JERUSALEM
1. At 18:30, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Su'ad Abu Ramouz and Jawad Abu Ramouz in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At dawn on October 9th 2018, Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Abdel-Wahab Sa'id Abdel-Latif after storming his home in the old city of Jerusalem.
3. Israeli forces detained Saleem Al-Zir in Al-Eizariya town.
At 21:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
On October 8th 2018, Israeli authorities in Beit Hanina town forced Ayman Na'im Kawazba to demolish his 100 m2 home after receiving a military order for the demolition for being built with out a licence and imposed a hefty financial penalty.
On October 8th 2018, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city with cement blocks.
At 10:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles.
At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Jiljiliya, Ajoul, Mazar'a Al-Nubani and Deir Sudan villages then withdrew at 05:15.
At 07:45 on October 8th 2018, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Imad Issa Affif Hamad and Jawad Wasil Hamad during their raid into Sinjil town {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.
JENIN
1. At 09:45, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town.
2. At 18:05, Israeli forces raided Nazlat Zeid village until 21:20.
3. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Jaba' town , detained 2 residents then withdrew at 07:10.
Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Samir Nouri Fashafsha and Osama Ahmad Salim Salatanat in Jaba' town.
TULKAREM
On October 8th 2018, the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
1. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Shweikiya neighborhood, stormed and searched the home of Ashraf Waleed Soliman Abu Shiekhat {who allegedly killed 2 Israeli settlers and injured another in "Brukan" settlement industrial zone in Salfit district}.
2. At 11:15, Israeli forces raided Deir Al-Ghousoun town.
3. At 15:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town and Far'oun village, stormed and searched several homes, detained 2 residents {including a University student} in Beit Lid town.
4. At 19:35, Israeli forces raided Quffin, Baqa Al-Sharqiya, Zeita towns and Nazlat Abu Al-Nar, Nazlat Issa, Safarin, Al-Ras and Kafr Sur villages until 06:30.
5. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city, detained 4 residents {including the father and the brothers of Ashraf Waleed Soliman Abu Shiekhat {who allegedly killed 2 Israeli settlers and injured another in "Brukan" settlement industrial zone in Salfit district} then withdrew at 06:30.
1. At 02:10 on October 8th 2018, Israeli forces detained Omar Suhiel Odah during their raid into Tulkarem city as mentioned in the previous report.
2. At 12:00, Israeli forces detained Fathi Samer Asrawi {A resident of Allar camp} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
3. Israeli forces detained Yusef Ahed Mohammad Jaber {A University student} and Mohammad Saleh Hamadi in Beit Lid town.
4. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Wafaa Mahmoud Naalouh, 54, and her two daughters - Hanadi Walid Na'alouh, Sondos Walid Na'alouh (university student){The mother and the sisters of Ashraf Waleed Soliman Abu Shiekhat {who allegedly killed 2 Israeli settlers and injured another in "Brukan" settlement industrial zone in Salfit district} and Abdel-Rahman Mazen Obada in Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.
QALQILIYA
1. At 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village until 19:35.
NABLUS
1. At 11:00, Israeli forces raided Beita town.
2. At 14:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Naqoura, Deir Sharaf and Zawata villages, stormed and searched several merchant shops and inspected surveillance camera footage.
3. At 23:55, Israeli forces raided Beita town.
4. At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Qibliya village and detained a resident.
Israeli forces detained Mohammad Rasim Ahmad in Assira Al-Qibliya village.
At 10:00, Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Tel village, assaulted Khalid Abdel-Rahman Assayday as he was harvesting olives in his agricultural land and chased him away from the area then proceeded to chop of the limbs of several Olive trees and confiscated a tent used to store olives.
SALFIT
1. At 08:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Bruqan" settlement then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.
At 07:40 on October 8th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Bidya town, stoned and shamed the windows of 10 vehicles and slashed their tires then proceeded to attack a merchant shop owned by Mohammad Khader Rayan.
JERICHO
At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.
BETHLEHEM
1. At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road which leads to the west village of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.

2. At dawn on October 9th 2018, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city and detained 2 resiednts {a woman and her daughter}.

HEBRON
1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Samou' town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of the industrial zone in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

4. At 03:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Fuwar camp and detained a resident.

ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding Gaza and Central Gaza district.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza,Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result injured 11 residents and left 18 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

At 15:00 on October 8th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas canisters towards approximately 40 Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town then confiscated the fishing boats after taking them to the Gaza port then released them at 19:40

At 17:00 on October 8th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near North West Beit Lahiya town during the march of return and as a result injured 11 resident and left 18 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 13:00 on October 8th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 70m into the vicinity of east Gaza city and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 17:00.
At 12:00 on October 8th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.
CENTRAL GAZA
At 07:30 on October 8th 2018, Israeli forces escorting military bulldozers stormed 100m into the vicinity of east Al-Buriej camp and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then installed a barbed wire fence and withdrew at 14:00.
KHAN YUNIS
At 10:30 on October 8th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khan Yunis city.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
At 16:15 on October 8th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Rafah city.
