JERUSALEM
1. At 18:50, Israeli forces detained Khalid Waleed Al-Shweiky in Jerusalem city.
2. At 22:30, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat military checkpoint in Jerusalem city detained 2 residents: Mohammad Amer and Mahmoud Jaber.
At 19:15, Israeli forces positioned in Ras Al-Amoud neighborhood in Jerusalem city detained Jum'a Khader Odah {13 years old} and Ahmad Khader Odah {12 years old} then released them at a later time.
On March 28th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued a order banning Issam Najib {A security guard at Al-Aqsa mosque compound} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque for a period of 2 weeks as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.
Since the morning of March 28th 2019, Israeli forces closed Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem city and prevented residents from reaching Bab al-Sahira and Salah al-Din Street.
At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
RAMALLAH & AL BIREH
On March 28th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.
1. At 17:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Shuqba village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Halamish" settlement roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village and detained a resident.
Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village detained Muhanad Hamza Al-Tamimi {a resident of Al-Nabi Saleh village}.
At 20:15, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
TUBAS
At 17:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned at Tayassir military checkpoint detained Muneer Basel Thiyab Sawafta.
QALQILIYA
At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Azzunn town.
On the morning of March 28th 2019, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Azzun town with cement blocks and impeded the free flow of traffic.
NABLUS
At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 04:30.
SALFIT
At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town and detained a child.
Israeli forces detained Imad Mahmoud Abdel-Hamid Al-Qaq in Kafil Harris town.
JERICHO
At 11:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Ma'ale Ivrim" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Ahmad Ramiz Nimr Sader {a resident of Jericho city} as he was returning from Jordan.
BETHLEHEM
1. At 08:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 09:15.
2. At 17:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.
HEBRON
At 08:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Halhul town then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.
At 22:50, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, stormed and searched a home and summoned Haron Nasser Jibril to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
ALL DISTRICTS
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.
• The Israeli military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding North Gaza and Rafah districts.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result injured 8 residents..
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis district.
• Israeli Air force broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 1 missile towards North Gaza district and as a result injured 3 residents.
NORTHERN GAZA
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
At 09:10 on March 28th 2019, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 100m into the vicinity of east Jabaliya town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 14:00.
1. At 09:10 on March 28th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Jabaliya town.
2. At 20:00 on March 28th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 5 residents.
At 14:50 on March 28th 2019, Israeli Military aircraft's launched missiles towards a group of residents as they were flying Incendiary kites near the border fence in east Jabaliya town and as a result injured 3 residents.
1. Israeli forces injured 5 unidentified residents during clashes in east Jabaliya town.
2. Israeli airstrikes towards east Al-Buriej camp injured 3 residents.
GAZA
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 20:00 on March 28th 2019, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result injured 3 residents.

CENTRAL GAZA
1. At 15:40, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al- Buriej camp.
2. At 20:00 on March 28th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Al- Buriej camp during the march of return.
KHAN YUNIS
1. At 16:30 on March 28th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 20:00 on March 28th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march.
3. At 03:10 on March 29th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.
RAFAH
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
At 08:00 on March 28th 2019, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 100 m into the vicinity of east Rafah and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 12:45.
