JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Rafat village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:55.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Anata town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 00:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town until 05:30.
2. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis towns until 05:40.

Detention

1.On October 13th 2016, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Al-Shiyoukhi {A resident of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city} and Loia Jaber {A resident of Ras Al-Amoud neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.
2. At dawn on October 14th 2016, Israeli forces detained Yusef Sakafi {A resident of Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem}.

Attack

1. At 15:00 and again at 18:30, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Ram town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 15:00, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Kasarat area located in Qalandiya camp fired rubber coated steel bullets,stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Issawiya village fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Demonstrations

At 13:00, a demonstration took place after Friday prayers in Qalandiya village protesting against the Israeli occupation forces decision to demolish 11 home in the village.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

1. At dawn on October 14th 2016, Israeli forces raided Ni'lin town and detained 2 residents.
2. At dawn on October 14th 2016, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mahmoud Awwad and Khalil Attah in Ni'lin town
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Hassan Abdel-Rau'f Yusef Hamad and Abdel-Qadder Bassam Hamad in Silwad town.

Attack

1. At 16:55,Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 17:35, Israeli forces positioned in the south area of Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 18:25, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Silwad town fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
4. At 18:30, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of "Psagot" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Demonstrations

At 13:30, a demonstration took place in Bil’in village protesting against the construction of the wall during which they clashed with Israeli forces and as a result suffocated several residents from tear gas inhalation.

QALQILIYA

Demonstrations

At 13:15, a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and as a result left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Attack

At 13:15, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators during demonstrations in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Settlers Attacks

At 16:15, Israeli settlers stormed Kafr Qaddum village and set fired to a plot of agricultural land owned by Abdel-Mahdi Ali and as a result burned 50 Olive trees before Palestinian Civil Defense forces could extinguish the fire.

Destruction of Property

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 08:55, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Nablus city until 05:30.

Settlers Attacks

At 13:30, Israeli settlers stormed Jabal Al-Aqda area located in Beit Furiq town and assaulted several residents as they were collecting Olives from their agricultural land.

JERICHO

Detention

At 12:00, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Ali Mohammad Ali Al-Hindi {A resident of Turmus'aya town in Ramallah District}.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area { Located at the south entrance Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 16:15.
2. At 13:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Dar Salah village bridge { located at the east entrance of Beit Sahour city} then searched residents and vehicles until 16:15.
3. At 13:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 16:15.
4. At 14:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 16:15.

Raid

1. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town and summoned 2 residents: Islam Mahmoud Thawabteh and Alaa Mahmoud Thawabteh to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning then withdrew at 02:55.
2. At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, Al-Doha town and Ayda and Al-Duhisheh camps, summoned 3 residents: Salah Mohammad Al-Juniedi {A resident of Al-Duhisheh camp}, Mahmoud Khalil Aziyah {A resident of Al-Doha town}, and Ahmad Lutfi Da'amsa {A resident of Ayda camp} then withdrew at 05:00.

Temporary Detention

At 10:45, Israeli forces temporarily detained 3 residents: Hussien Ali Odeh Ghazal { Head of Kisan village council}, Ameen Ali Ghazal and Ma'moun Ali Ghazal then released then at 11:15.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Jaroun area located in Abu Sneineh neighborhood located in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.

Temporary Detention

At 16:50, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint in the old city of Hebron temporarily detained Ahmad Abu Turki and his wife Suzan then released them at 17:50.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.

•Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured 1 resident.
•Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza,Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons, passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing and the entry of 250 residents into Al-Aqsa mosque for prayers with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 08:20 on October 14th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 08:30 on October 14th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land located in North east Beit Hanoun town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 15:00 on October 14th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents located in the vicinity Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing located in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city as they were participating in demonstrations protesting the Israeli Military and settler attack on Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and as a result injured 1 resident and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during confrontations in Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing located in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 08:20 on October 14th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Nuseirat camp.
2. At 15:30 on October 14th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents located in the vicinity of east Al-Buriej camp as they were participating in demonstrations protesting the Israeli Military and settler attack on Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and as a result left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 01:00 on October 15th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 09:25 on October 14th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Qarara town.
2. At 14:55 on October 14th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land near the border fence in east Khan Younis city.
3. At 23L55 on October 14th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Younis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is Partially open for the entry of Diesel fuel.
