Daily Report May 07 2021

1. At 10:00, the Israeli occupation forces in Jerusalem detained the citizen: Muhammad Khalil - residents of Al-Issawiya village.
2. At 17:00,the Israeli occupation forces in Jerusalem detained the citizen: Muhammad Dandis - resident of Sur Baher village.
3. At 20:00, the Israeli occupation forces in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Jerusalem city detained 6 citizens; Shadi Al-Kharouf, Nour Salim Al-Shalabi, Shadi Mutour, Islam Ghatit, Adam Yaish, and his brother Bashar, while they participated in a sit-in demonstration against the displacement of 7 families of citizens whose homes were turned over for the benefit of the Israeli settlers in the neighborhood.
4. At 20:30, the Israeli occupation forces in the Bab al-Silsila area (one of the doors leading to the Al-Aqsa Mosque) in the Old City of Jerusalem detained the citizen: Badr Al-Din Al-Rajabi (one of the guards of Al-Aqsa Mosque).

On 06/05/2021, the Israeli occupation authorities in Jerusalem issued a decision to extend the deportation of the citizen: Najeh Bikirat (Director of the Islamic Endowments Department in Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa) for a period of 6 months from Al-Aqsa Mosque.

At 20:30, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Jerusalem at the citizens demonstrating against the displacement of 7 families of citizens from their homes and handing them over to the benefit of the settlers, and in protest against the visit of the Israeli Member of Knesset, "Itamar Ben Grif" to the neighborhood and as a result left a citizen hospitalized with contusions.

At 19:30, a group of settlers under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces attacked the citizens , in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Jerusalem, participating in a sit-in protest against the displacement of 7 families of citizens from their homes and handed them over to the benefit of the settlers in the neighborhood, by spraying pepper gas on them while they ate the Ramadan breakfast forcing the citizens to confront the settlers.
2. At 23:30, a settler near the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in Jerusalem city stabbed a citizen with a sharp object and sprayed his face with pepper gas while he was returning from his workplace near the neighborhood and as a result left him hospitalized with stab wounds.
3. At dawn on 07/ 05/ 2021, a group of settlers in the city of Jerusalem severely beat a citizen, wounding him - and he was taken to the hospital for treatment.
4. At dawn on 07/05/2021, a group of settlers in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Jerusalem city threw stones at Palestinian vehicles and as a result damaged them.

At 02:15, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Turmus Ayya, where clashes took place with the citizens, while they were taking engineering measurements for the house of the detainee Montaser Al-Shalabi, in preparation for its demolition.

At 09:30 on 06/05/2021 and again at 03:15 on 07/05/2021 , the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the city of Qalqilya to search cars and check citizens' identities.

At 11:00 and again at 23:55, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at Huwara checkpoint and obstructed traffic.

At 13:10, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Zaatarah Junction checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.

1. At 13:45 and again at 20:55 , the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Salfit and detained a citizen.
2. At 18:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint under the Iskaka village bridge, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 23:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Kafr al-Dik, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

At 22:20,the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Bidya until 00:55.

At 09:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Dead Sea Junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

1. At 22:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock at the al-Fardis village roundabout, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 22:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

At 03:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided Aida camp in Bethlehem city, and detained a citizen.

2. At 01:15, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at Al-Haram Al-Ibrahimi Mosque in the old city of Hebron detained the citizen: Abeer Muhammad Al-Rajabi.

On the evening of 06/05/2021, a group of settlers from the settlement outpost "Hafat Ma'on", which is located in the al-Musafir area, east of Yatta, attacked a citizen with stones while he was returning to his home in the Al-Mufaqra area.
