DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 19th November 2019 – 08:00, 20th November 2019
At dawn on November 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Biddu town and detained 2 residents.
1. At dawn on November 19th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Muhanad Qara'in and Mohammad Qara'in {both are residents of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Anas Waleed Abu Eid and Majdi Mahmoud Mansour in Biddu town.
1. At 10:50, Israeli forces demolished a home owned by Fatima Al-Abbassi located in Jabal Al-Mukabbir neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At 09:30,The Israeli Military forced Musa Awwad Khalayla to demolish his home {under construction} in Jabal Al-Mukkabir neighborhood located in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built without a license.
3. At 16:45, Israeli forces demolished a home owned by Majdi Mustafa Alwan in Beit Hanina town for allegedly being built without a license.
At 08:30,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
1. At 11:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Sharqiya town and detained a resident.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Deir Ghassana town and Mazara' Nubani village, assaulted Abdel-Raheem Shalbi after storming his home in Mazara' Nubani village.
3. At 03:05, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city then stormed and searched a building.
4. At dawn on November 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Ni'lin town, stormed a home and summoned Mohammad Fihmi Sarour to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning and confiscated sums of cash from his home.
1. At dawn on November 19th 2019, Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Ali Abdel-Haleem Hamad during their raid into Silwad town {as mentioned in the previous report}.
2. Israeli forces detained Najdat Qaher Khalid Zien in Al-Mazra'a Al-Sharqiya town.
At dawn on November 19th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated sums of cash from the home of Mohammad Fihmi Sarour during their raid into Ni'lin town.
1. At 14:05, Israeli forces raided Rumana, Al-Tayba, Anin, Zubaba and Ti'inik village until 16:10.
2. At 22:15, Israeli forces raided Beit Qad and Deir Abu Da'if villages until 24:00.
At 21:10,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Enav military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
1. At 08:40, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city.
2. At dawn on November 20th 2019, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem camp in Tulkarem city and detained a resident.
Israeli forces detained Tarik Mahmoud Al-Dush during their raid into Tulkarem camp located in Tulkarem city.
1. At 12:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Eliyas village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Azzun town bridge {located along the main road connecting Qalqiliya and Tulkarem districts} then searched residents and vehicles.
At 15:00, Israeli forces positioned in west Jayyous town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
At 23:35, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near the entrance of "Kaddumim" settlement stoned vehicles travelling along the main road and as a result damaged a vehicle owned by Rami Samih Abu Haniya.
1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Osarin village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.
1. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Furik town, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:00.
2. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Orif and Enbwies villages until 02:50.
3. At 06:30, Israeli forces raided Huwwara town.
Israeli forces detained Abdel-Kareem Omar Malitat in Beit Furik town.
At 11:20,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
1. At 13:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles.
At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:20.
Israeli forces detained Obidat Adnan Samara in Bruqin town.
At 23:55, Israeli forces raided Jericho city.
At 15:20, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Container military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
1. At 10:45 and again at 18:45,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 19:20.
2. At 19:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jala city then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.
At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Shuwarat village until 04:50.
1. At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Awwa town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Abu Halawa junction located in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
At 06:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp and detained 2 residents.
1. At 13:45, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Muh'sien Al-Qawasmi {a resident of Hebron city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At 20:35, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Khalil Al-Mughrabi {a resident of Al-Arrub camp}.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Khalid Saleem Rushdi and Hassan Maher Al-Shareef in Al-Arrub camp.
At 09:30, Israeli forces demolished 2 homes owned by Khalid Khalil Khanat and Nasser Khalil Khanat in Al-Arrub camp.
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
At 17:30 on November 19th 2019 ,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
