DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 9th September 2021 -08:00, 10th September 2021
• Since 16:00 on 09/06/2021, the Israeli occupation forces imposed a complete closure on the governorates of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip on the occasion of the "Hebrew New Year's Day" for the Jews, and prevented citizens and workers, including permit holders, from entering Jerusalem and Israel, with the exception of diplomatic and international missions and cases Humanitarian and emergency medical cases after prior coordination, until 24:00 on 09/08/ 2021.
At 17:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem detained 2 citizens: Murad Hazem Al-Sayyad and Omar Muammar Abu Al-Hawa.
At 22:00, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters citizens, under the pretext that they had been stoned.
At 08:30, groups of extremist settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.
At 12:55, the Israeli occupation forces, present in the vicinity of the settlement of "Psagot", which is established on the eastern outskirts of Al-Bireh city, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones.
At 02:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Arrabeh and the village of Bir Al-Basha clashed with the citizens as they stormed and searched of a number of houses then 5 citizens (including a female citizen and 2 of her brothers) in the town of Arrabeh.
The five detainees in the town of Arrabeh and the village of Bir al-Basha are: the citizen - Basima Abdullah al-Ardah, and her two brothers, Raed, and Muhammad - residents of the town of Araba, Youssef Qadri, - residents of the village of Bir al-Basha, and Raafat Gwadra - residents of the village of Bir al-Basha.
1. On the morning of 09/09/2021, the Israeli occupation forces in charge of guarding the racist separation wall near the village of Rummana fired stun and tear gas canisters towards the working citizens, while they were trying to enter to work inside the Green Line.
2. At 23:00, the Israeli occupation forces, present in the vicinity of Al-Jalama checkpoint, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, under the pretext that they had been pelted with stones, as a result of which a citizen was injured, and a number of civilians suffocated due to inhalation of tear gas.
3. At 02:30,the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens as they stormed a house during their raid into the Araba town which resulted in a number of citizens suffocating due to tear gas inhalation.
Ahmed Al-Amer - resident of Jenin refugee camp was injured during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in the vicinity of the Al-Jalama checkpoint.
At 01:05, the Israeli occupation forces, located at the gate of the racist separation wall No. 104 in the Shweika suburb of Tulkarm city, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens.
At 22:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up two checkpoints at the entrances to the villages of Jit and Kafr Laqif, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities.
At 20:00, the Israeli occupation forces present in the vicinity of the "Eyal" crossing, which is located on the Green Line, north of Qalqilya, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, under the pretext that they had been stoned.
At 21:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Burin village, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
At 22:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the entrance to the town of Qusra detained the citizen: Yazan Rami Youssef Darwish.
At 19:30, the Israeli occupation forces located in the vicinity of the Hawara checkpoint, fired stun and tear gas towards citizens, under the pretext that they had been stoned.
At 18:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Deir Istiya, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens until 19:00.
At 11:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the Za'tara Junction checkpoint detained 2 citizens : Taha Adel Muhammad Khalifa, and Othman Jamal Muhammad Rajab - a resident of Ain Beit al-Maa camp in Nablus.
At 20:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance to the town of Al-Auja, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
1. At 10:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tekoa, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 12:15.
2. At 18:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Nahalin town, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 20:00.
At dawn on 09/10/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Bethlehem then stormed and searched a residential building and a number of houses.
1. On the evening of 09/09/2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the areas of Umm Rakba of the town of Al-Khader and in the Suleiman Barak area in the village of Artas fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas towards citizens for alleged stoning.
2. At 19:55, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the vicinity of Bilal Bin Rabah Mosque (the Dome) north of Bethlehem fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
At 18:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Al-Fawwar camp, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
1. On 09/09/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces located in front of Al-Aroub camp, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun , and tear gas canisters towards citizens at the entrance to the camp for alleged stoning , as a result of which a number of citizens suffocated due to inhalation of tear gas.
2. On 09.09. 2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the southern entrance to the town of Dura fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning , as a result of which a number of citizens suffocated due to inhalation of tear gas
3. At 21:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Bab al-Zawiya area in Hebron city, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning , as a result of which a number of citizens suffocated due to inhalation of tear gas and detained a child.
The journalist - Nidal Al-Natsheh was injured during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in the Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city.
1. At 10:45, the Israeli occupation forces detained the child: Malek Jawabra, 11 years old, at the entrance to Al-Aroub camp.
2. The detainee during confrontations with the occupation forces in Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city is: Muhammad Ahmad Yousef Abu Daoud, 17 years old.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the cease-fire agreement by Israeli gunboats opened fire towards the fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea in the Gaza Governorate.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 09/09/ 2021, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
On the morning of 09/09/2021, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats while chasing them in the open sea off the shore of Gaza City.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom-Kerem Shalom Crossing: On 09/09/2021,is partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs and fodder, raw materials for the agricultural and food industries, sterilization and cleaning materials, and limited quantities of fuel).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 09/09/2021 is open in one direction (for the return of citizens from the Arab Republic of Egypt).
