebron city until 17:10.
3. At dawn on September 14th 2016, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town , stormed and searched several homes and detained 2 residents including a child.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents including a child: Amro Mohammad Awad (16 years old) and Oday Issa Al-Zarkawi in Beit Ummar town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

* Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.

*The Israeli Military broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire and launching tank artillery shells from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) is open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 19:30 on September 13th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards a Palestinian Gunmen training camp located in north east Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

*Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
*Sufa Crossing is closed.
*Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is open for the entry of tourist and foreign diplomats and the entry of Humanitarian assistance and construction material funded by UNRWA.
