JERUSALEM
1. At 23:40, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mahmoud Al-Salayma and Alaa Yasser Al-Razzam near Bab Hata area in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abu Usba' and Ziyad Afana in Qalandiya camp.
1. At 11:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes and merchant shops during their raid into Qalandiya camp.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
On October 16th 2017, Israeli forces stormed the Bedouin community area in Jabal Baba located near Al-Eizariya town and demolished 4 residential dens for allegedly being built without a licence.
At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
1. At 14:15 and again at 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

At 05:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp, detained a resident and assaulted Khalil Abu Tayer.

JENIN
At 17:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Kafr Dan village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

2. At 03:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Yamoun town and detained a resident.
3. At 03:50, Israeli forces raided Jenin camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched 2 homes then detained a resident.

TULKAREM
At 09:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Beit Lid town then searched residents and vehicles until 09:25.
QALQILIYA
1. At 18:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.
At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city and detained a resident then withdrew at 06:30.
At 19:25, Israeli forces positioned in east Azzun town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents then detained a resident.

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Marda village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
JERICHO
At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Sultan camp in Jericho city, stormed and searched 6 home, temporarily detained 2 residents and released them at a later time then withdrew at 03:25.
At 01:20, Israeli forces temporarily detained 2 residents: Mohammad Ibrahim Assilah and Mascelle Moath Jum'a Mansour during their raid into Ein Al-Sultan camp in Jericho city.
BETHLEHEM
1. At 08:35 and again at dawn on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Ju'ba village and detained a resident.
2. At 05:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Doha town , Khalayel Al-Louz village and Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city, clashed with several residents and detained 4 residents.
3. At dawn on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces raided Husan village, stormed several homes and detained a resident.
1. Israeli forces detained Mufid Mohammad Musa Abu Luhat in Al-Ju'beh village.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Nabeel Akram Sha'ban Fararjat {A resident of Al-Dohat town}, Salah Ameen Khader Al-Harimi {A resident of Khalayel Al-Louz village}, Khalid Ali Ahmad Al-Masri {A resident of Al-Duhisheh camp} and Murad Musa Al-Khamour {A resident of Al-Duhisheh camp} during their raid into Al-Doha town , Khalayel Al-Louz village and Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.
3. Israeli forces detained Obiedat Adel Al-Sha'er in Husan village.
At 05:35, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Dheisheh camp.
At 24:00 on October 16th 2017, Israeli forces closed the agricultural road connecting Al-Jub'a and Nihalin villages it with dirt mounds.
HEBRON
At 18:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Einoun village then searched residents and vehicles.

2. At dawn on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained 2 residents {including a child}.

On October 16th 2017, Israeli authorities approved plans for the construction of 31 settlement units in the central bus station {Old Garage} located along Al-Shihada road in the old city of Hebron on land occupied in 1967.
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.
• Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding and opening fire towards North Gaza district.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
At 08:00 on October 16th 2017, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of North West Beit Lahiya town and opened fire as they levelled a plot of agricultural land then withdrew at 15:00.
GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
