DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 4th November 2019 – 08:00, 5th November 2019
1.On the evening of November 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then detained 3 residents.
2. At dawn on November 5th 2019, Israeli forces raided Hizma town then stormed and searched several homes.
1. At dawn on November 4th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Zakariya Iskafi and Mustafa Samahat during their raid into Al-Ram town {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.
2. On November 4th 2019, Israeli forces detained Yasser Darwish {a resident of Al-Eisawiya village} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence agency based on a prior summon.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Rashid Mohammad Nasser, Omar Ahmad Mahmoud and Wassim Dari in Al-Eisawiya village.
On the evening of November 4th 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.
On November 4th 2019, Israeli forces served a military order {a extension for a previous military order} confiscating 66 dunums of land in Beit Duqqu village which is located near the wall for alleged security purposes and extended the period until January 21st 2022.
At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 19:05, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town until 01:00.
2. At dawn on November 5th 2019, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained 2 residents.
Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Yusef Abdallah Hamad and Hassan Tayssir Hamad in Silwad town.
On November 4th 2019,Israeli forces served a military order {a extension for a previous military order} confiscating 150 dunums of agricultural land in Beit Liqya located near the wall for alleged security purposes and extended the period until January 21st 2022.
1. At 08:15, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town.
2. At 19:40, Israeli forces raided Zubaba village.
3. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Arraba and Jaba' towns and Anza and Sanur villages.
On November 4th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Jalmat military checkpoint detained Ahmad Mustafa Qantiri {a resident of Jenin camp}.
At 06:10 on November 4th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Quffin town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards a resident and as a result left him hospitalized.
Israeli forces injured Faysal Ibrahim Abdel-Salam Ghanamat {a resident of Al-Yamoun town in Jenin district} after opening
fire towards him near the wall gate in Quffin town.
1. At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Far'ata village until 04:20.
2. At dawn on November 5th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city then stormed and searched a home.
3. At dawn on November 5th 2019, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village.
On November 4th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Wadli Ali area located in Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village near "Eli" settlement and stole olive harvests collected from approximately 900 Olive trees.
At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town then searched residents and vehicles.
At 08:10, a Israeli settler Security guard in "Kafr Tupah" settlement closed the steel entrance gate leading to agricultural land in Yasuf village located near the settlement thus preventing several farmers from accessing their land for olive harvest then the gate was reopened at 09:25.
At 08:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Murajat road {which connects Ramallah and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles until 09:25.
1. At 09:45,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 11:05.
2. At 10:15,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicle until 22:40.
3. At 20:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Tuqu' town then searched residents and vehicles.
At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes , detained 4 residents {including a child} and confiscated a vehicle.
Israeli forces detained 4 residents {including a child}: Marwan Farajat, Amr Imad Radi, Yazan Hamza Al-Kardi {17 years old} and Rami Naser Assaf in Ayda camp in Bethlehem city.
At 02:50, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Ayda camp in Bethlehem city.
At 02:50, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Marwan Al-Farjat after detaining him during their raid into Ayda camp in Bethlehem city.
On November 4th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers from "Beit Ayin" settlement pumped sewage waste from inside the settlement onto agricultural land planted with Olive trees in Wadi Al-Janazir area located in Al-Ju'ba village and as a result flooded approximately 5 dunums of land owned by Mohammad Ibrahim Abu Luhat.
At 08:45, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints near Beit Awa town and Khursa village junctions then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 12:45 and again at 03:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town until 05:10.
2. At 23:35, Israeli forces raided Yatta town then stormed and searched a home.
3. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Idnha town.
4. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained a resident.
5. At dawn on November 5th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained 3 residents {including a child}.
1. Israeli forces detained Waseem Jafar Mustafa Abu Ayshat in Hebron city.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Issa Ahmad Abdel-Fattah Ta'amra, Hassan Mohammad Hassan Muqbal and Yassin Adel Al-Za'aqiq {16 years old} in Beit Ummar town.
1. On November 4th 2019,Israeli forces served a military order {an extension for a previous military order} confiscating 2000 dunums of agricultural land in Surif town and Al-Ju'ba village for alleged security purposes and extended the period until January 21st 2022.
2. On November 4th 2019,Israeli forces served a military order T/72/05 {an extension for a previous military order} confiscating 129.3 dunums of agricultural land in Al-Samou' and Al-Thahriya towns for alleged security purposes and extended the period until January 21st 2022.
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2014,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
On the evening of November 4th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
On the morning of November 5th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Qarara town located in North east Khan Yunis city.
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
