DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 2nd October2021 -08:00, 3rd October 2021
At 17:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Bab Al-Sahera area (one of the doors leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque) in the Old City of Jerusalem detained the citizen: Muhammad Salhab -a resident of the city of Jerusalem.
At 15:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Silwad town, temporarily detained a female citizen, and released her at 20:10.
1. At 02:55, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Kober, and detained a citizen.
2. At 06:15, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Ni'lin, and detained 2 civilians.
3. At 06:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Kafr Ein, and detained a citizen.
4. At dawn on 10/03/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the towns of Bir Zeit and Beit Liqia and the villages of Deir Ghassaneh, Deir Abu Mishaal and Shuqba, and carried out the patrol.
5. At dawn on 10/03/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Al-Bireh, temporarily detained 3 citizens, and released them at a later time.
1. The detainee in the town of Kober is: Omar Muhammad Al-Barghouti.
2. The two detainees in the town of Ni'lin are: Muhammad Mustafa Musa and Muhammad Nahes al-Khawaja.
3. The detainee in the village of Kafr Ein is: Ghabed Al-Muti Al-Rifai.
1. At 15:45, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at a sudden checkpoint at the entrance to Silwad town temporarily detained the citizen: Suzan Najeh Hammad - residents of Silwad town, and released her at 20:10.
2. At dawn on 10/03/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces temporarily detained 3 citizens during the storming of the city of Al-Bireh, and later released them: Tawfiq Ahmed Omar, Ali Hani Abu al-Khair, and Amid al-Nahedh.
On 10/02/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the "Movodotan" checkpoint, which is located on the main street, Jenin - Tulkarm, and obstructed traffic.
At 15:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Al-Term, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
On the evening of 02.10. 2021,, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the town of Ya'bad detained the child: Thaer Abdullah Turkman, 15 years old - a resident of the town of Ya'bad.
At 09:50, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at Tayseer checkpoint, and obstructed traffic until 17:05.
1. At 19:15, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Ainaf checkpoint, and obstructed traffic until 23:15.
2. At 19:20, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Shufa checkpoint, and obstructed traffic until 23:20.
At 18:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the (closed) eastern entrance in the village of Kafr Qaddoum, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators in protest against the closure of the entrance to the village, under the pretext that it had been subjected to stones, which led to the injury of a number of citizens - cases of suffocation due to gas inhalation lacrimal;
At 03:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Nablus and Balata refugee camp in the city, detained 4 civilians (including a soldier from the General Intelligence Service, and 3 brothers), and withdrew at 04:10.
The 4 detainees in the city of Nablus are: Al-Askari - Sami Abu Hamada - residents of Balata refugee camp, Ibrahim Abu Awad, and his two brothers Khalil, and Alaa - residents of Nablus city.
1. At 14:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Kafr ad-Dik. The checkpoint was re-erected at 20:00 to search vehicles and check citizens' identities.
2. At 21:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Deir Ballut, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
1. On 02.10. 2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Al-Mafqarah area, east of Yatta fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens and foreign solidarity activists demonstrating on the lands threatened with confiscation for settlement project and as a result left a number of demonstrators suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 20:35, the Israeli occupation forces, located in front of Al-Aroub camp, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens at the entrance to the camp for alleged stoning.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the cease-fire agreement when the gunboats opened fire towards a fishing boat while it was chasing and besieging it at sea in the North Gaza Governorate.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 10/02/ 2021 is closed
On the morning of 10/02/ 2021, the Israeli gunboats fired at a fishing boat while chasing it and besieging it in the open sea off the coast of the Sudaniya area, west of the town of Beit Lahia, and ended the boat’s siege and returned to the Gaza Strip at a later time.
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
On the morning of 10./02/2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at eastern area of Central Gaza Governorate, detained 2 unidentified citizens, while they were trying to infiltrate through the border fence into Israel.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom-Kerem Shalom Crossing: On 10/02/2021,is closed).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: On 10/02/2021,is closed
