DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 3rd November 2019 – 08:00, 4th November 2019
1. On the evening of November 3rd 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents and detained 4 residents.
2. At dawn on November 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town and detained 2 residents.
3. At dawn on November 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town and detained a residents.
4. At dawn on November 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Biddu town then stormed and searched several homes.
1. At dawn on November 3rd 2019, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Wissam Sadr, Yusef Al-Hilu and Razaz and Al-Razim after storming their homes in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Ismail Muhisien, Mahmoud Yunis, Fa'iq Habsh and Mohammad Habsh in Al-Eisawiya village.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Amjad Na'im Al-Khatib and his son Na'im in Al-Eizariya town.
4. Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Kan'an in Al-Ram town.
1. On November 3rd 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued a order banning Ahmad Al-Safadi {a resident of Jerusalem city} from entering Jerusalem city for a period of 15 days and fined him 5000 NIS as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.
2. On November 3rd 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued a order banning Arrin Al-Za'anin {a resident of Jerusalem city} from entering Bab Al-Amoud area and Salah Al-Din road in Jerusalem city as a condition for her release after being detained at an earlier time.
1. At 19:00, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat military checkpoint in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. On the evening of November 3rd 2019, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Eisawiya village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. On the evening of November 3rd 2019, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Eizariya town opened fire towards a child and as a result left him hospitalized with leg wounds.
Israeli forces injured the child: Ibrahim Hafith Ibrahim Warani {16 years old} after opening fire towards him in Al-Eizariya town.
On November 3rd 2019, Israeli authorities issued orders to extend the confiscation of 190.5 dunums of land located in Anata, Hizma towns and Al-Eisawiya village {which was originally issued in 2007} for military purposes until January 21st 2022.
At 08:30,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
1. At dawn on November 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'ma village and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on November 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on November 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Ras Kar Kar village, stormed and searched a home then confiscated sums of cash.
1. Israeli forces detained Tamer Obada in Kafr Ni'ma village.
2. Israeli forces detained Salah Ahmad Al-Makkan in Deir Abu Mash'al village.
At dawn on November 4th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated sums of cash after storming the home of Salah Jamil Nofal during their raid into Ras Kar Kar village.
At dawn on November 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Jenin camp and detained a resident.
Israeli forces detained Uday Shawqi Sateti in Jenin camp.
On the morning of November 3rd 2019, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate located in Annin village opened fire towards a resident and as a result left him hospitalized.
Israeli forces injured Mohammad Ahmad Masaud Jaradat {a resident of Al-Slah Al-Harthiya town} after opening fire towards him at the wall gate located in Annin village.
On November 3rd 2019, Israeli forces issued a military order for the confiscation of 36 dunums of agricultural land located near "Maskiyot" settlement located in the north Jordan valley for the purpose of settlement expansion.
At dawn on November 3rd 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Nazlat Issa village and detained a resident.
1. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city then stormed and searched a building.
2. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Far'oun village then stormed and searched a car sales lot.
Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Nazlat Issa village detained Odah Riyad Odah Thalathin {a resident ohf Kafr Al-Labbad town}.
1. At 14:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 24:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Habla tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 00:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Izbit Jaloud village then searched residents and vehicles.
At 23:40, Israeli forces raided Hablat town until 01:40.
1. At 09:00 and again at 17:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Muraba' area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Burin village junction, temporarily detained a resident then released him at a later time.
1. At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Beita town.
2. At 23:40, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Shamaliya town, detained a resident then withdrew at 01:05.
3. At dawn on November 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and detained a University student.
1. Israeli forces detained Ala Munthir Sawalma in Assira Al-Shamaliya town.
2. Israeli forces detained Mustafa Abu Al-Rub {a University student} in Nablus city.
At 20:05, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at Burin village junction temporarily detained Sameer Mahmoud Saleh Shabayta {a resident of Azzun town} then released him at a later time.
At 16:15, Israeli forces confiscated a Grader {construction machine} near the entrance of Aqraba town as it was paving a road in the area.
1.On November 11th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Qaryout village located near "Eli" settlement and stole Olive harvests and placed metal poles in order to prevent residents and vehicles from entering the area.
2. On November 3rd 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land located in Al-Sawiya village located near "Rahalim" settlement and stole Olive harvests of approximately 300 Olive trees.
At 11:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles until 13:30.
1. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 18:35.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 19:50.
At 18:50,a Israeli settler driving a vehicle along the main road near "Evrat" settlement ran over Dina Mohammad Awad {a resident of Wadi Rahal village} and as a result left her hospitalized with contusions.

At 14:45, Israeli forces closed Military checkpoint {160} located in the old city of Hebron and prevented residents from passing through the checkpoint from both directions.
1. At 08:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Khursa village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.
2. At 18:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Arrub camp then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.
1. At dawn on November 3rd 2019, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained 2 residents.
2. At 06:10 on November 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Yatta town and detained 2 residents.
At 20:40, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood located in the old city of Hebron and assaulted several family members of Imad Abu Shamsa during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to prevent the settler attack and detained 2 residents {including a woman}.
1. At 08:15, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several school children in Hebron elementary school for alleged stoning.
2. At 12:20, Israeli forces positioned in Ras Al-Aroud area located in Sa'ir town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 14:45, Israeli forces positioned at Military checkpoint {160} located in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
4. At 20:40, Israeli forces positioned in Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood located in the old city of Hebron stun and tear gas canisters towards several family members of Imad Abu Shamsa as they were trying to prevent Israeli settlers from attacking then detained 2 residents {including a woman}.
1. Israeli forces detained Mu'men Abdel-Ghaffar Abu Shamsiya and Ahmad Mohammad Al-Yameni in Hebron city.
2. Israeli forces detained Musa Jibril Al-Amour and Hassan Ibrahim Al-Hareni in Yatta town.
3. Israeli forces detained Fayza Abu Shamsiya and Bassam Abu Aysheh inTel Al-Rumayda neighborhood located in the old city of Hebron.
At 18:05, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Beit Ummar town temporarily detained the child: Qusay Mahmoud Abu Ayash {12 years old} then released him at 21:30.
At 14:40, Israeli forces paved a settlement road {7 meters long} passing near the main road connecting Hebron and Jerusalem which also begins from "Kafar Itzyion" settlement near Beit al-Baraka, near al-'Arroub camp (which was taken over by settlers years ago), and through the natural reserve (Jabal al-Qarn), between Beit Ummar and al-'Arroub refugee camp, through the settlement of Karmi Tzur, to the junction of the Nabi area. Younis (northeast entrance to Halhul town).
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2014,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis districts.
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 13:30 on November 3rd 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Fukhari town located in North east Khan Yunis city.
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
