JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 21:15, Israeli forces closed Qalandiya checkpoint {After the shooting of a resident for allegedly attempting to stab a Israeli Soldier} and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 22:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Issawiya village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Duqqu village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Issawiya village.

Detention

On the evening of September 29th 2016, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Samih Mutier {A resident of Qalandiya camp} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

Attack

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned at Ras Kabsah area in Abu Dis town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Jabal area junction in Abu Dis town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 21:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Qalandiya checkpoint opened fire towards and killed a resident {who allegedly attempted to stab a Israeli Soldier} during confrontations near the checkpoint.

Killings

Israeli forces opened fire towards and killed Naseeb Omran Abu Mayzier {28 years old) {A resident of Kafr Aqab village} near Qalandiya checkpoint.

Demonstrations

At 13:00, a demonstration took place after Friday prayers in Qalandiya village protesting against the Israeli occupation forces decision to demolish 11 home in the village.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Demonstrations

1. At 13:30, a demonstration took place in Bil’in village protesting against the construction of the wall during which they clashed with Israeli forces and as a result suffocated several residents from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 13:30, a demonstration took place in Ni’lin protesting against the construction of the wall during which they clashed with Israeli forces and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation

Attack

1.At 13:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents participating in demonstrations in Bil’in village protesting against the construction of the wall and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 13:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents participating in demonstrations in Nil’in village protesting against the construction of the wall and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 12:00, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Silwad town fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

4. At 17:30, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of "Psagot" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
5. At 18:00,Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning

Temporary Detention

At 13:30, Israeli forces temporarily detained 2 residents: Abdel-Fattah Barnat and Hamoudeh Al-Sab'awi during demonstrations in Bil’in village protesting against the construction of the wall.

TUBAS

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ein Al-Bayda village then stormed and searched several residents until 22:40.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 18:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Ras village until 19:00.

QALQILIYA

Demonstrations

At 13:30, a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and as a result left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 13:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators during demonstrations in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Burin village then searched residents and vehicle until 11:50.
2. At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Osarin village then searched residents and vehicle.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 14;30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Kafr Al-Dik then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 22:30, Israeli forces raided Marda village until 23:50.

Detention

At 12:00, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction checkpoint detained Hamza Imad Hassan Abu Arah {A resident of Aqaba town in Tubas District}.

Settlers Attacks

At 21:35, a group of Israeli settlers stoned residents and vehicles travelling along Wadi Qana road which connects Salfit and Qalqilya districts.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 13:15.
2. At 22:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge { located at the east entrance of Beit Sahour} then searched residents and vehicles until 23:30.
3. At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the Electrical Company building located near Bilal Bin Rabah mosque located in North Bethlehem city then searched residents and vehicles until 23:20.

Raid

At 22:30, Israeli forces raided Bilal Bin Rabah mosque located in North Bethlehem city, set up a checkpoint then withdrew at 23:20.

Temporary Detention

At 18:35, Israeli forces positioned near the West entrance of Teqou' town temporarily detained Abdel-Rahman Yunis Obiyat then released him at 20:00.

Attack

At 13:50, Israeli forces positioned in Ayada camp in Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Military Checkpoints

At 14:20, Israeli forces closed a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Shuhada road in the old city of Hebron and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Tarmah village junction and detained a child for allegedly attempting to stab a Israeli soldier.
3. At 14:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Hebron city { Along bypass road 35 located near Halhoul bridge} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 23:45, Israeli forces raided Halhoul town and clashed with several residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Firas Mahfouth Al-Talahma {16 years old} at Tarmah village junction.

Attack

At 23:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Halhoul town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

* Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza and Central Gaza districts and as a result injured 3 residents.
•Israeli Naval vessels broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Central Gaza districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 15:00 on September 30th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision

Attack

At 16:00 on September 30th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents located in the vicinity Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing located in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city as they were participating in demonstrations protesting the Israeli Military and settler attack on Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified resident during confrontations in Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing located in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 16:00 on September 30th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents located in the vicinity of east Al-Buriej camp as they were participating in demonstrations protesting the Israeli Military and settler attack on Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and injured a resident.
2. At 21:15 on September 30th 2016, Israeli forces Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents located in the vicinity of east Al-Buriej camp.
3. At 22:20 on September 30th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Deir Al-Balah city.
4.At 23:15 on September 30th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Buriej camp.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during confrontations in east Al-Buriej camp.

RAFAH
