DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 21st November 2019 – 08:00, 22nd November 2019
1. At 10:00, Israeli forces detained the child Yusef Ashour {17 years old} after storming and searching his home in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city
2. On November 21st 2019, Israeli forces detained Yazan Siyam {a resident of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city} along Salah Al-Din road in Jerusalem city.
1. At 10:00, Israeli forces temporarily detained Adnan Ghaith {the Palestinian Authorities Governor of Jerusalem district} in Silwan neighborhood then released him at 19:30.

On the evening of November 21st 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued a home detention order in addition to the payment of a bail of NIS 7,500 and the signing of a third party bail of NIS 20,000, for Samir Jibril (Director of Education in Jerusalem) and Ziad Al-Shamali (Chairman of the Parents' Council). On November 21st 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a bulldozer owned by Ali Issa Makhlouf in Assaira Al-Shamaliya village for allegedly operating in area C {which is under Israeli Military and Administrative control}.
1. On November 21st 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Hafirat area located in Burqa village set fire to agricultural land located near "Homesh" settlement and as a result destroyed approximately 100 Olive groves.
2. At 01:00 on November 22nd 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed the entrance of Majdal Bani Fadel village and set fire to 2 vehicles owned by Soliman Abdallah then spray painted anti arab and racist slogans.
3. At 02:00 on November 22nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Qabalan town and set fire to 2 vehicles owned by Ibrahim Falah Abdel-Ghani and Nathim Mahmoud Aqra' then spray painted anti arab and racist slogans.
4. At 03:00 on November 22nd 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Beit Dajjan village and attacked the home of Thaer Ahmad Awad Hanishat then set fire to a vehicle then spray painted anti arab and racist slogans.
At dawn on November 22nd 2019, Israeli settlers stormed Kafr Al-Dik town, slashed the tires of approximately 21 vehicles then spray painted anti arab and racist slogans.
1. At 11:20 and again at 19:15,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

2. At dawn on November 22nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Dura town and detained 4 residents.
1. Israeli forces detained Yusef Warasnat in Al-Shiyoukh town.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Yousef Ayed al-Faqih, Jamal Abdul Halim al-Talahmeh, Mutasim Ali Suleiman Atabish, and Samed Abdul Aziz Al-Shahatit in Dura town.
On the afternoon of November 21st 2019, Israeli forces demolished a home owned by Mohammad Ali Dabasat located in Khilat Al-Daba' area near Al-Tuwani village in east Yatta town for allegdly being built without a license.
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

2. At 1715 on November 21st 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Jabaliya town.
3. At 17:55 on November 21st 2019 ,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
1. At 07:30 on November 21st 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 17:15 on November 21st 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents in east Al-Qarara town located in North east Khan Yunis city and as a result left several residents suffocating from tear gas inhalation.
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
