DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 6th November 2020 -08:00, 7th November 2020
On the evening of 11/06/2020, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Anata town junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 12:45, Israeli forces raided the town of Abu Dis, where confrontations took place with the citizens while they were on patrol, and they withdrew at 14:25.
2. At 22:20, Israeli forces raided the town of Al-Ram, and conducted a patrol.
3. At 04:10, Israeli forces raided Qalandia camp, where clashes took place with citizens as they stormed and searched of a number of homes.
1. At 12:45, the occupying forces, , fired stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones while on patrol during their raid into the town of Abu Dis.
2. On the evening of 11/06/2020, the occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters at Wadi Al-Joz neighborhood in Jerusalem, on the pretext that they had been thrown with stones.
3. At 04:10, the occupying forces fired live bullets and rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens, under the pretext that they were being thrown with stones while on patrol during their raid into Qalandia camp
At 15:15, a settler attempted near the settlement of "Har Homa," south of Jerusalem, to kidnap the child: Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Werni - residents of Umm Tuba village, where the citizens managed to confront the settler and save the child.
At 15:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Bir Zeit, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. On the morning of 11/06/2020, the occupying forces in charge of guarding the separation wall near the village of Anin fired sound and tear gas canisters at the citizens while they were trying to enter to work inside the Green Line.
2. At 23:10, the occupying forces in charge of guarding the separation wall near the village of Tura fired shots at a citizen while he was near Al-Jadra, wounding a citizen.
The wounded man who was shot by the occupation forces in charge of guarding the separation wall near the village of Tura is: Ammar Munib Zaid - resident of Nazlet Zaid
1. At 09:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Ezbet El-Tabib, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 13:20, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Azzun, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 15:25, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the city of Qalqilya, to search cars and verify citizens' identities..
At 21:15, the occupation forces positioned near the "Eyal" crossing, north of Qalqilya detained Ahmad Hamad Qaraan.
1. At 12:30, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas, near the eastern (closed) entrance in the village of Kafr Qaddum, at the demonstrators in protest against the closure of the village entrance, under the pretext that it had been thrown with stones, wounding 3 citizens. A number of civilians were injured - suffocation due to tear gas inhalation.
2. At 15:50, the occupying forces, present in the vicinity of the "Eyal" crossing, north of Qalqilya, fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters at the citizens, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones.
The 3 wounded during clashes with the occupation forces while participating in a demonstration against closing the entrance to the village of Kafr Qaddum (including): Abdullah Musa Ali.
At 12:30, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at Beit Furik checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
At 12:35, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Sarra village junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 09:45 and again at 02:10,Israeli forces raided the village of Sebastia while escorting a group of settlers during their visit to Al-Thariya area in the village.
2. At 15:00, Israeli forces raided the town of Huwara, stormed and searched a swimming pool.
At 12:30, the occupation forces detained at Beit Furik checkpoint, citizen: Qasim Awad (Director General of Publication and Documentation in the Wall and Settlement File), and released him at a later time.
At 10:40 , the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, sound bombs and tear gas in the village of Beit Dajan towards the citizens participating in a march against the confiscation of land for settlement projects, which resulted in the injury of a number of citizens - suffocation cases due to inhaling tear gas.
At 01:30, a group of settlers were present near the ruins of the formerly evacuated settlement of "Homesh", and withdrew at a later time.
At 12:15, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Salfit, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 13:30.
At 14:55, a settler ran over a citizen while crossing the road, while driving his vehicle on the main road near the Haris village junction, which led to his injury - wounds and bruises.
Muhammad Nabil Rafiq Shamlawi - resident of Haris village was injured and bruised as a result of being run over by a settler while driving his vehicle near the junction of Haris village.
At 09:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Jericho, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 19:50.
1. At 14:05, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the Al-Nashash area junction (the southern entrance to Bethlehem), to search cars and check citizens' identities until 16:20.
2. At 17:15, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Tuqu 'town, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 17:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 13:40, the occupation forces set up two checkpoints at the entrances to Tarqumiya town and Khurasa village, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 15:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock at the entrance to Sa'ir town, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 24:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Halhul town bridge, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At dawn 11/06/2020,Israeli forces raided the town of Beit Kahil, and conducted a patrol.
1. At 13:00, the occupation forces fired live and metal bullets in the area of Hebron in the Bab Al-Zawiya area, as well as stun grenades and tear gas, at the citizens, under the pretext that they had been pelted with stones, which resulted in wounding a citizen, and injuring a number of citizens - suffocation due to gas inhalation Teardrop
2. At 15:35, the occupation forces fired sound and tear gas canisters near the cemetery of Al-Arroub camp at the citizens, under the pretext that they had been throwing stones.
3. At 21:00, the occupying forces in the Old City of Hebron fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters at the citizens, under the pretext that they had been throwing stones.
Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in the Bab Al-Zawiya area .
• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.
• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip
• The occupation forces violated the ceasefire, by firing from their positions on the Green Line in the Central Governorate, and by firing at the fishermen's boats at sea in the North Gaza Governorate.
* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": on 11/06/2020 is closed (except for the passage of emergency humanitarian cases).
At 09:45 on 11/06/2020 , Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea off the coast of Al-Sudania area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently, and by unilateral Israeli decision.
* The Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010 by an Israeli unilateral decision.
At 10:15 on 11/06/2020, the occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Deir Al-Balah.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sufa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: 11/06/2020 is closed (due to a Friday holiday).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crosing: 11/06/2020, is closed.
