JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Duqqu village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and detained 2 residents.
2. At dawn on October 6th 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Issawiya village and detained 11 residents including 4 children.

Detention

1. At dawn on October 5th 2016, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abu Sineneh in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. At dawn on October 6th 2016, Israeli forces detained 4 residents including 3 children: Ahmad Marwan Abu Jum’a (16 years old), Ibrahim Mahmoud Abu Al-Hawa (15 years old), Riyad Mohammad Karawi (15 years old) and Wajeeh Ameen Isbitan in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Issa Mohammad Nabeel and Nawar Amran Qawasmeh in Abu Dis town.
4. Israeli forces detained 11 residents: Ahmad Sameer Obied (17 years old), Mohammad Adnan Mahmoud (17 years old), Mohammad Abdel-Raouf Mahmoud (17 years old), Sameer Akram Attiya (15 year old), Imad Al-Deen Mahmoud Sbatien, Mustafa Ibrahim Assaliya, Alaa Musa Abu Rayala, Ahmad Kayed Mahmoud, Rushdi Baha Obied, Mohammad Issam Obied and Mohammad Sameer Obied in Al-Isswaiya village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:00, Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. 1. At 12:25 and again at 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles and detained residents until 24:00.
2. At 19:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village then searched residents and vehicles until 24:00
3. At 22:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Dura Al-Qare' village , detained 5 residents then withdrew at 05:00.
2. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Turmus'aya town and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on October 6th 2016, Israeli forces raided Atarah town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Ein Sinya village roundabout detained Munjid Nabeel Khaseeb {A resident of Arroura town}.
2. Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Nadeem Anwar Musa Mu'amar , Jihad Abwar Musa Mu'amar, Mohammad Issam Abdel-Ghafer Rafa'i, Mohammad Bassam Nathmi Hamad and Ihsan Munthir Mohammad Fawaqa in Dura Al-Qare' village.
3. Israeli forces detained Ashraf Mohammad Al-Hindi in Turmus'aya town.
4. Israeli forces detained Issa Mohammad Nabeel in Atarah town.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on October 6th 2016, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town and clashed with several residents.

Attack

At dawn on October 6th 2016, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Qabatiya town.

TUBAS

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Al-Hilweh area located in the North Jordan Valley then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Far'a camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured 2 residents including a woman: Kayed Abdel-Ghani Obediya (70 years old) and Munira Rasheed Yusef Rushdi {50 years old} leaving them hospitalized with contusions and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Thaer Abdalla Odah in Al-Far'a camp.

Attack

At 01:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured 2 residents including a woman: Kayed Abdel-Ghani Obediya (70 years old) and Munira Rasheed Yusef Rushdi {50 years old} leaving them hospitalized with contusions.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem and Nour Al-Shams camp, stormed and searched several homes, detained 6 residents including a child and summoned Sayef Hafthi Abu Libdeh to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 06:55.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 6 residents: Ayham Raed Ahmad Fahmawi (17 years old), Mohammad Riyad Mahmoud Jaber, Murad Nawaf Tawfeeq Sawalha, Mahmoud Riyad Mahmoud Jaber, Nassir Jihad Ibrahim Al-Jundi and Mohammad Ibrahim Nimr Hamarshah during their raid into Tulkarem and Nour Al-Shams camp.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town , stormed and searched 4 homes then withdrew at 03:50.
2. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Sir village, stormed and searched 3 homes then withdrew at 03:00.

Temporary Detention

At 08:35, Israeli forces temporarily detained several residents as they were collecting Olive harvests on agricultural land in Kafr Qaddum village then released them at a later time.

NABLUS

Raid

At 00:50, Israeli forces raided Nablus city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed Josephs Tomb area , clashed with several residents then withdrew at 02:15.

Attack

At 00:50, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Nablus city.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Harris village junction, temporarily seized a Civil Defense force vehicle and temporarily detained 2 Civil Defense force officers: Moayad Ishtayeh and Zaher Bani Nimr as they were travelling towards Bidya town {while on official duty} then allowed them to pass through the checkpoint at 13:45.

Raid

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Al-Dik town, occupied the home of Tayseer Fa'iq Odeh Al-Dik and converted its rooftop into a Military post then withdrew at 15:55.
2. At dawn on October 6th 2016, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town then stormed and searched 5 homes.

House Occupation

At 10:00, Israeli forces occupied the home of Tayseer Fa'iq Odeh Al-Dik and converted its rooftop into a Military post during their raid into Kafr Al-Dik town then withdrew at 15:55.

Provocation of Palestinian Forces

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge { located at the east entrance of Beit Sahour city} then searched residents and vehicles until 14:00.
2. At 15:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 15:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teoqu' town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town until 02:20.
2. At 04:30, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem and Al-Duhisheh camp, detained 4 residents {including 3 children} in the camp then withdrew at 06:40.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents {including 3 children} : Mu'taz Ibrahim Musalim (14 years old), Omar Imad Radi (14 years old), Mustafa Raed Badeer (14 years old) and Basel Ibrahim Mahmoud Mizheir during their raid into Bethlehem and Al-Duhisheh camp.

Settlers Attacks

At 17:00, a group of Israeli settlers positioned along the bypass road near "Betar Aliyat" settlement stoned several vehicles travelling in the area.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Wadi Al-Joz area { located at the entrance of Bani Na'im town} then searched residents and vehicles until 09:55.
2. At 08:25, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrances of Dura town and Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles until 09:35.
3. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at Al-Samou' town junction and at the entrance of Wadi Al-Shajanah village then searched resiednts and vehicles.
4. At 09:00, Israeli force set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Farsh Al-Hawa area located in North Hebron city {along bypass road 35} then searched residents and vehicles until 09:30.

Raid

1. At dawn on October 5th 2016, Israeli forces raided Beit Ulla town and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on October 5th 2016,Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Jum'a Zaki Al-Aqal during their raid into Beit Ulla town.
2. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Raheem Mustafa Abu Awad during their raid into Al-Samou' town.

Destruction of Property

At 11:00, Israeli forces stormed agricultural land in Beit Ulla town located near the wall gate and leveled a plot of land owned by Mohammad Salameh Al-Saraheen and demolished a water well owned by Khalil Abdel-Jaber Al-Saraheen.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

* Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.

•Israeli Military forces broke the ceasefire agreement by launching tank artillery shells, and opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza and Gaza districts.

•Israeli Military aircrafts broke the ceasefire agreement by launching missiles towards North Gaza, Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.

•Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Khan Yunis district.

• Palestinian Gunmen broke the cease fire agreement by launching projectiles and opening fire towards the Green Line.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) is open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 08:00 on October 5th 2016, Israeli naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 10:40 on October 5th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards Palestinian gunmen training bases near east Beit Hanoun town.
3. At 15:45 on October 5th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards Palestinian gunmen training bases near north east Beit Hanoun town.

Air Strike

At 15:40 on October 5th 2016, Israeli Military aircrafts launched 2 missiles towards a group of Palestinian gunmen located in Al-Sudaniya area in west Beit Lahiya town.

Palestinian Attacks

At 10:25 on October 5th 2016, Palestinian gunmen launched projectiles towards the Green Line.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 08:15 on October 5th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired towards agriculture land in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood located in east Gaza city.
2. At the time between 16:30 and 17:30 on October 5th 2016, Israeli forces launched 15 tank artillery shells from their positions behind the Green Line towards several area' in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood located in south east Gaza city.
3. At the time between 16:30 and 17:30 on October 5th 2016,Israeli forces launched 10 tank artillery shells from their positions behind the Green Line towards several area' in Al-Muntar (Karni) area located in east Al-Zaytouneh neighborhood located in south east Gaza city.

Air Strike

1. During the time between 15:00 and 15:30 on October 5th 2016, Israeli Military aircrafts launched several missiles{ during 3 consecutive airstrikes} towards east Al-Tuffah neighborhood located in east Gaza city.
2. At 16:15 on October 5th 2016,Israeli Military aircrafts launched several missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen located in Al-Shija’iya neighborhood located in east Gaza city.
3. At 16:30 on October 5th 2016, Israeli Military aircrafts launched several missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen located east Al-Zaytouneh neighborhood located in south east Gaza city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 08:00 on October 5th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.
2. At 08:30 on October 5th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land located near the border fence in east Khan Yunis city.

Air Strike

At 15:05 on October 5th 2016, Israeli Military aircrafts launched several missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen located in West Khan Yunis city.
