WEST BANK

ALL DISTRICTS

Closure

• Since 24:00 on April 29th 2017 ,the Israeli Military impose a total closure on the West Bank governorates on the occasion of "the 69th anniversary of the establishment of the State of Israel" and prevents citizens and workers, including permit holders from entering Jerusalem and Israel, except diplomatic and international missions and medical cases {who have prior coordination} until 24:00 on May 2nd 2017.

JERUSALEM

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08;15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ras Kar Kar village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles until 11:30.
3. At 11:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles until 11:55.

Raid

At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Sinjil town then stormed and searched a home.

Closure of main Roads

At 17:20, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Sinjil town with cement blocks.

JENIN

Settlers Attacks

On the evening of April 30th 2017, Israeli settlers escorted by the Israeli military stormed "Tarsala" settlement {which was abandoned} and performed Talmudic rituals in the area then chanted anti -Arab and racist slogans.

TUBAS

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bardala village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 19:10, Israeli forces raided Bardala village.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 16:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Lid town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 04:10 on April 30th 2017, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Alaa Jabareen Mohammed Belhawi and Mohammed Ahmed Belhawi during their raid into Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Azzun town and Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 21:50, Israeli forces closed "Shavi Shamron" military checkpoint located along the main road connecting Nablus and Jenin for alleged shooting incident in the area.

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Naqura village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 21:50, Israeli forces raided Al-NAqura, Sabasitiya and Nusf Al-Jabal village, clashed with several residents in Sabasitiya village then withdrew at 23:05.
2. At 23:05, Israeli forces raided Beit Furiq town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 23:30.

Attack

1. At 23:05, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Beit Furiq town.
2. At 21:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Sabasitiya village.

1. At 21:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwan Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 10:15.
2. At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the Dead Sea junction then searched residents and vehicles until 19:45.

Raid

At 08:00, Israeli forces raided Marj Al-Na'ja village.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 16:00.
2. At 13:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahur city} then searched residents and vehicles until 18:20.
3. At 18:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:15.
4. At 18:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Khader town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 20:15.

Raid

At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city, stormed and searched a supermarket then withdrew at 03:40.

Attack

At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned near the west entrance of Teqou' town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Farsh Al-Hawa area located in North West Hebron city {located at bypass road "35"}, detained a resident then withdrew at 12:00.
2. At 11:00, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrance of Al-Nabi Yunis area {located along then main road connecting Hebron and Bethlehem} and Beit Einun village then searched residents and vehicles until 14:30.

Raid

1. At 13:45, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar , Surif, Beit Ula and Tarqumiya towns until 14:45.
2. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident, confiscated a vehicle owned by Adel Barakat then withdrew at 04:20.
3. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Ulla town until 04:00.
4. At dawn on May 1st 2017, Israeli forces raided Surif town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 10:15, Israeli forces detained Faris Hussien Marar in the south area of Hebron city.
2. At 21:25, Israeli forces detained 2 children: Bashar Jihad Abdul Rahman Ghaith {17 years old}, and Mohammed Sidqi Barkat Ghaith {17 years old} near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron.
3. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint in Farsh Al-Hawa area located in North West Hebron city {at bypass road 35} detained Mohammed Musa Mohammed al-Sweiti {A resident of Beit Awwa town}.
4. Israeli forces detained Marwan Ashour in Hebron city.
5. Israeli forces detained Khalid Taysir Ghanimat in Surif town.

Confiscation of Property

At 01:00, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Adel Barakat during their raid into Hebron city.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 09:30, a Israeli settler vehicle travelling in the old city of Hebron ran over the child Murad Samer Al-Razim {4 years old} and as as result left him hospitalized with contusions.
2. At 19:00, a Israeli settler vehicle travelling along the bypass road near Al-Rafa'iya village in east Yatta town ran over the child Ahmad Mohammad Al-Amour {4 years old} and as as result left him hospitalized with with life threatening injuries and contusions.

Injuries

1. The child Murad Samer Al-Razim {4 years old} was hospitalized with contusions after a Israeli vehicle ran him over in the old city of Hebron.
2. The child Ahmad Mohammad Al-Amour {4 years old} was hospitalized with life threatening injuries and contusions. after a Israeli vehicle ran him over along the bypass road near Al-Rafa'iya village in east Yatta town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.

• The Israeli Military broke the cease fire agreement by raiding and opening fore towards Khan Yunis district.
•The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Central Gaza districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.

Attack

1. At 06:30 on April 30th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town , detained 2 fishermen and confiscated a fishing boat.
2. At 06:15 on May 1st 2017, Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Shaaban Adnan Abu Riala and Muhammad Adnan Abu Riala {Both are residents of the Shati refugee camp in Gaza City} off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town.

Confiscation of Property

At 06:30 on April 30th 2017, Israeli forces confiscated a fishing boat off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town after detaining 2 fishermen.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 16:50 on April 30th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards Palestinian gunmen in east Al-Buriej camp.
2. At 17:45 on April 30th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Deir Al-Balah city.
3. At 19:00 on April 30th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Maghazi camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Raid

At 07:40 on April 30th 2017, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into east Al-Qarara town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 11:20.

Attack

At 08:20 on April 30th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Fakhari town.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects
