JERUSALEM
1. At 20:00, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mustafa Siyam and Hassan Siyam in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At 21:15, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Ahmad Khader {a resident of Nur Shams camp in Tulkarem city} in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Imad Shihada and Billal Al-Ashqar in Al-Ram town.
1.On the evening of March 29th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning 3 residents: Khloud Al-Awar, Iman Al-Awar and Najah Odeh from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 2 weeks as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.
2. On the evening of March 29th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning Alaa Hadad from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 1 week as a condition for his after being detained at an earlier time.
3. On March 29th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning Majed Al-Ju'ba from entering the city of Jerusalem for a period of 6 months.
On March 29th 2019, Israeli forces stormed Hizma town and forced Mohammad Askar {a resident of Hizma town} to demolish his live stock den for allegedly being built with out a licence in the center of "Pzgat Za'iv" settlement to avoid paying heavy fines in the event of the demolition by the Israeli authorities.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
On March 29th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.
1. At 16:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Ras Kar Kar and Kafr Ni'ma villages then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ammar village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:20.

1. At 13:20,Israeli forces positioned near Al-Mughier village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators protesting against settler attacks and Settlement expansion for alleged stoning and as a result injured a child.

At 13:35, Israeli forces positioned in Jabal Al-Risan area located near Ras Kar Kar village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {participating in demonstrations against Israeli confiscation of Palestinian land and settler violence} for alleged stoning.
3. At 13:50, Israeli forces positioned in Nil'in village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {participating in demonstrations against the construction of the wall} for alleged stoning.
4.At 21:35, Israeli forces fired live ammunition , rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Jalazoun camp.
5. At 22:25, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Beit Sira village.
Israeli forces injured Khalid Hamdallah Al-Na'san {14 years old} during clashes in Al-Mughier village.
TUBAS
On March 29th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Rotim" settlement located in the North Jordan Valley planted Olive tree on land owned by local residents in an attempt to confiscate it.
TULKAREM
At 18:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Shufa Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
QALQILIYA
At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Azzun town and Kafr Laqif village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
1. At 14:00, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {protesting against the continued closure} for alleged stoning and left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 13:25, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate located in Qalqiliya city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
NABLUS
At 17:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 17:45.
1. At 13:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba'a area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.
At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned near the area of "Homish" settlement {which was abandoned} located in North Burqa and Bazariya village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators protesting against settler violence and settlement construction
At 17:30, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara military checkpoint assaulted Issam Munib Ahmad Mansour {a resident of Marda village in Salfit district}.
1. At 17:50, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near the area of "Homish" settlement {which was abandoned} stoned vehicles travelling along the main road connecting Jenin and Nablus.
2. On March 29th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers from "Yitzhar" settlement stormed agricultural land in Al-Midan area located in Burin village and chopped off the limbs of several Olive trees owned by Majed Rajazin.
SALFIT
1. At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles until 13:00.
2. At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles until 19:45.
BETHLEHEM
At 15:45, Israeli forces positioned at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 16:00.
At 22:25, Israeli forces raided Nihalin town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 03:55.
At 22:25, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Nihalin town.
HEBRON
At 22:50 on March 28th 2019, Israeli forces detained Oday Sharif Taher Al-Ajlouni during their raid into Hebron city {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report.
At 15:15, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
On the afternoon of March 29th 2019, Israeli forces positioned near Beit Einoun village junction temporarily seized a Palestinian National Security force vehicle as it was on duty then released it at a later time.
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.
• The Israeli military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding Gaza district.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire and launching tank artillery shells from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result killed a resident, injured 8 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis district.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
1. At 17:45 on March 29th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 7 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 23:45 on March 29th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land near Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing located in North Beit Hanun town.
3. At 00:15 on March 30th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards Palestinian gunmen locations in east Jabaliya town.
Israeli forces injured 7 unidentified residents during clashes in east Jabaliya town.
GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 11:00 on March 29th 2019,Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 70m into the vicinity of east Gaza city and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 14:00.
1. At 14:00 on March 29th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.

At 19:30 on March 29th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result killed a residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 23:15 on March 29th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line launched 2 tank artillery shells towards Palestinian Gunmen locations in east Jahir Al-Dik town located in south east Gaza city.
Israeli forces killed Mohammad Jihad Jawdat Sa'ed {20 years old}{a resident of Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city} after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Gaza city.
CENTRAL GAZA
At 19:30 on March 29th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Al- Buriej camp during the march of return and as a result injured 2 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp.
KHAN YUNIS
1. At 08:00 March 29th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.
2. At 15:40 on March 29th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
3. At 20:45 on March 98th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march.
4. At 01:00 March 30th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

At 21:00 on March 29th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 1 resident and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
