WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town and Abu Dis until 17:50.
2. At 09:00 and again at 05:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, demolished a bakery owned by Ghannim Kamal Mustafa for allegedly being built without a license, clashed with several residents and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. At 19:00, Israeli forces detained Fayez Abu Taha in Ein Al-Lawza area in Silwan neighborhood.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Khader Abu Farha and Ma'moun Abd Ghayth in the old city of Jerusalem.
3. At 20:40, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Al-Asmar {After he was involved in a altercation with several Israeli settlers} in the old city of Jerusalem.
4. At 02:15, Israeli forces detained Musa Mohammad Al-Dab'i, Abdallah Al-Qawasmi and Sami Nasser Al-Din during their raid into Shu'fat camp as mentioned in the previous report.
5. At dawn on November 9th 2016, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Radi Azziz Aweisat, Adham Awisat and Zakariya Abdel-Ghafour in Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
6. Israeli forces detained Ameen Ra'fat and Waseem Al-Dari in Al-Eisawiya village.

Attack

1. At 20:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. At 05:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.

House Demolition

1. At 04:00 on November 8th 2016, Israeli forces stormed Wadi Al-Juz neighborhood in Jerusalem city and demolished a home {consisting of 2 floors} owned by Abed Sabah for allegdly being built without a licence.
2. At 09:30, Israeli forces stormed Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city and demolished a home {consisting of 2 floors} and a livestock Den owned by Atta Ahmad Suliman Al-Hadra for allegedly being built without a licence.

Destruction of Property

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces demolished a bakery owned by Ghannim Kamal Mustafa for allegedly being built without a license in Al-Eisawiya village.
2. At 09:30, Israeli forces demolished a livestock Den owned by Atta Ahmad Suliman Al-Hadra for allegedly being built without a licence during their raid into Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Closure of main Roads

1. At 15:15, Israeli forces closed the east entrance of Anata town .
2. At 21:00, Israeli forces closed the main entrance of Hizma town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Turmus'aya town junction and detained a resident.
2. At 18:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Taybeh town junction {along the main road connecting Ramallah and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 00:20.
4. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints along Ein Sinya village roundabout and near Atarah town bridge then impeded the free flow of traffic until 00:20.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ali Hamad Abu Aliya near Turmus'aya town junction.

Attack

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of "Psagot" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 17:05, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Deir Nathim village fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

JENIN

Raid

1. On November 7th 2016, Israeli forces raided Barta'a Al-Sharqiya, stormed a electronics shop,confiscated several electronic equipment and detained 2 residents.
2. At 00:20, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town, stormed several homes, detained 3 residents and confiscated a personal vehicle.

Detention

1. At 23:10, Israeli forces detained Firas Rajab Hamarsha during their raid into Jenin camp in addition to those mentioned in the previous report.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mu'tasim Badarnah and Mohammad Suliman Zied in Barta'a Al-Sharqiya village.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Fadi Abdel-Hameed Kayed, Bassam Fawzi Kameel and Mohammad Ahmad Zakarnah in Qabatiya town.

Confiscation of Property

1. On November 7th 2016, Israeli forces confiscated confiscated several electronic equipment owned by Mohammad Suliman Zayed after storming his shop during their raid into Barta'a Al-Sharqiya village.
2. At 00:20, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Abdallah Arafat Zakarnah during their raid into Qabatiya town.

TUBAS

Confiscation of Property

At 19:50, Israeli forces confiscated a agricultural tractor owned by Muwafaq Fakhri Mohammad Daraghmeh in Ras Al-Hamra area located in the North Jordan Valley.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 10:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Eniv" checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At dawn on November 8th 2016, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, stormed several homes and detained a resident.
2. At 18:55, Israeli forces raided Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.
3. At 19:05, Israeli forces raided Zieta town until 20:25.

Israeli forces detained Amjad Mohammad Hussien Abu Shanab in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town and temporarily detained Adam Bassam Saleem then released him at a later time.

At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 04:25.

At 02:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Qalqilya city.

Temporary Detention

At 14:10, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Azzun town temporarily detained Adam Bassam Saleem then released him at later time.

NABLUS

At 15:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 16:00.

Temporary Detention

1. At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction checkpoint temporarily detained Anas Ismail Sarhan {A resident of Al-Far'a camp in Tubas district} then released him at 18:00.
2. At 21:35, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction checkpoint temporarily detained Alaa Akram Abdel-Ghaffer Maskawi then released him at a later time.

JERICHO

Military Checkpoints

At 16:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Hamra checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

At 00:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Oja village, detained 2 residents and summoned Omar Mahmoud Rumanin to report to Israeli intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 03:10.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ra'af Nayef Abdallah Najoom and Adam Mohammad Mubarak Rumanin in Al-Oja village.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 10:00.
2. At 08:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 17:00.
3. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jurat Al-Sham'a village then searched residents and vehicles until 20:40.
4. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 19:40.
5. At 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the north entrance of Teqou' then searched residents and vehicles until 21:15.
6. At 21:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Marah Rabah village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:40.

At 10:20 and again at 01:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town.

At 03:30, Israeli forces positioned at Container checkpoint detained Raed Sami Ahmad Hamdan {A resident of Balata camp in Nablus city}.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fa's area located in south Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.
2. At 17:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Fuwar junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 14:40, Israeli forces raided Ithna town , stormed 2 merchant shops and summoned Waleed Khalil Nofal to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At 18:55, Israeli forces raided Bab Al-Zawiya area and Al-Shalashleh road in Hebron city until 19:55.
3. At 00:20, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, stormed 3 homes , detained 3 residents including a journalist then withdrew at 03:50.
4. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Dura town, detained 3 residents then withdrew at 03:50.
5.At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Fuwar camp, stormed a print shop owned by Abdallah Rasras and confiscated its equipment then detained 2 residents and withdrew at 03:50.

Detention

1. At 00:55 on November 11th 2016, Israeli forces detained Jawad Ibrahim Mohammed Nawaj'a during their raid into Yatta town.
2.Israeli forces detained Tariq Nidal Abdel-Basset Al-Tamimi and Nidal Al-Natsheh {A journalist} in Hebron city.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ayed Doudin, Khaled Mohammad Hussien Fashfoush and Raed Badawi Hmdan.
4. Israeli forces detained 2 resident: Mohammad Rasras and Nidal Hassan Rasras in Al-Fuwar camp

Confiscation of Property

At 02:10, Israeli forces confiscated printing equipment owned by Abdallah Rasras as they stormed his print shop during their raid into Al-Fuwar camp.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) is open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 08:00 on November 8th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects
