WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 11:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town.
2. At 16:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and clashed with several residents near Al-Quds University campus.
3. At 18:30, Israeli forces raided Hizma town { for the alleged firebombing of a Israeli settler vehicle}.
4. At 00:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis towns.

Detention

1. At 22:20 on November 22nd 2016, Israeli forces detained 9 residents {including 5 children}: Mohammad Rashad Mohammad Salah Al-Din (17 years old), Fayez Ahmad Fayez Subieh (14 years old), Odah Mohammad Odah Salah Al-Din (14 years old), Eyad Khader Jum'a Al-Khatib (15 years old), Mohammad Nasri Salah Al-Din (16 years old), Abdallah Abd Rabbo Al-Khatin, Rabah Nasri Salah Al-Din, Mohammad Fadil Al-Khatib and Mohammad Fathi Kan'an Al-Khatib during their raid into Hizma town as mentioned in the previous report.

2. At 03:10 on November 23rd 2016, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammad Tarik Salah Hamidat, Hamza Mufeed Majed Abu Eid and Khalid Yahya Abdel-Hameed Ayash during their raid into Biddu town.

Attack

At 16:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents near Al-Quds University campus during their raid into Abu Dis town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:00, Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshipers.

Settlement Activities

On November 23rd 2016, The Planning department of the Jerusalem city Municipality approved tenders for the construction of 500 settlement units in "Ramat Shlomo" settlement located in North Jerusalem city on land occupied in 1967.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 16:20.
2. At 15:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Taybeh town junction {located along Al-Mu'rajat road which connects Ramallah and Jericho} and detained a resident.
3. At 17:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Bet El" settlement located along the main road leading to Al-Jalazoun camp then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Beitunia town, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:20.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint in Al-Taybeh town junction {located along Al-Mu'rajat road which connects Ramallah and Jericho} detained Mohammad Hussien Mahmoud Tabiyat {A resident of Aqbat Jabr camp in Jericho district}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Khalid Abdallah Rizq and Mohammad Abdallah Rizq in Beituniya town.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on November 24th 2016, Israeli forces raided Annin village and detained a resident after storming and searching his home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Abdel-Nasser Mohammad Yassin in Annin village.

TUBAS

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Far'a town then searched residents and vehicles.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 12:50, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 14:00.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:55 and again at 19:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles until 23:55.

Raid

At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Bathan road {located at the east entrance of Nablus city} and detained a resident.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Furiq town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.

Raid

At dawn on November 24th 2016, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and detained a resident {A University Lecturer} after storming and searching his home.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint along Al-Bathan road {located at the east entrance of Nablus city} detained Imad Mohammad Adel Al-Tubasi {A resident of Tamoun town in Tubas district}.
2. Israeli forces detained Dr. Issam Rashad Al-Ashqar {A University Lecturer} after storming and searching his home during their raid into Nablus city.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.

Raid

At 21:55, Israeli forces raided Fasayil village , stormed 2 homes then withdrew at 22:30.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 12:40.
2. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Shuwarat village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jurat Al-Sham'a village then searched residents and vehicles until 19:20.

Raid

1. At dawn on November 23rd 2016, Israeli forces detained Beit Jallah city, stormed and searched a steel mill owned by Raed Basharat Azziz Al-Sous then detained a resident.
2. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town , detained a resident then withdrew at 03:20.
3. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 06:30.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Khalid Basharat Azziz Al-Sous in Beit Jallah city.
2. Israeli forces detained Izzat Ahmad Dariyat in Beit Fajjar town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Ummar town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Hawar area located at the North entrance of Halhoul then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 12:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Tarama village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 23:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Bi'er Al-Saba' road as they raided Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 23:20, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, occupied the rooftop of Sa'di Abu Amr's home and converted it into a military post, installed a checkpoint and then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 07:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, stormed and searched a home, summoned 2 residents: Ahmad Mahmoud Ayad Awad and Mohammad Mahmoud Ayad Awad to report to Israeli intelligence for questioning.

House Occupation

At 23:20, Israeli forces occupied the rooftop of Sa'di Abu Amr's home and converted it into a military post during their raid into Hebron city.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• * Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.

*Israeli Military Forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis district.
• Israeli naval vessels broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 08:30 on November 23rd 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 08:00 on November 23rd 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 08:00 on November 23rd 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuzza'a town.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
