DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 15th October2021 -08:00, 16th October 2021
At 14:20, the Israeli occupation forces detained 3 citizens: Khalil Majdi Abu Samra, Saleh Sasa', and Alaa Doueiri - residents of the city of Qalqilya, in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
1. On 10/15/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces near the town of Bedouin fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards protesting citizens to demand the recovery of the bodies of the martyrs for alleged stoning.
2. On the evening of 10/15/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the village of Al-Isawiya fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards the citizens for alleged stoning.
At 03:05, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Jibya, stormed and searched a house, and confiscated the house's surveillance camera recording device.
At 23:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the entrance to Ni'lin detained the citizen: Ahmed Abdel Fattah Nafeh.
At 17:10, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Ainaf checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
1. At 13:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to Azzun town, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
2. At 14:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Ezbet Al-Tabib, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
1. At 13:15, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the (closed) eastern entrance in the village of Kafr Qaddoum, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators protesting against the closure of the entrance to the village for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 civilians and left number of citizens suffered from suffocation due to tear gas inhalation.
2. At 20:30,the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the vicinity of the southern checkpoint of the city of Qalqilya, firedstun and tear gas canisters towards civilians for alleged stoning and detained a citizen.
2 unidentified civilians were injured during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces near the (closed) eastern entrance in the village of Qalqilya.
The detainee during confrontations with the occupation forces in the vicinity of the southern checkpoint of the city of Qalqilya is: Nael Yousef Haddad.
At 04:10, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Beit Dajan, detained 2 citizens (including a presidential guard), and withdrew at 06:05.
The two detainees in the village of Beit Dajan are: Al-Askari - Muhammad Riyad Muhammad Shehadeh, and Majd Majdi Abu Helwan.
At 13:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the vicinity of Jabal Sobeih in the town of Beita and in Beit Dajan fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards the citizens participating in a demonstration against settlers’ attacks and land confiscation for settlement projects and as a result injured a citizen and left 41 other citizens suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
A unidentified civilians was injured during confrontations with the occupation forces in the vicinity of Jabal Sobeih in the town of Beita and in the village of Beit Dajan.
At 13:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Kafr ad-Dik, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
At 12:10, a group of settlers from the settlement of “Rahalim” entered the agricultural lands of the citizens of the village of Yasuf, and attacked a number of citizens while they were picking olives and damaged a vehicle owned by the citizen: Youssef Abdel Hamid Hammouda.
At 00:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near Bilal Bin Rabah Mosque (Al-Qubba) north of Bethlehem, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
On the evening of 15/10/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Umm Rakba area, south of the town of Al-Khader, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
1. At 10:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the Nabi Younis area (on the main road - Hebron-Bethlehem), to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
2. At 15:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of Khurasa village, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
3. At 16:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of Ziv village, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
At dawn on 10/16/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the village of Al-Tawani, east of the town of Yatta detained the citizen: Fadel Al-Rabi.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 10/15/ 2021, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them)
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 10/15/ 2021 is closed.
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 10/15/ 2021 is closed..
On the evening of 10/15/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained 2 unidentified citizens east of Rafah, while they were trying to infiltrate through the border fence into Israel.
