DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 28th October 2019 – 08:00, 29th October 2019
At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Jerusalem opened fire towards a child {for allegedly attempting to stab a Israeli settler} and as a result left him wounded then detained him.
Israeli forces injured the child: Mohammad Khalid Al-Sabah Abu Sineineh {16 years old}{a resident of Jerusalem city} after opening fire towards him in the old city of Jerusalem.
1. At 16:00, Israeli forces detained Jamil Al-Hadad in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. On the evening of October 28th 2019, Israeli forces detained the child: Ahmad Adel Qadamani {16 years old} after storming his home in Al-Suwana neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained the child: Mohammad Khalid Al-Sabah Abu Sineineh {16 years old}{a resident of Jerusalem city} in the old city of Jerusalem after opening fire towards him and injuring him as he allegedly attempted to stab a Israeli settler.
At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
At dawn on October 29th 2019, Israeli forces raided Kobar town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and served military orders for the demolition of 6 homes {4 of which are still under construction}.
At dawn on October 29th 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed several homes during their raid into Kobar town.
1. On the morning of October 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Dhaher al Malih village which is located behind the wall and demolished a concrete fence surrounding a school {The Challenge school #17} and confiscated containers which were used as class rooms.

At 17:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
At 18:35 and again at dawn on October 29th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, detained 3 resident {1 after storming and searching his home}.
Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Adam Sufiyan Bakr Daoud, Layth Eyad Ali Radwan and Haytham Zahi Hasanin in Qalqiliya city.
On the afternoon of October 28th 2019, a Israeli settler {a Security Guard} in "Kedumim" settlement located in Kafr Qaddum village assaulted several farmers as they were harvesting Olives and chased them out of the agricultural land located near the settlement.
1. At 08:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Shavei Shomron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sara village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqiliya} then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 01:05, Israeli forces raided 'Asira ash Shamaliya town, detained 4 residents then withdrew at 06:30.
2. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Rujieb village, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 05:30.
Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Jamal Ammar Rawajba, Ala Ali Al-Shouli, Osama Jawad Sawalma and Aziz Al-Shouli in 'Asira ash Shamaliya town.
On the evening of October 28th 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several farmers who were harvesting olives and chased them of agricultural land located in west Qaryut village.
At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Iskaka village and detained 2 residents.
Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Zied Husam Anis Harb and Yahya Bahij Harb in Iskaka village.
At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Fasayil village then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 15:15,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:25,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At dawn on October 29th 2019, Israeli forces raided Ad Duheisha Camp in Bethlehem city, detained 3 residents and summoned Annan Adnan Shihada to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At dawn on October 29th 2019,Israeli forces raided Ad Doha and Al-Khadr towns and Harmala and Artas village.
Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Bashar Al-Mi'awi, Ashraf Al-Ajouzi and Samer Al-Ajouzi in Ad Duheisha Camp in Bethlehem city.
At 13:15, a group of Israeli settlers from "Beitar Illit" settlement stormed agricultural land in Nahhalin town and stoned several residents who were harvesting olives and as a result injured Yusef Mohammad Sabatin.
1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrance of Sa'ir town and at Beit Awwa town junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Einoun village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

At 13:30 of October, 28th, Israeli Forces detained a resident while attempting to cross the security fence to Israel.
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 20:00 of October 28th, Israeli Forces shot fire from their location towered the agricultural land East the city of Gaza.
At 08:25on October 28th 2019, Israeli forces detained a unidentified residents in east Al-Buriej camp as he was attempting to climb the border fence into Israel.
At 09:30 on October 28th, Israeli Forces shot fire from their location towered the agricultural lands located East of khuZa'a town in the East of Kanyunis
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
At 23:55 of October 28th2019, Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents in east Rafah city as they attempted to climb the border fence into Israel.
