DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 25th March 2021 -08:00, 26th March 2021
• At 24:00 on 03/25/2021, the Israeli occupation forces imposed a complete closure on the governorates of the West Bank and Gaza Strip on the occasion of "Passover" holiday for the Jews, and prevented citizens and workers, including those holding permits, from entering Jerusalem and Israel, with the exception of diplomatic and international missions, humanitarian cases and emergency medical services after prior coordination, until 24:00 on 04/03/2021.
1. At dawn on 03/25/2021,the Israeli occupation forces raided Abu Dis town and detained 2 citizens.
2.At dawn on 03/25/2021,the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Anan, where clashes took place with citizens as they stormed and searched a number of homes.
1. On 03/25/2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Murad Muhammad Abd Al-Halil Idris in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. At dawn on 03/26/2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained 2 citizens: Wissam Al-Aouri, and his brother Beisan in the Wadi Al-Joz neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. The two detainees in Abu Dis town are: Jawhar Nasir Jawhar and Muhammad Abdullah Jafal.
On 03/25/2021, the Israeli occupation forces in Jerusalem delivered a decision banning the preacher of the Al-Aqsa Mosque - Ikrimah Sabri from traveling for a period of two months.
At dawn on 26/03/2021, the Israeli occupation forces assaulted Uday al-Awri in the Wadi al-Jouz neighborhood in Jerusalem while detaining 2 of his brothers and tased him using electric stick, and was admitted to the hospital for treatment.
At dawn on 03/25/2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed a number of houses during their raid into the town of Beit Anan.
At 08:30, a group of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours in its courtyards and facilities.
At 13:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Aboud, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 00:55,the Israeli occupation forces raided Jalazon camp, where clashes took place with the citizens as they stormed a house, and withdrew at 01:10.
At 00:55, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed a house during their raid into Jalazon camp.
At 01:35, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Alar, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 04:45.
The detainee in the town of Allar is: Samer Muwaffaq Faris Abu Hafiza.
1. At 17:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the city of Qalqilya, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 19:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Ezbet El-Tabib, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At dawn on 03/25/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Kafr Thulth then stormed and searched a number of homes.
2. At 14:00,the Israeli occupation forces raided Ras Atiya village and detained a citizen.
The detainee in the village of Ras Atiya is: Ibrahim Hazem Faiq Arar.
At 16:05, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their restrictions at Beit Furik checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
At 20:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the "Shafi Shimron" settlement junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
1. At 09:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the southern entrance to Jericho, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 10:00.
2. At 09:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Dead Sea Junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 10:00.
1. At 11:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tuqu ', to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 13:30.
2. At 13:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Janata town, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 15:20.
At 18:00, a group of settlers in the Ein Al-Qassis area of Al-Khader town severely beat a citizen leaving him hospitalized with contusions at a government hospital in Beit Jala for treatment.
Ahmed Saeed Sobeih was hospitalized with contusions after he was severely assaulted by a group of settlers in the Ain Al-Qassis area of Al-Khader town.
1. At 19:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Halhoul town bridge, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 20:30.
2. At 19:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the "Hagai" settlement junction (at the southern entrance to Hebron), to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 20:20.
3. At 19:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to Hebron, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 20:35.
At 06:30,the Israeli occupation forces raided Hebron city and detained 3 civilians.
The 3 detainees in Hebron city are: Issa Al-Jabari, Hatem Qafisha, and Mazen Al-Natsheh.
• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.
• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line towards Khan Yunis Governorate.
* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": On 03/25/2021 is closed (except for the passage of emergency humanitarian cases).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
1. At 10:00 on 03/25/2021, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands northeast of Khan Yunis.
2. At 15:00 on 03/25/2021, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Khan Yunis.
Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sufa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 25/03/2021, partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs, goods, building materials, and limited quantities of fuel).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 25/03/2021, is open in both directions (for the entry and departure of citizens)..
