DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 4th November 2020 -08:00, 5th November 2020
On the evening of 11 04. 2020, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at Beit Iksa Checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
1. At 10:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Al-Eizariya, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 19:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the Bado town tunnel, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 09:00 and again at 20:45,Israeli forces raided the village of Al-Issawiya, and detained 2 citizens.
2. At 19:40,Israeli forces raided Al-Jib village and conducted a patrol.
1. At dawn on 11/04/2020, the occupation forces detained, during their raid into the town of Anata and detained the citizen: Ali Muhammad Khalil Hamdan (in addition to what was mentioned in the previous report).
2. At dawn on 11/04/2020, the occupation forces detained 3 citizens Moaz Abu Al-Hawa, Mustafa Abu Al-Hawa, and Ahmed Majed Abu Al-Hummus. in the Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem (in addition to what was mentioned in the previous report)
3. At 09:00, the occupation forces detained the citizen: Ghalib Idkidak - residents of Al-Eizariya.
4. At 11:10, the occupation forces detained the citizen: Ayoub Al-Rajabi - residents of Shuafat Camp in Jerusalem.
5. The two detainees in the village of Al-Issawiya are: Firas Khader Obaid and Muhammad Ali Derbas.
6. The detainee in Beit Iksa village is: Khalil Abu Dahuk.
On 11/04/2020, the occupation authorities in Jerusalem issued a decision to deport the citizen: Najeh Bikirat (Deputy Director General of the Jerusalem Endowments Department) for a period of 6 months from Al-Aqsa Mosque.
At 09:00, a group of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours in its courtyards and facilities.
1. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided the village of Kafr Naama and handed over notifications for 2 residents Usid Abu Uday and his father. to be reviewed by the Israeli intelligence.
2. At 05:15, Israeli forces raided Beit Rima town, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 05:45.
The detainee in the town of Beit Rima is: Ghassan Ihssan al-Rimawi.
1. At 09:10, Israeli forces raided the villages of Al-Nazla Al-Sharqiya and Al-Nazla Al-Wusta, and patrolled until 10:40.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided the towns of Alar, Atil, Deir Al Ghusoun, and the village of Sidon, and detained 10 citizens.
The 10 detainees in the towns of Allar, Atil, Deir al-Ghusoun and the village of Sidon are: Imad Ahmed Asbah - residents of the town of Allar, Nazeer Muhammad Nassar - residents of the town of Allar, Jamil Jamal Nassar Jaar - residents of the town of Allar, Jasser Muhammad Saeed Kharouf - residents of the town of Allar, Nader Salem Kharouf - residents of Allar town, Marwan Mahmoud Sidqi - residents of Atil town, Amjad Adnan Abu Khalil - residents of Atil town, Fuad Muhammad al-Qab - residents of Deir al-Ghusun town, Luay Sami al-Ashqar - residents of Saida, and Fadi Munther Raddad - residents of Saida.
At 07:45 on 11/04/2020, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Ezbet El-Tabib, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 04:30, Israeli forces raided the town of Azzun, and detained 3 civilians.
The 3 detainees in the town of Azzun are: Abdul Karim Yasser Hussein, Zaid Fathi Sweidan, and Mustafa Sufyan al-Riyashi.
1. At 10:30, the occupation forces closed the Huwara military checkpoint, in front of traffic (after they opened fire at a soldier from the Palestinian Preventive Security Service while he was passing his vehicle through the checkpoint, which led to his death), and reopened it at a later time.
2. At 10:30, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at Beit Furik checkpoint, and blocked traffic.
At 10:30, the occupying forces, stationed in the vicinity of Huwwara checkpoint, fired at a vehicle in which a soldier from the Palestinian Preventive Security was traveling, killing him.
The martyr as a result of shooting by the occupation forces present in the vicinity of Huwara checkpoint is: Al-Askari - Bilal Adnan Rawajbah, 29 years old (from the Palestinian Preventive Security Service) - resident of the village of Iraq Al-Tayeh.
At 23:50, a group of settlers came near the roundabout of "Yitzhar" settlement, and threw stones at the citizens' vehicles.
At 12:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Salfit, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 17:30, Israeli forces raided the town of Deir Ballut and conducted a patrol.
At 20:15, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the southern entrance to Jericho, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 11:10,Israeli forces raided the village of Al-Auja, and confiscated a number of birds from a bird shop owned by the citizen: Omar Nasrallah Al-Salaymah.
1. At 09:25, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the Al-Nashash area junction (the southern entrance to Bethlehem). The checkpoint was established at 18:50 hours to search cars and check citizens' identities until 19:25.
2. At 10:20, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasanah area (on the road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate). The checkpoint was established at 22:45 to search cars and check citizens' identities until 00:20.
At 02:10, Israeli forces raided the city of Beit Sahour,detained a citizen, and withdrew at 02:55.
The detainee in Beit Sahour is: Hamada Omar Hussein Abayat.
On 11/04/2020, the occupying forces delivered a notice to evacuate an area of agricultural land belonging to the village of Khalil al-Luz, planted with olive trees, owned by citizen: Yusef Rayan, on the pretext that it is state land.
At 24:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Bani Naim, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.
• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The occupying forces violated the ceasefire, firing from their positions on the Green Line in the Gaza governorate.
* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": On 114. 2020 is closed (except for the passage of emergency humanitarian cases).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently, and by unilateral Israeli decision.
* The Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010 by an Israeli unilateral decision.
At 08:30 on 11/04/2020, the occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards a citizen near the border fence, east of Gaza City.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sufa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 11/4/2020, partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs, goods, building materials, and limited quantities of fuel).
* Al-Awda - Rafah crossing: on 11/04/2020, is open in both directions (for the departure and entry of citizens).
