Daily Report October 5, 2016

At 13:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Khan Al-Ahmar area { located along the main road connecting Jerusalem and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 14:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis towns until 16:15.
2. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town then stormed and searched the family home of Mu'taz Qassim {A resident killed by Israeli forces}.

1. At dawn on October 5th 2016, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Musa Al-Abbassi after storming his home in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At dawn on October 5th 2016, Israeli forces detained Obadah Najeeb in the old city of Jerusalem.

At 21:30, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya checkpoint temporarily detained Mais Hashim Milhim {A resident of Al-Ram town} for allegedly carrying a knife then released her at a later time.

1. At 21:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during confrontations in Al-Za'im village.
2. At 23:25, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Quds University in Abu Dis town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several resident for alleged stoning.

At 21:00, Israeli forces stormed "Abu Nur" Beduion community located in east Al-Eizariya town and confiscated tents used as a class room for 3rd grade students { The tents were placed after Israeli forces demolished the room which were previously as a class room on September 27th 2016}.

1. At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Taybeh town junction { located along Al-Mu'arajat road connecting Ramallah and Jericho} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Um Safa village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.
3. At 21:20, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints: one between Deir Ibzi' and Ras Kar Kar villages and the other at the entrance of Ras Kar Kar village e then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.
4. At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

At 16:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Illo village.

1. At 20:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sarah village junction { along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqiliya} searched residents and vehicles until 22:05.
2. At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Furiq town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:40.
3. At 21:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beita town then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

1. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, stormed and searched 3 apartment buildings , detained a resident then withdrew at 04:50.
2. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided QAbalan town.

1. At 17:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jallah city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge { located at the east entrance of Beit Sahur city} searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 23:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area located near the entrance of Husan village searched residents and vehicles until 24:00.

1. At 19:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 20:00.
2. At 22:20, Israeli forces raided Husan village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 24:00.
3. At 05:20, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and Ayda camp,clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home, detained a resident and summoned Islam Al-Sous {A resident of Bethlehem city} to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Israeli forces detained Dahoud Suliman Radi in Ayda camp in Bethlehem city.

At 14:10, Israeli forces closed a checkpoint located along Al-Shuhada road in the old city of Hebron and impeded the free flow of traffic until 14:30.

1. At 16:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Shiyoukh Al-Arab village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Khursa village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 23:20.

1. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Surif town, stormed and searched a home and detained 2 residents.
2. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained 2 residents.
3. At dawn on October 5th 2016, Israeli forces raided Tarqumiya town and detained a resident after storming his home.

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Fadi Ibrahim Abdallah Ghanamat and Shadi Ibrahim Abdallah Ghanamat during their raid into Surif town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 children: Ahmad Samir Abdel-Rahman Ayash (16 years old) and Waseem Taha Abu Mariya (16 years old) during their raid into Beit Ummar town.
3. Israeli forces detained Jum'a Zaki Al-Atal in Tarqumiya town.
