DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 24th March 2022 -08:00, 25th March 2022
At 11:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem detained the citizen: Ismail Al-Qawasmi.
At 13:00, a group of Israeli settlers in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Jerusalem damaged the tires of more than 20 vehicles owned by the neighborhood families, including the Kiswani and Al-Husseini families.
At 08:00, groups of extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.
At 03:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided Al-Jalazun camp, and clashes took place with the citizens as they stormed 4 houses, and detained a citizen.
1. At 22:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the village of Deir Ammar detained the citizen: Issa Qassem Angawi - residents of the village of Beit Sira.
2. The detainee in Al-Jalazun camp is: Alaa Saleh Abu Sharifa.
At 03:20, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed 4 houses during their raid into Al-Jalazun camp.
At 15:00, the Israeli occupation forces closed the "Movodotan" checkpoint, in front of traffic, and reopened it at a later time.
1. At 17:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Deir Abu Daeef, and confrontations took place with the citizens as they stormed and searched a house.
2. At dawn on 03/25/2022, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Jenin, and arrested 2 civilians.
The two detainees in the city of Jenin are: Ahmed Muhammad Abu Amirah and Bakr Hilal Al-Saba'.
At 17:20, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a house during their raid into Deir Abu Daeef village.
At 18:00, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Tayseer checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
At 08:00, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Ainaf checkpoint, and obstructed traffic until 13:15.
At 08:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided the Shweika suburb of Tulkarm, and patrolled until 13:45.
At 14:40, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the "Aynaf" checkpoint, the citizen: Islam Abdel Karim Ahmed Hussein Ali - residents of the town of Anabta.
At 17:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Zita Jamai'in, and photographed the village mosque, which was partially burned due to the settlers' attack.
At 03:00 on 03/24/2022, a group of Israeli settlers stormed the village of Zita Jama’in, and set fire to the entrance to the Ebad al-Rahman Mosque, after pouring a highly flammable substance, which led to the burning of part of the mosque’s carpet, and wrote in Hebrew slogans (anti-racist for Arabs) on the wall of a nearby house.
At 00:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided Haris village, stormed 2 houses, and withdrew at 01:40.
At 15:45, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the “Areel” settlement detained 3 citizens: Bashar Mahmoud Obaid, Muhammad Mahmoud Obaid, and Mahmoud Obaid Radi - (all of them are residents of Yatta town, Hebron governorate).
At 16:20, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Hamra checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
At 07:15, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Jericho, escorting a group of Israeli settlers while they were visiting the "Shahwan Synagogue", and withdrew at a later time.
At 21:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasna area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate), to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 23:00.
At 13:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint on the bridge of Halhoul town, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
At 01:15, the Israeli occupation forces raided Al-Arroub camp, temporarily detained a citizen, and released him at a later time.
1. At 04:10 on 03/24/2022,the Israeli occupation forces detained the child: Youssef Murad Yousef Jaradat, 14 years old during their raid into Sa’ir town (in addition to what was mentioned in the previous report).
2. At 11:45, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Ismail Hassan Awawda - residents of Dura town, while he was visiting the Israeli intelligence, based on a prior notification.
At 01:15,the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Abdel Fattah Abu Sale during their raid into Al-Arroub camp, and released him at a later time.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line in Khan Yunis governorate.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 03/24/ 2022, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
1. At 08:00 on 03/24/2022, the Israeli occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Khuza’a town, east of Khan Yunis.
2. At 08:30 on 03/24/2022, the Israeli occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Abasan town, east of Khan Yunis.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 03/24/ 2022 is partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs and goods, limited quantities of fuel and cooking gas, and building materials for the private sector and for internationally funded projects).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 03/24/ 2022 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).
