DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 29th October 2019 – 08:00, 30th October 2019
1. At dawn on October 29th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qatanna village and detained a resident.
2. At 21:00, Israeli forces raided Issawiya village and detained a child.
3. At dawn on October 30th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Duqu village and detained 4 residents.
4. At dawn on October 30th 2019, Israeli forces raided Anata town then stormed and searched 2 homes.
1. At 10:50, Israeli forces detained Yacoub Al-Qawaasmi {a resident of Ras Khamis neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.
2. At 15:00, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Al-Zaghal {a resident if Jerusalem city}.
3. At 17:00, Israeli forces detained Zidan Salah Al-Abbassi {a resident of Jerusalem city}.
4.On the evening of October 29th 2019, Israeli forces detained 7 residents: Ahmad Asfour, Hazim Al-Qassas, Moath Al-Ajlouni, Thaer Abu Sinineh, Mohammad Abu Sinineh, Murad Al-Ajlouni and Abboud Abu Sinineh at Al-Wad road in the old city of Jerusalem.
5. At dawn on October 30th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents {including a child}: Mohammad Jawad Abu Ramouz {14 years old} and Majdi Fawzi Abu Taya in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
6. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Khalid Nasser Taha in Qatanna village.
7. Israeli forces detained Abdallah Da'na {15 years old} in Issawiya village.
8. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Yazan Ibrahim Marar, Tarik Issa Ali Hussien, Musa Ali Hussien and Sa'id Mustafa Daoud in Beit Duqu village.
1.On October 29th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued a order banning Ehab Abu Ghazalah {a Security Guard at Al-Aqsa mosque} from entering his work place at Al-Aqsa mosque until October 31st 2019 as condition for his released after being detained at an earlier time in side Bab Al-Rahma prayer area in Al-Aqsa mosque after he allegedly took photograph's of Israeli Police as they stormed the mosque.
2. On October 29th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued a order banning Ramzi Abbissan {a resident of Jerusalem city} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 2 weeks as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.
1. On the morning of October 29th 2019, Israeli forces demolished a home owned by Khalid Al-Faham in Al-Sunat neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out a licence.
2.On the morning of October 29th 2019, Israeli authorities forced the resident: Loia Fihmi Obied to demolish his home {which is under construction} for allegedly being built with out a licence after sending him a demolition order at an earlier time and threatened him with hefty financial penalties in the event that the Israeli military implements the demolition.
On October 29th 2019, Israeli forces demolished a storage den owned by Loia Mansour Mahmoud in Al-Eisawiya village for allegedly being built with out a licence.
On October 29th 2019, Israeli forces leveled a plot of land owned by Ishaq Mohammad Mustafa Hamdan in Al-Eisawiya village.
1. At 08:30,a group of Israeli settlers led by "Yehuda Glik" {A member of the Israeli Parliament} under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
2. On the morning of October 29th 2019, Israeli forces stormed Bab Al-Rahma prayer area located in Al-Aqsa Mosque and temporarily detained a Security guard who took photograph's of Israeli Police as they stormed the mosque.
At 16:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 18:30, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town and detained a resident.
2. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya town and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on October 30th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sinjil town and detained a resident.
4. At dawn on October 30th 2019, Israeli forces raided Abu Qash village and clashed with several residents.
1. Israeli forces detained Mustafa Tayseer {a resident of Deir Abu Mash'al village}during their raid into Bir Ziet town.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Issa Ali Hussien during their raid into Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya town.
3. Israeli forces detained Rabi' Farah Abu Al-Nawas during their raid into Sinjil town.
At dawn on October 30th 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Qash village.
At 14:15,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Baqa Ash Sharqiya town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 11:20.
At 13:05, Israeli forces raided Khirbeit Jabarat village , demolished a home then withdrew at 17:25.
At 13:05, Israeli forces demolished a home for allegedly being built with out a licence during their raid into Khirbeit Jabarat village.
1. At 10:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then detained a resident.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
At dawn on October 30th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city and detained a resident after storming and searching his home.
1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city detained Sameer Abdel-Rahim Abu Al-Zaban {45 years old}.
2. Israeli forces detained Sari Sameer Abdel-Rahman Abu Al-Zaban {19 years old} in Qalqiliya city.
At 09:20,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furik Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
1. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Deir Sharaf village junction and detained a resident.
2. At 22:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Muraba' area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:40.
On October 29th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sabustiya village as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed archaeological sites in the area.
Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at Deir Sharaf village junction detained Tarik Mohammad Abdallah Al-Jarami {a resident of Tulkarem camp}.
On October 29th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers from "Ytzhar" settlement stormed agricultural land in Al-Naqqar area located in Huwara town and stole Olive harvest.
1. At 14:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Iskaka village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Oja village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
At 14:10 and again at 22:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 23:20.
1. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Marah Rabah village and detained 2 residents.
2. At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Azzat camp in Bethlehem city , clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched 2 homes then detained 2 residents.
1. At 09:55, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Mohammad Al-Dik {a resident of Dar Salah village} in Wadi Al-Hums area located in North Bethlehem city.
2. At 11:45, Israeli forces positioned at Military checkpoint {300} located in North Bethlehem city detained Amer Samer Hajajrat.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Khalil Qassim Mohammad Al-Shiekh and Qassim Talib Qassim Al-Sheikh in Marah Rabah village.
4. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Nader Sahalbi Al-Qaisi and Muntassir Nawaf Al-Qaisi in Al-Azzat camp in Bethlehem city.
At 01:25, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 2 homes during their raid into Al-Azzat camp in Bethlehem city.
At 09:50, Israeli forces set up 3 checkpoints at the entrances of Sa'ir, Idnha and Beit Awwa towns then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At dawn on October 30th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sakkat village and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on October 30th 2019, Israeli forces raided Wadi Al-Sha'jnat village and detained 3 residents.
3. At dawn on October 30th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained a child.
1. Israeli forces detained Raiyad Ahmad Al-Jawa'dat in Sakkat village.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Fadi Sheheen, Nour Shaheen and Shadi Shaheen in Wadi Al-Sha'jnat village.
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Rafa'at Al-Salibi {16 years old} in Beit Ummar town.
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by raiding North Gaza and Central Gaza districts.
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
At 08:30 on October 29th 2019,Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of east Jabaliya town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 13:30.
1. At 13:30 on October 29th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in East Beit Hanun town.
2. At 15:50 on October 29th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in East Beit Hanun town.
3. At 23:15 on October 29th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 13:20 on October 29th 2019, Israeli forces escorting military bulldozers stormed 70 m into the vicinity east of Al-Maghazi camp and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew 16:30.
At 08:30 on October 29th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Qarara town located in North east Khan Yunis city.
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
