Attack
1. At 14:20, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of "Kochav Ya'akov" settlement located in east Kafr Aqab town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning then detained a resident.
2. At 18:05, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Hizma town.
3. At 20:10, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ram town junction fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
4. At 22:10, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Dis town.
Detention
1. At dawn on November 20th 2016, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Faysal Waheed Shabanah and Mohammad Doud Al-Hadrat in Al-Tur neighborhood of Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained Kamal Abu Eisheh {A resident of Jerusalem city} after confrontations with Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of "Kochav Ya'akov" settlement located in east Kafr Aqab town.
3. Israeli forces detained Maher Ali Salah Al-Diin in Hizma town.
4. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Omar Gharib in Al-Eisawiya village.

2. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ein Yabroud village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:10.
3. At 20:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Deir Ibzi' village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.
Raid
At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp and summoned 3 residents: Anas Mohammad Abdel-Rahman Zied {15 years old}, Murad Hussien Nakhlah and Hussien Abu Hamad to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 03:10.
JENIN
Flying Checkpoints
1. At 14:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road connecting Jenin and Nablus {located near the abandoned settlement "Tersalat"} then searched residents and vehicles until 15:40.
2. At 18:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Zubaba village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:40.
TUBAS
Confiscation of Property
At 07:30, Israeli forces confiscated a agricultural tractor owned by Sa'ed Yusef Ahmad Basharat in Ras Al-Ahmar area in the North Jordan valley.
TULKAREM
Military Checkpoints
At 17:50 and again at 21:55, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" settlement and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Safarin village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 15:20.

On October 13th 2016, Israeli forces positioned at Jabarat checkpoint detained Thaer Mansour Salem Abdel-Al {A resident of Izbit Al-Tayah village}.
Confiscation of Property
At 21:05, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera recorders from the homes of Abdel-Hadi Suliman and Maher Al-Fakhouri during their raid into Tulkarem city.

At 19:25, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction checkpoint detained Awni Al-Shakhsheer {A resident of Nablus city}.
JERICHO

1. At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Fasayil village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:20.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 03:00.
BETHLEHEM

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 13:10.
2. At 17:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 19:00.

1. At 20:15, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, detained a resident then withdrew at 20:45.
2. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and summoned 2 residents: Ali Mohammad Hassan and Moath Mohammad Suman to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
3. At dawn on November 20th 2016, Israeli forces raided Husan village and detained a resident.

Temporary Detention
At 15:05, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron temporarily detained the child Loia Jamal Ahmad Taha {10 years old} {A resident of the old city of Hebron} then released him at a later time.
GAZA STRIP
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.
•Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Central Gaza district.
•Israeli naval vessels broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza.
NORTHERN GAZA

At 07:30 on November 19th 2016, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

Closure of Crossing Points
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
CENTRAL GAZA
Attack
At 15:00 on November 18th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several residents located in the vicinity of east Al-Buriej camp as they were participating in demonstrations protesting against the killing of a resident during demonstrations which took place in the east area of the camp as mentioned in the previous report.
