WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

1. At dawn on 10/ 26/2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Muhammad Abu Shusha, in the Wadi Al-Joz neighborhood in Jerusalem.
2. At 10:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the Yusufiya cemetery in Jerusalem detained 3 citizens : Ahed Al-Rishq, Musa Khalaf, and Laith Al-Shalabi.

Attack

On the evening of 10/ 26/2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the Yusufiya cemetery in Jerusalem fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens participating in the evening prayer in the cemetery.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, groups of extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

On the morning of 10/ 26/ 2021,the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Deir Qadis, and demolished 4 shops (under construction).

Destruction of Property

On the morning of 10/26/2021, the Israeli occupation forces demolished 4 shops (under construction), under the pretext of non-licensing, owned by the citizen: Ayman Adnan Sateeh during their raid into Deir Qadis village.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 17:05, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Araba, and detained a citizen.
2. At 00:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Bir al-Basha, detained 8 citizens, and withdrew at 04:10.

Detention

1. The detainee in the town of Araba is: Alaa Yousef Abu Jalbush.
2. The eight detainees in the village of Bir al-Basha are: Muhammad Gawadra, Marwan Muhammad Gwadra, Ahmed Ali Gwadra, Sami Muhammad Gwadra, Laith Hamza Gwadra, Haitham Fayek Gwadra, Muhannad Fayek Gwadra, and Ragheb Imad Gwadra.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 01:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Azzoun, detained 2 civilians, and withdrew at 05:30.
2. At 04:25, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Beit Aminthen stormed and searched a house.

Detention

The two detainees in the town of Azzun are: Karim Omran Hussein, and Moamen Al-Shallo.

NABLUS

Detention

At 12:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at a military checkpoint on the main road from Nablus - Ramallah detained 4 citizens: Ihab Riyad Marshoud, Osaid Sami Al-Asmar, Yarub Basem Habbush, and Ahmed Ghazi Ezzat Saqr - (all residents of Nablus).

Settlers Attacks

1. At 20:00, a group of settlers near the junction of the settlement of "Yitzhar" threw stones at Palestinian vehicles, causing material damage to the vehicle of Hamza Abu Jihad - residents of Jama'in town.
2. On 10/26/ 2021, a group of settlers entered the agricultural lands of the citizens near the village of Burin, and attacked the Red Cross staff while they were inspecting the damage caused by the settlers’ attacks on the citizens’ lands, as a result of which 3 Red Cross employees suffered suffocation and burns in the face after Israeli settlers sprayed pepper gas on their faces.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Kifl Haris, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Jericho, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 21:00.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

1. At 01:45,the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Tekoua, and detained 2 children.
2. At dawn on 10/27/2021,the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Marah Rabah, and handed the citizen: Khalil Qassem Al-Sheikh, a notice to review the Israeli intelligence.

Detention

1. At 11:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at (Al-Container) checkpoint detained the citizen: Ihab Rakez Eid Al-Hwaiti - a resident of Kafa village in Tulkarm governorate.
2. The two detainees in the town of Tekoa are: Ibrahim Samir Sabbah, 15 years old, and Yazan Amer Sabbah, 16 years old.

Settlers Attacks

On 10/26/2021, the Israeli occupation forces uprooted 25 olive groves, owned by the citizen: Muhammad Ahmed Breijeh, in the Al-Hariqa area in the village of Al-Masara.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Al Dhaheriya, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.

Raid

1. At 15:15, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Idna, and handed notices to stop the construction of 4 houses, under the pretext of non-licensing, owned by the citizens: Adnan Ibrahim Awad, Saadia Ibrahim Awad, Abdel Fattah Salem Awad, and Jamal Ahmed Ismail Nofal.
2. At 00:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Hebron and detained a citizen.
3. At 04:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Kressa, and detained a citizen.
4. At dawn on 10/27/2021,the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Ummar, and detained a citizen.

Detention

1. The detainee in the city of Hebron is: Suhaib Muhammad Al-Qawasmi.
2. The two detainees in the village of Kreisa are: Muhyi Ayman Al-Sharawneh and Hazem Hussein Al-Sharawneh.
3. The detainee in the town of Beit Ummar is: Muntaser Yousef Abu Ayyash.

Confiscation of Property

On 10/26/2021, the Israeli occupation forces confiscated a bulldozer (Bajr) owned by the citizen: Hassan Hussein Al-Mahariq, while working near the village of Al-Simia, west of the town of Al-Samou’.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the cease-fire agreement after the Israeli gunboats opened fire at the fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea in the governorates of North Gaza and Rafah.

NORTHERN GAZA

2. On the evening of10/26/2021, the Israeli gunboats fired towards the fishermen’s boats while chasing them in the open sea off the shore of Al-Waha area northwest of Beit Lahia.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 10/26/ 2021 Partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs and goods, limited quantities of fuel and cooking gas, and building materials for the private sector and for internationally funded projects).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 10/26/ 2021 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).

On the morning of 10/27/2021, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats while chasing them in the open sea off the shore of Rafah.
