JERUSALEM

Raid

1.At 21:50 on November 3rd 2016, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and clashed with several residents as they stormed a home.
2. At 20:45, Israeli forces raided Bir Nabala town and Al-Jib village until 22:45.
3. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis towns until 03:45.

Detention

1. On November 3rd 2016, Israeli forces detained Jibril Balalah {A resident of the old city of Jerusalem}.
2. On November 3rd 2016, Israeli forces detained Majd Yusef Obied {A resident of Al-Eisawiya village}.

Demonstrations

1. At 12:00, a demonstration took place after Friday prayers in in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city protesting against the Israeli occupation forces decision to demolish several homes in the neighborhood town.
2.At 12:00, a demonstration took place after Friday prayers in Qalandiya village protesting against the Israeli occupation forces decision to demolish 11 homes in the village.

Attack

1. At 20:30 on November 3rd 2016, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 12:00, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during demonstrations against the Israeli occupation forces decision to demolish several homes in Silwan neighborhood.
3. At 21:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their arid into Al-Eisawiya village.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

1. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Bil'in village and detained a child.
2. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village, stormed and searched the family home of Ma'en Abu Qur' {who was killed by Israeli forces} then withdrew 03:30.
3. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village, stormed a home then withdrew at 03:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Alaa Falah Abu Rahma (16 years old) in Bil'in village.

Demonstrations

1. At 12:15, a demonstration took place in Bil’in village protesting against the construction of the wall during which they clashed with Israeli forces and as a result suffocated several residents from tear gas inhalation
2. At 12:15, a demonstration took place in Nil’in village protesting against the construction of the wall during which they clashed with Israeli forces and as a result suffocated several residents from tear gas inhalation and also injured Suhayeb Fihmi Ibrahim Sarour.

Attack

1. At 12:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several demonstrators participating in a demonstration against the construction of the wall in Bil'in village and as s result left several protesters suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 12:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several demonstrators participating in a demonstration against the construction of the wall in Nil'in village and as s result left several protesters suffocated from tear gas inhalation and injured Suhayeb Fihmi Ibrahim Sarour.
3. At 12:15, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Silwad town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
4. At 15:55, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and injured Mohammad Ramzi Nakhalah.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured Suhayeb Fihmi Ibrahim Sarour in Nil'in village.
2. Israeli forces injured Mohammad Ramzi Nakhalah in Al-Jalazoun camp.

Closure of main Roads

1. At 19:15, Israeli forces closed the entrance road of Silwad which passes through Ofra settlement with cement blocks.
2. At 15:30, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Deir Nathim village with cement blocks.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Bal'a town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 00:20.

Raid

1. At 09:50, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Nur Al-Shams camp until 16:00.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem village until 00:20.
3. At 22:30, Israeli forces raided Anabta town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 00:20.

Detention

On November 3rd 2016, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint detained 2 children: Amer Asharf Awni Abdel-Ghani (16 years old) and Habib Tahseen Yusef Radad (16 years old) {Both are residents of Sayda village} as they were travelling to Ramallah city.

Attack

At 22:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Anabta town.

Confiscation of Property

At 20:55 on November 3rd 2016, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera recorder from "Shalhoub Paint Company" during their raid into Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.

Demonstrations

At 12:00, a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and as a result injured 2 residents including a International Peace activist and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 13:15, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators during demonstrations in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance and injured 2 residents including a International Peace activist left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation then temporarily detained Nihad Hussien Masalha (60 years old) {A resident of Hajja village} then released her at a later time.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents {A International Peace activist} during demonstrations in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance.

Temporary Detention

At 12:00, Israeli forces temporarily detained Nihad Hussien Masalha (60 years old) {A resident of Hajja village} then released her at a later time during demonstrations in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sarah village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqiliya} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 01:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Furiq town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 04:15, Israeli forces raided Nablus city until 05:00.

SALFIT

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the north entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 16:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

At 09:40 and again at 03:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city until 04:35.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on November 4th 2016, Israeli forces raided Mount Hindaza in Bethlehem city , stormed a bake shop and detained a resident.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Harmala village , clashed with several residents then withdrew at 18:40.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Obada Khader Nuwarah during their raid into Mount Hindaza in Bethlehem city.

Attack

1. At 14:40, Israeli forces positioned in Ayda camp in Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces fired fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Harmala village.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Jurat Buhlis area {located at the North entrance of Hebron city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:20, Israeli forces set up 5 checkpoints: at the entrance of Al-Huwar area {The North entrance of Halhoul town}, the entrance of Farsh Al-Hawa area {At the North West entrance of Hebron city}, at the entrance of Ithna town, at Beit Einoun village junction and along the main road of Wadi Sa'ir town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Ameer area in Al-Samou town, stormed and searched several homes {under construction}.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, stormed several merchant shops and confiscated surveillance camera recorder then withdrew at 02:00.
3. At dawn on November 5th 2016, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched the family home of Khaled Ahmad Aliyan Ikhlil {A resident killed by Israeli forces} and summoned Yusef Mohammad Awad to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.

Detention

On November 4th 2016 , Israeli forces detained Hamdi Adnan Abu Turki in Wadi Al-Saman area in Hebron city.

Attack

At dawn on November 11th 2016, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched the family home of Khaled Ahmad Aliyan Ikhlil {A resident killed by Israeli forces} during their raid into Beit Ummar town.

Confiscation of Property

At 00:30, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera recorder as they stormed several merchant shops during their raid into Hebron city.

Closure of main Roads

At 14:20, Israeli forces closed the steel entrance gate located along the main road passing by "Hagi" settlement located in south Hebron city and closed the steel gate entrance on south Dura town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.
•Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured 2 residents.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons, passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing and the entry of 239 residents into Al-Aqsa mosque for prayers with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 09:30 on November 4th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Zaytoun neighborhood located in east Gaza city.
2. At 15:30 on November 4th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents located in the vicinity Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing located in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city as they were participating in demonstrations protesting the Israeli Military and settler attack on Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and as a result injured 2 resident.

Injuries

2 unidentified residents were injured during confrontations in the vicinity Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing located in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 14:30 on November 4th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents located in the vicinity of east Al-Buriej camp as they were participating in demonstrations protesting the Israeli Military and settler attack on Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and as a result injured a resident.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 10:15 on November 4th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Qarara town.

RAFAH

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
