Since 24:00 on October 7th 2019,Israeli forces imposed a total closure on the West Bank governorates on the occasion of Yom Kippur, and prevented citizens and workers, including holders of permits, from entering Jerusalem and Israel until 24:00 on October 9th 2019.

ALL DISTRICTS
JERUSALEM
At 15:45,Israeli Military forces closed Hizma and Al-Jib Military checkpoints for the Jewish Holiday "Yom Kippur".
At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Ijza village then searched residents and vehicles.
At 13:10, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city then stormed and searched a building.
At dawn on October 9th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Nasser Ajjaj and Tayseer Abu Sbeih in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
At 17:50, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Al-Eisawiya village with cement blocks.
At 09:00,a group of Israeli settlers led by "Ori Arail" {Israeli Minister of Agriculture} and "Yehuda Glik" {A member of the Israeli Parliament} under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
At 16:25, a Israeli settler stormed Batn Al-Hawa area in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city and tossed a hand made explosive device {which did not explode} towards several children during which Israeli forces closed down the area so as to disable the device.
JENIN
At 10:00, a group of Israeli settlers stormed several homes {under construction} located in Silat Al-Thahir town and vandalized and damaged several pillars and walls.
TUBAS
At 21:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ein Al-Bayda village located in the North Jordan valley then searched residents and vehicles until 00:45.
At 14:30, Israeli forces raided Atouf village and confiscated a bulldozer.

QALQILIYA
At 21:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
On October 8th 2019, Israeli forces prevented several farmers from harvesting Olives from their agricultural land located in Kafr Qaddum village{ which is located near "Qaddumim" settlement} claiming the area a closed military zone.
NABLUS
1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Nablus city and Assira Al-Qibliya town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 08:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba' area located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 11:10.
3. At 08:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavei Shomron" settlement then searched residents and vehicles until 11:10.
At 14:50, Israeli forces raided Osarin village, clashed with several residents as they stormed a home then detained a resident.
Israeli forces detained Majd Afif Miflih Adeli in Osarin village.
At 14:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Osarin village.
1. At 14:00, a group of Israeli settlers from "Yitzhar" settlement set fire to agricultural land located in south Burin village and as a result burned approximately 70 Olive trees before Palestinian Civil defense forces were able to extinguish the flames.
2. On the evening of October 8th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village stoned several vehicles travelling along the main road connecting Nablus and Ramallah districts and as a result damaged several vehicles.
SALFIT
At 10:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles until 12:10.
At 08:20, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Wadi Qana area then stole Olive harvests.
JERICHO
At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
BETHLEHEM
1. At 09:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Nihalin town then searched residents and vehicles until 11:10.
2. At 11:30, ,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 12:45.
At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Nihalin town and clashed with several residents.
At 00:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Nihalin town.
HEBRON
1. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city {located near "Haggai" settlement junction} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Farsh Al-Hawa area located in North Hebron city {near bypass road 35} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. On the evening of October 8th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sa'ir town then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 15:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then detained a resident after storming his home.
2. At dawn on October 9th 2019, Israeli forces raided Safa village, stormed and searched a home then detained a child.
1. Israeli forces detained Badran Badr Jaber in Hebron city.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abdel-Kareem Abu Diyat {16 years old} in Safa village.
At 15:40, Israeli forces stormed Al-Ibrahimi Mosque compound {the Tomb of the Patriarchs} in the Old City of Hebron then forcibly removed employees of Al-Awqaf {Palestinian Authority Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs} from inside the mosque in order to allow Israeli settlers to celebrate "Yom Kippur" holidays.
ALL DISTRICTS
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2014,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza district.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.
At 14:30 on October 8th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in North Beit Lahiya town.

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 08:40 on October 8th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.
KHAN YUNIS
1. At 09:00 on October 8th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khan Yunis city.
