1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Anabta town then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis towns until 12:30.
2. At 12:30, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town, clashed with several residents then occupied a local mosque and several houses then converted their rooftops into Military posts.
3. At 14:40, Israeli forces raided Kafr Aqab town and detained a Preventive Security Force Officer.

At 12:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Dis town.

On November 9th 2016, Israeli forces demolished a car wash owned by Marqa family in Beit Hanina town for allegedly being built with out a licence.

At 08:15, Israeli forces positioned near Huwara town road opened fire towards Mohammad Amer Thabet Ibrahim Jallad (24 years old) {A US citizen}{A resident of Tulkarem city} and as a result left him hospitalized with critical injuries.

At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Marda village, stormed and searched 2 homes then withdrew at 04:00.

At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Jiftlik village, stormed several homes, detained 2 residents and confiscated 2 cellular telephones owned by Omar Yusef Basharat and confiscated 20000 NIS owned by Mus'ab Al-Jahalin then withdrew at 04:00.

1. At dawn on November 9th 2016, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained a resident.
2. At 23:15, Israeli forces raided Ruq'a area located in Yatta town, clashed with several residents as they surrounded then stormed a home owned by the family of Yunis Ayash Yazen {A Palestinian Detainee} and forcibly removed his family members from inside the home then sealed off the entrances to the home with steel and concrete and withdrew at 04:55.

1. At 00:20 on November 9th 2016, Israeli forces detained Baha Taha Al-Najar during their raid into Hebron city{ in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.
2. At 02:10 on November 9th 2016, Israeli forces detained Abdallah Al-Qasas during their raid into Al-Fuwar camp{ in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.

At 23:15, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they sealed off the entrances to the home owned by the family of Yunis Ayash Yazen {A Palestinian Detainee} with steel and concrete during their raid into Yatta town.

At 17:25, Israeli forces confiscated a agricultural tractor and a water tank owned by Khalil Abu Qabtiya in Yatta town.

At 13:55, Israeli settlers stormed Jurat Balhas area located near the North entrance of Hebron city and stoned the convoy of The Indian Foreign Minister who was travelling to India and as a result damaged several vehicles.

At 07:45 on November 9th 2016, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50m into the vicinity of east Al-Qarara town then opened fire as they levelled a plot of agricultural land then withdrew at 12:00.
