JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 01:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis towns until 06:15.
2. At dawn on October 27th 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Issawiya town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. On October 26th 2016, Israeli forces detained Muhanad Ma'moun Abu Assab {A resident of Al-Eisawiya village}.
2. On October 26th 2016, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ahmad Mohammad Badwan {A resident of Biddu town} and Ahmad Nassar Omar {A resident of Beit Surik town}.
3. At 20:30, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya checkpoint detained Izz-Al-Din Atef Rajab Mutier {A resident of Qalandiya camp}.
4. At dawn on October 27th 2016, Israeli forces detained Adham Al-Za'tar in the old city of Jerusalem.
5. Israeli forces detained Diya Ayman Obied in Al-Eisawiya village.

House Demolition

On October 26th 2016, Israeli forces demolished 3 homes owned by Nassar Al-Rajabi {60 square meters}, Ahmad Faris Abdel-Raziq Siyam { 95 square meters} and Thaer Ismail Siyam {60 square meters} in Beit Hanina for allegedly being built without license.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.
2. At 19:056, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles until 04:00.

Raid

1. At dawn on October 26th 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp then stormed and searched 3 homes.
2. On the evening of October 26th 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Nabi Saleh village then clashed with several residents.

Detention

At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned near Ni'lin town detained 3 residents (including a child): Yusef Hisham Hamoudeh (14 years old), Mohammad Omar Hussien Bitilo and Alaa Subhi Hamoudeh.

Attack

On the evening of October 26th 2016, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Nabi Saleh village.

JENIN

Raid

At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Shadi Talal Zakarnah in Qabatiya town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Azzun town bridge { Along the main road connecting Qalqilya and Tulkarem districts} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Azzun and Kafr Thulth towns then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 03:10, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, temporarily detained Hamied Abdel-Rahman Abu Haniya {A National Security Force Officer} then released him at a later time then withdrew at 06:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Omar Abdallah Abdel-Latif Radwan, Mahmoud Adam Badwan, Marcel Munthir Radwan, Moath Billal Suwadin and Tamer Bassam Abdel-Lattif Radwan during their raid into Azzun town.

Killings

At 18:50, Mohammad Daoud Othman Daoud {60 years old}{A resident of Qalqilya city} died of injuries sustained after he and his wife were run over by a Israeli settler vehicle along the main road near Al-Nabi Eliyas village as mentioned in the previous report.

Temporary Detention

At 03:10, Israeli forces temporarily detained Hamied Abdel-Raheem Abu Haniya {A National Security force officer} then released him at a later time during their raid into Azzun town.

Attack

1. At 18:40, Israeli forces fired flash grenades into the sky as they raided North Azzun town {after alleged unidentified assailants threw a Molotov cocktail bomb towards the main road in North Azzun town}.
2. At 03:10, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Raid

1. At dawn on October 26th 2016, Israeli forces raided Awarta village and detained a resident.
2. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Nablus city , clashed with several residents as they stormed a home, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:15.

Detention

1. At 03:00 on October 26th 2016, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Zakariya Jaber Assous during their raid into Burin village in addition to those mentioned in the previous report.
2. Israeli forces detained Sharif Sa'id Sharab in Awarta village.
3. Israeli forces detained Anwar Sa'di Al-Sakhil in Nablus city.

Attack

At 02:25, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Nablus city.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 19:10, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 20:35.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Iskaka village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Zawiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 20:40, Israeli forces raided Marda village.

JERICHO

At 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the Dead Sea junction then searched residents and vehicles until 20:05.

BETHLEHEM

1. At 13:10 and again at 18:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Nashash area junction{ located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.
2. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Khader town then searched residents and vehicles until 18:10.
3. At 19:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.
4. At 21:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge { located at the east entrance of Beit Sahour city} then searched residents and vehicles until 01:00.

Raid

On the evening of October 26th 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and clashed with several residents.

Detention

At 02:15 on October 26th 2016, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ahmad Khaled Suliman Al-Amour and Ahmad Jamal Abdallah Al-Amour during their raide into Teqou' town as mentioned in the previous report.

Temporary Detention

At 20:55, Israeli forces positioned near "Migdal Oz" settlement temporarily detained 2 children: Mohammad Subhi Thawabteh (10 years old) and Mohammad Ahmad Thawabteh {11 years old} {both are residents of Fajjar town} then released them at a later time.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fah's area located in south Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.

Raid

1. At 23:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Tabaqa village then stormed several homes.
2. At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Surif town, stormed and searched 2 homes then withdrew at 05:00.
3. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 03:40.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.
• Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding and opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza and Central Gaza Districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) is partially open for humanitarian cases, international journalists, employees working for humanitarian agencies, businessmen and passengers traveling though Al-Karama Crossing.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Raid

At 10:00 on October 26th 2016, Israeli forces escorting several military bulldozers stormed 150 m into the vicinity of Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing point located in east Gaza city then opened fire as they levelled a plot of land then withdrew at 14:00.

CENTRAL GAZA

Raid

At 06:40 on October 26th 2016, Israeli forces escorting several military bulldozers stormed 150 m into the vicinity east of Al-Buriej camp then opened fire as they levelled a plot of land then withdrew at 10:00.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
